Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a temperature adjusting device of a water heating system according to the present invention, please refer to fig. 1. The hot water system temperature regulating device can be arranged at the water using end of a concentrated heating type household or commercial hot water system, a public shower facility and the like. In the above system, the heat source outputs hot water, and the multi-stage pipes in the pipe network system deliver the hot water to the temperature adjusting devices of the respective users, and the hot water output from the temperature adjusting devices is used for the users.
The water heating system temperature regulating device comprises: the thermoelectric module 10, the hot water pipe 20, the heating water pipe 30 capable of controlling water inflow, the control unit 40, the cooling water pipe 50 capable of controlling water inflow and the control assembly. The hot water pipe 20 may be connected to a pipeline in the pipe network system, and the water outlet of the hot water pipe 20 is respectively connected to the heating water pipe 30 and the cooling water pipe 50, so as to output hot water to the heating water pipe 30 and the cooling water pipe 50. It should be noted that, because the users of the above-mentioned hot water system have the characteristic of intermittent water use, the users can reserve a part of cold water at the corresponding pipe ends after the users use the water once. In the next initial stage of water use, after the cold water is output, the hot water in the hot water system is output. That is, the hot water pipe 20 normally outputs cold water at an initial stage of water use.
The thermoelectric module 10 includes a thermoelectric heat pump 11, a cooling end 12, and a warming end 13, and the warming end 13 is disposed in a warming water pipe 30. The cooling water pipe 50 is provided with a cooling end 12 and a water storage tank 51, that is, the media flowing in the cooling end 12 and the heating end 13 are water flowing out of the hot water pipe 20. Wherein the thermoelectric heat pump 11 is capable of transferring heat in the medium of the cooling end 12 to the heating end 13, thereby raising the temperature of water flowing through the heating end 13 for supply to a user. The cold water flowing out from the cooling end 12 may be stored in the water storage tank 51, and the medium in the water storage tank 51 may be reused or used for cooling or the like, which is not limited in this embodiment. The working mode of the thermoelectric module 10 can avoid wasting water resources on the basis of ensuring the requirements of users and saving energy.
The thermoelectric module 10 operates in a manner that has a higher coefficient of performance than conventional electrical heating, has a good energy-saving effect, and has a smaller demand for power capacity, and is suitable for use in domestic and commercial buildings.
The hot water pipe 20 is provided with a first temperature sensor 21, and the first temperature sensor 21 is electrically coupled to the control unit 40, and is configured to acquire and transmit a first temperature signal tin, where the first temperature signal tin can reflect the real-time temperature of the water in the hot water pipe 20. If the first temperature signal tin of the first temperature sensor 21 is lower than the first preset temperature T1, it indicates that the temperature of the hot water outputted from the hot water pipe 20 is too low to be used by the user. At this time, the control unit 40 may control the thermoelectric module 10 to heat the water in the warming water pipe 30. If the first temperature signal tin of the first temperature sensor 21 is higher than the first preset temperature T1, it indicates that the temperature of the hot water output from the hot water pipe 20 is suitable for the user. The first preset temperature T1 is a minimum comfortable water temperature acceptable to the user, and may be set according to the user's requirement, which is not limited in this embodiment.
The second temperature sensor 31 and the water flow sensor 32 are further provided on the warming water pipe 30, and the second temperature sensor 31 and the water flow sensor 32 are provided downstream of the warming end 13. The above-mentioned second temperature sensor 31 is electrically coupled to the control unit 40 for acquiring and transmitting a second temperature signal tout, which can reflect the real-time temperature of the water output from the temperature rising end 13. The water flow sensor 32 is electrically coupled to the control unit 40 for acquiring and transmitting a water flow signal, which can reflect the real-time water demand of the user.
