Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of gas meter tightness detection, in particular to a modularized comparison type gas meter tightness automatic detection method and equipment.
Background
At present, the gas meter has the problem of gas leakage or not, and mainly has the following two detection methods:
1. Wet detection: the test meter is soaked in water for detection. The disadvantage of this detection method is that: during the detection process, water may affect the quality of the gas meter.
2. Dry detection: and (3) filling compressed air with certain pressure into the detected meter, and observing the pressure change in the detected meter through the pressure meter, so as to judge the leakage degree of the detected meter. The disadvantages of this detection method are: the temperature is greatly influenced, and misjudgment is easy.
The invention is a Chinese patent with the application number of CN200810059910.1, the name of which is an instrument tightness detection method and a detection device thereof, and a gas meter to be detected is arranged in a sealed container during detection; sealing a pipe orifice of the gas meter to be detected, connecting the pipe orifice with an air flow detection port arranged outside the sealed container through a guide pipe, and leading out the air pressure in the gas meter to be detected; then sealing the sealed container and vacuumizing; and finally, observing the pressure change in the meter through the airflow detection port, and comparing the pressure change with a standard meter to judge the tightness of the meter.
The above patent application, namely, the test method of vacuum insulation temperature transmission, is used for detecting the tightness of the gas meter. The detection method is complex, and the gas meter to be detected is required to be placed in a sealed container and vacuumized, so that the sealing detection requirement of the gas meter on an automatic production line cannot be met.
