The crushing and disinfecting method of the vehicle-mounted linkage crushing and disinfecting device for the compression vehicle comprises the following steps:
s1: dumping the garbage into the loader 2, and loading the garbage into the carriage 1;
s2: the driving motor 32 drives the lower crushing roller 36 and the upper crushing roller 37 to rotate, and drives the crushing rod 39 to rotate;
s3: the garbage is crushed under the action of the crushing rod 39;
s4: when the garbage is crushed, the disinfectant in the disinfectant tank 41 is conveyed to the connecting head 43 through the conveying pipe 42;
s5: when the spray pipe 45 is rotated to coincide with the connection head 43, the sealing plate 433 is pushed open by the elastic body 439, and the disinfectant flows into the spray pipe 45 through the connection pipe 432 and is sprayed out from the spray head 46 to disinfect the garbage being crushed.
When the garbage can is used, the garbage is dumped into the loader 2 and is loaded into the carriage 1, when the garbage passes through the opening of the connection between the loader 2 and the carriage 1, the driving motor 32 drives the rotating lower crushing roller 36 and the crushing rod 39 arranged on the outer surface of the upper crushing roller 37 to crush the garbage, when the crushing rod 39 crushes the garbage, the disinfectant in the disinfectant tank 41 is conveyed to the connecting head 43 through the conveying pipe 42, when the spraying pipe 45 rotates to coincide with the connecting head 43, the sealing plate 433 is pushed open under the action of the elastic body 439, the disinfectant flows into the spraying pipe 45 through the connecting pipe 432 and is sprayed out from the nozzle 46 to sterilize the crushed garbage, and after the spraying pipe 45 rotates away, the roller 438 contacts with the side surfaces of the lower crushing roller 36 and the upper crushing roller 37, so that the transmission rod 437 contracts inwards, the sealing plate 433 abuts against the inner wall of the movable pipe 431, and the disinfectant cannot flow out.

1. Broken degassing unit of vehicular linkage for compression car, including carriage (1) and loader (2), its characterized in that: a crushing mechanism (3) is arranged at the connecting opening of the loader (2) and the carriage (1), and a disinfection mechanism (4) is arranged in the crushing mechanism (3);
the crushing mechanism (3) comprises a support (31), a driving motor (32), a main synchronizing wheel (33), a synchronous belt (34), a secondary synchronizing wheel (35), a lower crushing roller (36), an upper crushing roller (37), a connecting seat (38) and a crushing rod (39), wherein the support (31) and a filler (2) are fixedly installed on two sides of a connecting opening of a carriage (1), the driving motor (32) is fixedly installed inside the support (31) on one side, the main synchronizing wheel (33) is fixedly installed with an output shaft of the driving motor (32), one end of the lower crushing roller (36) is connected with the support (31) provided with the motor in a penetrating and rotating mode, one end of the lower crushing roller (36) is fixedly installed with the main synchronizing wheel (33), the upper crushing roller (37) is located above the lower crushing roller (36), one end of the upper crushing roller (37) is connected with the support (31) provided with the motor in a penetrating and rotating mode, the secondary synchronizing wheel (35) is fixedly installed with one end of the upper crushing roller (37), the auxiliary synchronizing wheel (35) is connected with one end of the main crushing roller (33) through the connecting seat (38), and the outer surface of the crushing roller (36) is uniformly connected with the outer surface of the connecting seat (38), the other ends of the lower crushing roller (36) and the upper crushing roller (37) are connected with the bracket (31) at the other side in a penetrating and rotating way, and the disinfection mechanism (4) is arranged on the outer surfaces of the lower crushing roller (36) and the upper crushing roller (37);
the disinfection mechanism (4) comprises a disinfection liquid box (41), a conveying pipe (42), a connector (43), a pipe groove (44), a spraying pipe (45) and a spray head (46), wherein the disinfection liquid box (41) is fixedly installed at the top of the carriage (1), one end of the conveying pipe (42) is fixedly connected with the disinfection liquid box (41), the other end of the conveying pipe (42) is fixedly installed inside a support (31) far away from one side of a driving motor (32), the connector (43) is fixedly installed with the other end of the conveying pipe (42), the pipe groove (44) is formed in the outer surfaces of a lower crushing roller (36) and an upper crushing roller (37), the spraying pipe (45) is fixedly installed inside the pipe groove (44), one end of the spraying pipe (45) is in tight contact with one side of the connector (43), and the spray head (46) is fixedly installed with the spraying pipe (45);
the connector (43) comprises a movable pipe (431), a connecting pipe (432), a sealing plate (433), a supporting frame (434), a moving groove (435), a guide rod (436), a transmission rod (437), a roller (438) and an elastic body (439), one end of the movable pipe (431) is fixedly connected with the conveying pipe (42), one end of the connecting pipe (432) and the other end of the movable pipe (431) are coaxially and integrally arranged, the other end of the connecting pipe (432) is in abutting contact with one side of the lower crushing roller (36) and one side of the upper crushing roller (37), the sealing plate (433) is arranged inside the movable pipe (431), the support bracket (434) is integrally arranged with the inside of the connecting pipe (432), the moving groove (435) is arranged on the outer peripheral surface of the supporting frame (434), the guide rod (436) is connected with the moving groove (435) in a sliding way, one end of the guide rod (436) is fixedly connected with the sealing plate (433), the transmission rod (437) is connected with the inner part of the supporting frame (434) in a sliding way, one end of the transmission rod (437) is integrally connected with the other end of the guide rod (436), the roller (438) is rotatably connected with the other end of the transmission rod (437), the elastic body (439) is arranged inside the supporting frame (434), one end of the elastic body (439) is tightly abutted with the transmission rod (437);
the distance between the lower crushing roller (36) and the connecting seat (38) arranged on the outer surface of the upper crushing roller (37) is the same, the connecting seat (38) fixedly connected with the lower crushing roller (36) and the connecting seat (38) fixedly connected with the upper crushing roller (37) are arranged in a deviation manner, and the deviation distance between the connecting seats (38) arranged on the lower crushing roller (36) and the upper crushing roller (37) is half of the distance between the adjacent connecting seats (38);
the outer surface of the crushing rod (39) is provided with a cutting blade, and the cutting edge of the cutting blade of the crushing rod (39) faces to the same direction as the rotating direction of the lower crushing roller (36) and the upper crushing roller (37);
the top of the disinfectant tank (41) is provided with a filling opening, a water pump is arranged in the disinfectant tank (41), and the conveying pipe (42) penetrates through the disinfectant tank (41) and is connected with the water pump.

