With reference to fig. 9 to 12, the present embodiment further provides an installation method of a kitchen faucet, based on the kitchen faucet described above, including the following steps:
s1: a valve seat 3 having an upper mounting chamber 31, a middle stopper chamber 33, and a lower engagement chamber 32 is provided.
S2: the valve core 2 is installed in an installation cavity 31 of the valve seat 3 in a butt joint mode along the upper direction, the adapter 7 is installed in a limiting cavity 33 of the valve seat 3 in a side direction, and the water inlet adapter 6 is installed in a clamping cavity 32 of the valve seat 3 in a butt joint mode along the lower direction;
s3: the adapter 7 is directly connected with the water outlet of the valve core 2, the water inlet connector 6 is directly connected with the water inlet of the valve core 2, and the adapter 7 is configured on the water inlet connector 6 to enable the adapter and the valve core to be synchronously linked;
s4: installing the valve seat 3 into the faucet body 1, inserting and limiting the water outlet pipe 5 into an inclined rod 13 of the faucet body 1 and communicating the inclined rod with the adapter 7;
s5: correspondingly installing the base pin 10 and the water nozzle 11, and butting the water outlet joint 16 between the water outlet pipe 5 and the water nozzle 11 to form an integral structure.
In the foregoing, the valve core 2, the water inlet joint 6 and the adapter 7 are respectively installed in the corresponding chambers in the valve seat 3, and the adapter 7 is linked with the water inlet joint 6 in the limit chamber 33 in the same step and moves relative to the valve core 2, so as to achieve the purpose that the water inlet pipe 4 can be configured in a rotating manner. Moreover, the adapter 7 and the water inlet connector 6 can be in mutual dynamic sealing connection with the valve core 2, so that on one hand, the stability of the valve core 2 in the installation cavity 31 is ensured, the flatness of the sealing surface of the valve core 2 and the verticality of thread locking are ensured, and the unstable factors of the flatness and the verticality caused by splitting into two structural parts are avoided, so that the water leakage of the valve core 2 is avoided, and the service life of the valve core 2 can be further ensured. On the other hand, the water inlet pipe 4 and the water outlet pipe 5 are positioned on the same side, and the water nozzle 11 rotates and limits relative to the valve seat 3 in the water inlet pipe 4 through the adapter 7, so that the water nozzle is more flexible and operable.
It should be noted that the corresponding mounting manner of the seal ring 102 and the wear pad 8 in the faucet body 1 is not limited herein. In addition, the hose of the water inlet pipe 4 is correspondingly connected to the water inlet connector 6, and the linkage arrangement of the handle 12 on the valve core 2 is not described one by one here.

Claims (10)

1. A kitchen faucet comprising: the faucet comprises a faucet body, a valve core, a valve seat, a water inlet pipe and a water outlet pipe, wherein the faucet body is provided with a water nozzle and a handle; it is characterized in that the preparation method is characterized in that,
the water outlet pipe is butted with a water outlet of the valve core and communicated to the water nozzle;
the water inlet pipe is butted with a water inlet of the valve core through a water inlet joint;
the handle is linked with the valve core and used for controlling switching of water outlet;
wherein,
the water outlet is provided with an adapter which is used for being jointed to the water outlet pipe;
the valve seat comprises an upper mounting cavity suitable for the valve core, a lower clamping cavity suitable for the water inlet joint and a middle limiting cavity suitable for the adapter;
the water inlet joint is directly communicated with the water inlet of the valve core; the adapter is arranged on the water inlet adapter, the inlet of the adapter is butted with the water outlet, and the outlet of the adapter is butted with the water outlet pipe;
the limiting cavity is used for limiting the relative rotation amplitude of the adapter in the valve seat so as to correspondingly control the rotation angle of the water nozzle.
2. The kitchen faucet of claim 1, wherein the retention cavity is configured as an outer cavity exposed laterally, and both sides thereof form retention clip walls for retaining within a predetermined angular threshold upon axial rotation of the counter-rotating joint.
3. The kitchen faucet of claim 1, wherein the water inlet pipe and the water outlet pipe are located on the same side of the faucet body; the adapter and the water inlet connector are synchronously and axially linked with each other, and the water inlet connector arranged in the valve seat has axial rotation freedom; the valve seat is correspondingly provided with a core pulling hole in the mounting cavity so as to stably limit the valve core in the mounting cavity; and the adapter and the water inlet connector can rotate relative to the valve core.
4. The kitchen faucet of claim 1, wherein a wear pad is disposed between the valve cartridge and the mounting cavity, and an upper cover is disposed between the handle and the faucet body; and a pin is butted below the valve seat, and another wear-resistant pad is arranged between the pin and the faucet body.
5. The kitchen faucet of claim 4, wherein the upper end side of the pin is provided with a boss with a Z-shaped external cross section, and the boss is used for embedding the sealing ring on the lower end surface and is installed and matched on the lower end of the faucet body; the wear-resistant pad at the pin is a C-shaped gasket and is embedded on the upper end face of the boss.

The kitchen faucet of claim 4, wherein the water inlet tube comprises a cold water tube and a hot water tube passing through the prongs and into the water inlet fitting; the valve core is respectively connected with the cold water pipe and the hot water pipe through the water inlet joint so as to feed water into the mixing cavity inside the valve core.
7. The kitchen faucet of claim 1, wherein the faucet is disposed on a slanted bar of the faucet body via the water outlet connector, and the water outlet pipe is received in an inner cavity of the slanted bar.
8. The kitchen faucet of claim 7, wherein two sides of the tail end of the water outlet pipe are provided with elastic wing portions in an outward inclined manner, the inner wall of the inner cavity of the inclined rod is provided with a guide groove corresponding to the elastic wing portions in a sliding manner, and the two elastic wing portions are clamped and fixed in the faucet body in an inverted manner after the water outlet pipe is in butt joint in place, so that at least part of the water outlet pipe extends into the faucet body.
9. The kitchen faucet of claim 7, wherein the head end of the water outlet pipe is butted to the water inlet connector, the inclined rod is communicated to the interior of the faucet body, a decorative cover is arranged at the outer end part of the inclined rod, and the water nozzle is arranged below the outer end part of the inclined rod in an inclined mode.
10. Kitchen faucet installation method based on any one of claims 1 to 9, characterized in that it comprises the following steps:
s1: providing a valve seat with an upper mounting cavity, a middle limiting cavity and a lower clamping cavity;
s2: the valve core is installed in an installation cavity of the valve seat in a butt joint mode along the upper portion, the adapter is installed in a limiting cavity of the valve seat in a lateral mode, and the water inlet connector is installed in a clamping cavity of the valve seat in a butt joint mode along the lower portion;
s3: the adapter is directly connected with the water outlet of the valve core, the water inlet connector is directly connected with the water inlet of the valve core, and the adapter is arranged on the water inlet connector to enable the adapter and the water inlet connector to be linked synchronously;
s4: installing the valve seat into the faucet body, inserting and limiting the water outlet pipe into an inclined rod of the faucet body and communicating the inclined rod with the adapter;
s5: correspondingly installing the base pin and the water nozzle, and butting the water outlet joint between the water outlet pipe and the water nozzle to form an integral structure.