If the second temperature signal tout of the second temperature sensor 31 is between the first preset temperature T1 and the second preset temperature T2, it indicates that the temperature of the hot water output from the warming water pipe 30 is suitable for the user. If the second temperature signal tout of the second temperature sensor 31 is lower than the first preset temperature T1, the temperature of the hot water output from the warming water pipe 30 is too low to be suitable for the user. If the second temperature signal tout of the second temperature sensor 31 is higher than the second preset temperature T2, it indicates that the temperature of the hot water output from the warming water pipe 30 is too high. When the second temperature signal tout is too low or too high, the thermoelectric module 10 can be adjusted to ensure that the second temperature signal tout is between the first preset temperature T1 and the second preset temperature T2. The second preset temperature T2 may be set according to the needs of the user, which is not limited in this embodiment. It should be noted that, the difference between the second preset temperature T2 and the first preset temperature T1 may be within a preset temperature range, which not only ensures the use requirement of the user, but also prevents frequent adjustment of the device, for example, the preset temperature range may be 2-8 ℃.
The operation of the water flow sensor 32 may be: if the user needs water, the user opens a valve downstream of the water flow sensor 32, the water remaining in the warming water pipe 30 flows through the water flow sensor 32, and the water flow triggers the water flow sensor 32 to send a corresponding signal to the control unit 40. If the user does not need water, the valve downstream of the water flow sensor 32 is in the closed state, and the water flow sensor 32 does not send a signal to the control unit 40.
The control unit is used for adjusting the heating capacity of the thermoelectric heat pump 11, the water inlet of the heating water pipe 30, the water inlet of the cooling water pipe 50, and the water outlet of the water storage tank 51. The control unit 40 may control the above-described control components.
In this embodiment, the control unit 40 can control the heat exchange switch of the thermoelectric module 10 and the water inlet switch of the warming water pipe 30 based on the received signals, so that the temperature of the water flowing out from the warming end 13 meets the use requirement of the user.

Thereby solving the problem of discharging and reserving cold water in the pipeline at the initial stage of boiled water of a user, realizing the instant supply of hot water, improving the comfort of the water for the user, and storing the cold water output by the cooling end 12 in the water storage tank 51 so as to avoid the waste of water resources. That is, even in a state where the water pressure in the temperature-increasing water pipe 30 is large and the water pressure in the temperature-decreasing water pipe 50 is small, the temperature-increasing water pipe 30 is not affected and operates normally. The structure can recycle water in the water storage tank 51, avoid waste of water resources and not influence normal operation of the heating water pipe 30.
Further, the drain pipe 60 is connected between the water outlet of the water storage tank 51 and the water inlet of the heating end 13, and is used for discharging water in the water storage tank 51 to the heating water pipe 30, so that the water storage tank 51 can be conveniently used by a user after being heated by the heating end 13, and the water storage tank 51 can be prevented from being stored in the water storage tank 51 for a long time.
Of course, the water outlet of the water storage tank 51 may not be provided with the water discharge pipe 60, or the water in the water storage tank 51 may be used for other purposes, for example, for cooling or the like, through the water discharge pipe 60, which is not limited in this embodiment.

Wherein the cooling end 12 and the heating end 13 may be closely attached to both sides of the thermoelectric heat pump 11, so that heat exchange efficiency may be ensured. Moreover, the flow direction of water in the cooling end 12 can be opposite to the flow direction of water in the heating end 13, that is, the flow direction of water is opposite at two sides of the thermoelectric heat pump 11, so that the heat exchange efficiency can be improved.
In the above embodiment, the control assembly includes: the first electrically operated valve 33 is disposed at the water inlet of the warming water pipe 30, the opening degree of the first electrically operated valve 33 is controllable, and the first electrically operated valve 33 is electrically coupled with the control unit 40. The control unit 40 may control the switch of the first electrically operated valve 33 according to the water requirement, and adjust the opening of the first electrically operated valve 33 according to the second temperature signal tout, so that the second temperature signal tout is between the first preset temperature T1 and the second preset temperature T2 to meet the user requirement. It should be noted that the opening of the first electrically operated valve 33 cannot be adjusted to be too small to ensure the minimum water consumption of the user.

Based on the working mode of the thermoelectric module 10, the temperature regulating device of the hot water system has higher heating efficiency than the traditional electric heating device, has good energy saving effect, has smaller requirement on electric power capacity, and is suitable for being applied to families and commercial buildings. Moreover, the device can be additionally arranged at the tail end of water, and has simple structure, convenient installation and low cost.
