本发明涉及蜂窝芯零件加工技术领域,具体涉及一种芳纶纸蜂窝芯抗侧压预处理方法及芳纶纸蜂窝芯,本发明通过使用胶膜粘接在蜂窝芯斜面区域上,按照胶膜材料工艺参数进行固化,固化处理后胶膜中的小分子交联形成大分子,强化了斜面区域的芯格之间的联结力,可有效实现对蜂窝芯斜面区域抗侧压能力的局部增强。

技术领域
本发明涉及蜂窝芯零件加工技术领域,特别是一种芳纶纸蜂窝芯抗侧压预处理方法及芳纶纸蜂窝芯。
背景技术
芳纶纸蜂窝材料因其轻质量、比强度、比刚度、抗疲劳等优异性能使其成为了航空航天领域的重点应用芯材。采用芳纶纸蜂窝芯制造的复合材料蜂窝夹芯结构具有良好的结构减重、抗剪切力、抗弯刚度等优点,成为风电、汽车、船舶、航空航天等各个领域中的复合材料应用的一种典型结构。
如图1所示,夹层结构制品是由蒙皮和夹芯组成,它们的结合是靠胶粘剂胶接并经固化工艺成型的。在结构设计及制造过程中,为了保证上、下蒙皮与蜂窝芯的结构一体性及产品的可制造性,往往需要将蜂窝芯周边轮廓设计为斜面,保证预浸料在铺贴时与蜂窝芯贴合,不易产生架桥。但在复合材料蜂窝夹芯结构制件的成型过程中,复材固化时需要通过压缩空气来加压,以保证产品质量,而由于蜂窝芯斜面区域的存在,使得该区域蜂窝芯芯格承受一定的侧向压力,在产品制造过程中蜂窝芯斜面区域极易发生蜂窝芯芯格收缩、侧向坍塌的质量风险。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:针对现有技术蜂窝芯斜面区域在产品成型固化的工序中受侧向压力易导致蜂窝芯收缩、坍塌的问题,提供一种芳纶纸蜂窝芯抗侧压预处理方法及芳纶纸蜂窝芯,能够实现对蜂窝芯斜面区域局部增强,同时又不影响蜂窝芯使用,操作简单。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种芳纶纸蜂窝芯抗侧压预处理方法,包括以下步骤:
在蜂窝芯的斜面区域铺设胶膜;
将蜂窝芯与胶膜封装在真空袋中,并抽真空,真空袋保持在-0.01Mpa~-0.03MPa,使胶膜更好地平整铺贴在蜂窝芯表面并使胶膜与蜂窝芯结合紧密;
将已封装好的蜂窝芯按照胶膜材料工艺参数进行胶膜固化,待将处理后的蜂窝芯用于复合材料夹芯产品制造。
本发明通过使用胶膜粘接在蜂窝芯斜面区域上,按照胶膜材料工艺参数进行固化,固化处理后胶膜中的小分子交联形成大分子,强化了斜面区域的芯格之间的联结力,可有效实现对蜂窝芯斜面区域抗侧压能力的局部增强,同时由于胶膜轻薄、形状与蜂窝芯表面贴合,不影响蜂窝芯使用;从而便于将蜂窝芯直接应用于复合材料夹芯产品制造,提高了蜂窝芯在后续固化工序中的承压能力,防止蜂窝芯夹芯结构产品在制造过程中芳纶纸蜂窝芯因受到侧向压力而发生蜂窝芯芯格收缩、坍塌的现象。
其中,胶膜根据不同牌号的选择采用相应的工艺参数进行固化。
优选地,胶膜采用J-299牌号时,采用固化工艺参数为:从室温以2~3℃/min的升温速率升温至(175~185)℃,恒温(120~130)min。
优选地,上述制备方法还包括裁剪胶膜的准备步骤:根据蜂窝芯斜面区域的宽度L,裁剪胶膜的宽度为W,其中W>L;铺设时,胶膜边缘超出斜面区域的边界,利于增强胶膜粘附力、提高芯格稳定性。
优选地,胶膜上边缘超出斜面区域上边界(5~10)mm。
优选地,胶膜下边缘超出斜面区域下边界(50~100)mm。
另一方面,本发明根据上述制备方法提供一种芳纶纸蜂窝芯。
综上所述,由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明通过使用胶膜对蜂窝芯周边斜面区域进行固化处理,可有效实现对蜂窝芯斜面区域抗侧压能力的局部增强,其抗侧压强度可有效提高10%以上,同时不影响蜂窝芯使用,能够有效防止蜂窝夹芯结构产品在制造过程中芳纶纸蜂窝芯因受到侧向压力而发生蜂窝芯芯格收缩、坍塌。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例
本实施例为增强芳纶纸蜂窝芯斜面区域4的抗侧压能力,提供一种芳纶纸蜂窝芯抗侧压预处理方法及其获得的蜂窝芯,预处理方法主要步骤如下:
第一步,根据产品芳纶纸蜂窝芯结构尺寸对芳纶纸蜂窝芯斜面区域4进行标识,测量其斜面区域4宽度L;
