when the electronic module body 1 needs to be disassembled, an installer firstly pulls the rotating block 65 outwards until the locking piece 6 can drive the threaded cylinder 43 to rotate, then enables the locking piece 6 to rotate anticlockwise, and then pulls out the locking piece 6, so that the electronic module body 1 can be disassembled;
in the long-time use process of the electronic equipment, hard collision is easily generated between parts due to the influence of external vibration and impact, and further loss is increased, so that by arranging the spring 84, the movable rod 82 and the limiting block 83, when the device is influenced by external vibration, the electronic module body 1 and the connecting plate 3 have the tendency of vertical movement and hard collision with the limiting strip 64, at the moment, the limiting strip 64 can drive the movable rod 82 to move in a small amplitude along the direction of the movable hole 81 under the combined action of the spring 84 and the external vibration, and the influence of the external vibration on the electronic module body 1 is effectively relieved by utilizing the elasticity of the spring 84;
when the limiting bar 64 can drive the movable rod 82 to move in a small range along the direction of the movable hole 81 under the action of the spring 84, the limiting block 83 can repeatedly extrude the elastic film 85, maintenance oil inside the elastic film 85 flows to two sides, therefore, the triangular blocks 87 protrude outwards under the pressure of the maintenance oil, part of the maintenance oil seeps out through gaps between two adjacent groups of the triangular blocks 87, and flows into the threaded hole 42 through the metal sheet 63 and the first rod body 61 and the gap between the second rod bodies 62, and flows towards the surface of the threaded cylinder 43 along the spiral of the threaded hole 42, so that the threaded cylinder 43 is prevented from being rusted, and meanwhile, in the process, the maintenance oil can also maintain the metal sheet 63, the first rod body 61, the second rod body 62 and other components, the connection strength and the service life of the device are improved, and the difficulty in disassembly is reduced.

The locking device with the protection mechanism for the electronic module comprises an electronic module body (1), an installation panel (2), connecting plates (3) and a locking mechanism (4), wherein two groups of connecting plates (3) are fixed on the outer surface of the lower end of the electronic module body (1), connecting grooves (5) are formed in the positions, corresponding to the connecting plates (3), of the outer surface of the upper end of the installation panel (2), the connecting grooves (5) are connected with the connecting plates (3) through the locking mechanism (4), the locking device is characterized in that the locking mechanism (4) comprises a locking piece (6), a limiting groove (41), threaded holes (42), threaded cylinders (43) and threaded grooves (44), threaded cylinders (43) are in threaded connection at positions, close to the two ends, in the threaded holes (42), two groups of limiting grooves (41) are formed in the inner surfaces of the two groups of threaded cylinders (43) in a central symmetry mode, threaded grooves (44) are formed in the positions, corresponding to the threaded cylinders (43), of the two ends of the inner surface of the connecting grooves (5), corresponding to the threaded cylinders (43), the threaded grooves (44) and through holes (7) are formed in the positions, corresponding to the outer surface of the installation panel (2);
the locking part (6) comprises a first rod body (61), a second rod body (62), two metal sheets (63), two limiting strips (64), a rotating block (65), a connecting hole (66) and a clamping groove (67), the number of the metal sheets (63) is two, the two metal sheets (63) are fixedly connected between the first rod body (61) and the second rod body (62) in a centrosymmetric manner, the first rod body (61) and the outer surface of the second rod body (62) are provided with two groups of limiting strips (64) in a centrosymmetric manner, one end of the first rod body (61) far away from the metal sheets (63) is fixedly connected with the rotating block (65), the limiting strips (64) are mutually matched with the limiting grooves (41), the first rod body (61) and the second rod body (62) are mutually matched with the inner surface of the threaded cylinder (43), the connecting hole (66) is formed in the position of the inner surface of the threaded hole (42) between the two groups of the threaded cylinder (43), the connecting hole (66) is formed in the position of the connecting hole (66) corresponds to the position of the metal sheet (63), the two sides of the inner surface of the connecting groove (5) are provided with the position of the connecting hole (67), one end of the connecting hole (43) which is penetrated through, and the through hole (7) extends to the inner surface of the other end of the threaded cylinder (43) in sequence, and a protection mechanism is arranged between the threaded cylinder (43) and the first rod body (61).