The vehicular linkage crushing and sterilizing device for the compression vehicle according to claim 1, characterized in that: the pipe groove (44) is arranged between two adjacent connecting seats (38), one end, close to the driving motor (32), of the pipe groove (44) does not penetrate through the side faces of the lower crushing roller (36) and the upper crushing roller (37), one end, far away from the driving motor (32), of the pipe groove (44) penetrates through the other side faces of the lower crushing roller (36) and the upper crushing roller (37), the diameter of the pipe groove (44) is the same as that of the spray pipe (45), the central axis of a nozzle arranged on the spray pipe (45) is intersected with the axes of the lower crushing roller (36) and the upper crushing roller (37), and a one-way valve located inside the spray pipe (45) is arranged at the connecting position of the spray pipe (45) and the connecting head (43).

The vehicular linkage crushing and sterilizing device for the compression vehicle according to claim 2, characterized in that: the diameter of connecting pipe (432) is the same with the diameter of spray tube, the outside cover of connecting pipe (432) is equipped with seal cover (47), one side and the side of lower crushing roller (36) and last crushing roller (37) of seal cover (47) support tightly, the diameter of closing plate (433) is greater than the internal diameter of activity pipe (431) and conveyer pipe (42) junction, closing plate (433) support tightly with the inside of activity pipe (431) and seal, the axis of gyro wheel (438) is not more than the one end of connecting pipe (432).

s1: dumping the garbage into the loader (2), and loading the garbage into the carriage (1);
s2: the driving motor (32) drives the lower crushing roller (36) and the upper crushing roller (37) to rotate, and drives the crushing rod (39) to rotate;
s3: the garbage is crushed under the action of the crushing rod (39);
s4: when the garbage is crushed, the disinfectant in the disinfectant tank (41) is conveyed to the connector (43) through the conveying pipe (42);
s5: when the spray pipe (45) rotates to be overlapped with the connector (43), the sealing plate (433) is pushed open under the action of the elastic body (439), and the disinfectant flows into the spray pipe (45) through the connecting pipe (432) and is sprayed out from the spray head (46) to disinfect the crushed garbage.