第二步,根据斜面区域4宽度L,裁剪宽度为W的增强胶膜5,如图2,其中W=L+△1+△2),增强胶膜5的长度根据蜂窝芯2斜面区域4长度确定,增强胶膜5采用牌号为J-299胶膜。其中:L为芳纶纸蜂窝芯2斜面宽度,△1为10mm,△2为100mm;
第三步,将准备好的增强胶膜5按要求平整地铺放在蜂窝芯斜面区域4,为了保证增强胶膜5可有效起到增强抗侧压的能力,增强胶膜5的上、下边界分别超出蜂窝芯2斜面边界△1、△2
第四步,将蜂窝芯2与增强胶膜5一同封装在真空袋中,并抽真空,真空压力保持在-(0.02±0.01)Mpa,使增强胶膜5平整地铺贴在蜂窝芯5表面并粘结紧密;其中,增强胶膜5自身带有粘性,能够使增强胶膜5与蜂窝相对位置不发生变化;抽真空时,若真空压力太小,无法保证胶膜平整贴合蜂窝芯,压力太大,胶膜则会被压入蜂窝芯格内,表面会形成凹坑,将真空压力保持在-(0.02±0.01)Mpa之间,更利于保证加工质量;
第五步,将已封装好的蜂窝芯2转移至加热设备中按照增强胶膜5材料标准所示的工艺参数进行固化,使增强胶膜5中小分子交联形成大分子,从而提高抗侧压的能力,本实施例中固化采用工艺参数:从室温以2~3℃/min的升温速率升温至(175~185)℃,恒温(120~130)min;待固化完成后降温、拆除真空袋、取出蜂窝芯2;
第六步,将经上述特殊处理后的蜂窝芯2按照复合材料夹芯产品的制造流程,进行产品制造。如图3所示,将经上述处理过的蜂窝芯2放置在已固化下蒙皮3的表面,下蒙皮3与蜂窝芯2之间设有一层粘接胶膜6相胶接,在蜂窝芯2上表面另铺设一层粘接胶膜6并裱糊上蒙皮1,进行二次固化。
需要说明的是,复合材料夹芯结构制造工艺为现有技术成熟工艺,有一次成型法、二次成型法和三次成型法等,如一次成型法是将内外蒙皮和浸渍好树脂胶液的蜂窝芯材,按顺序放在阴模(或阳模)上,一次胶合固化成型,具体成型工艺制造流程不作赘述。
当在蜂窝芯斜面区域4采用不同牌号的胶膜,则固化处理时选择相应材料的工艺参数;本实施例中在对蜂窝芯2预处理时所采用的增强胶膜5,既可选用蜂窝夹芯零件制造过程中所使用的结构胶膜,也可选用其它同温度体系的胶膜5,即工艺温度与复合材料夹芯结构件制造时所用预浸料同一固化温度体系的胶膜,如J-299、J-116胶膜。
本实施例通过使用胶膜对夹芯产品中的蜂窝芯周边斜面区域进行固化预处理,利用胶膜中纤维载体的增强作用,可有效提高蜂窝芯斜面区域的承压能力,根据数据分析对比,在相同条件下增设该工序后的蜂窝芯抗侧压强度可有效提高10%以上,利于防止蜂窝芯结构产品在制造过程中芳纶纸蜂窝芯因受到侧向压力而发生蜂窝芯芯格收缩、坍塌现象,保证产品质量。

Claims (6)

1.一种芳纶纸蜂窝芯抗侧压预处理方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
在蜂窝芯的斜面区域铺设胶膜;
将蜂窝芯与胶膜封装在真空袋中,并抽真空,真空袋保持在-0.01Mpa~-0.03MPa;
将已封装好的蜂窝芯按照胶膜材料工艺参数进行胶膜固化,待将处理后的蜂窝芯用于复合材料夹芯产品制造。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种芳纶纸蜂窝芯抗侧压预处理方法,其特征在于,胶膜采用J-299牌号时,采用固化工艺参数:从室温以2~3℃/min的升温速率升温至(175~185)℃,恒温(120~130)min。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种芳纶纸蜂窝芯抗侧压预处理方法,其特征在于,还包括裁剪胶膜的准备步骤:根据蜂窝芯斜面区域的宽度L,裁剪胶膜的宽度为W,其中W>L;铺设时,胶膜边缘超出斜面区域的边界。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种芳纶纸蜂窝芯抗侧压预处理方法,其特征在于,胶膜上边缘超出斜面区域上边界(5~10)mm。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种芳纶纸蜂窝芯抗侧压预处理方法,其特征在于,胶膜下边缘超出斜面区域下边界(50~100)mm。