The invention also provides a control method of the temperature regulating device of the hot water system, fig. 3 is a logic control diagram of the control method of the temperature regulating device of the hot water system, please refer to fig. 3, the control method can be applied to any one of the temperature regulating devices of the hot water system, the method comprises:
301. when the water flow signal is obtained, if the first temperature signal tin of the first temperature sensor 21 is lower than the first preset temperature T1, the water inlet of the heating water pipe 30 is controlled, the water inlet of the cooling water pipe 50 is controlled, and the thermoelectric module 10 is operated, so that the water outlet temperature of the heating water pipe 30 is heated to the first preset temperature T1.
Wherein the water flow signal is acquired by the water flow sensor 32 and transmitted to the control unit 40. The water flow signal indicates that water is flowing through the warming water pipe 30, i.e., that the user has a water demand. Specifically, if the user needs water, the user opens a valve downstream of the water flow sensor 32, the water remaining in the warming water pipe 30 flows through the water flow sensor 32, and the water flow triggers the water flow sensor 32 to send a corresponding signal to the control unit 40. The valve may be a general valve, and the corresponding user may use the water outputted from the warming water pipe 30. The valve may be a water mixing valve 80, and the water mixing valve 80 is also connected to a tap water pipe, so that a corresponding user can mix the water output from the temperature raising water pipe 30 with the water output from the tap water pipe for use.
In this step, if the first temperature signal tin of the first temperature sensor 21 is lower than the first preset temperature T1, it indicates that the temperature of the hot water outputted from the hot water pipe 20 is too low to be suitable for the user. At this time, the control unit 40 may control the thermoelectric module 10 to heat the water in the warming water pipe 30.
The inflow water of the hot water pipe 20 is split into a cooling water pipe 50 and a heating water pipe 30, and exchanges heat with the low temperature side and the high temperature side of the thermoelectric module 10 in the cooling end 12 and the heating end 13 respectively, cold water flowing out of the cooling end 12 enters the water storage tank 51, and hot water flowing out of the heating end 13 is supplied to the tail end of water. In this stage, by adjusting the electric power controller 14 and the first electrically operated valve 33, it is ensured that the second temperature signal tout detected by the second temperature sensor 31 is as stable as possible between the first preset temperature T1 and the second preset temperature T2. Wherein the opening of the first electrically operated valve 33 cannot be too small in order to be able to ensure a minimum hot water usage.
If the second temperature signal tout detected by the second temperature sensor 31 is higher than the second preset temperature T2 after the first electrically operated valve 33 is opened to the maximum, the electric power controller 14 is turned down to ensure that the water temperature at the second temperature sensor 31 is as stable as possible between the first preset temperature T1 and the second preset temperature T2.
It should be noted that during this operation, the current of the electric power controller 14 may be adjusted to 0, so that the adjustment process of the electric power controller 14 may be ensured to be substantially continuous.
In this operation, the water flow path includes: a hot water pipe 20, a heating water pipe 30 and a cooling water pipe 50.
Step 301 includes a number of possible embodiments:
3011. When the water flow signal is obtained, if the first temperature signal tin of the first temperature sensor 21 is lower than the first preset temperature T1, and the water level H signal output by the water level sensor 52 is lower than the first preset height H1, that is, the water level of the water storage tank 51 is not full. The second electric valve 53 on the cooling water pipe 50 is opened, the drainage electric valve 62 and the drainage water pump 61 are closed, and water is stored in the water storage tank 51, and the step is used for providing a medium for cooling for the cooling end 12 of the thermoelectric module 10. By turning on the thermoelectric module 10, the opening of the first electrically operated valve 33 and the thermoelectric heat pump 11 are adjusted in combination, and the outlet water temperature of the warming water pipe 30 is heated to the first preset temperature T1.
According to the control method of the temperature adjusting device of the hot water system provided by the invention, the step 301 further comprises the following embodiments:
3012. When the water flow signal is obtained, if the first temperature signal tin of the first temperature sensor 21 is lower than the first preset temperature T1 and the water level H signal output by the water level sensor 52 is not lower than the first preset height H1, that is, exceeds the maximum limit position of the water storage tank 51 capable of storing water, the water inlet needs to be stopped by the following operation. Closing the thermoelectric module 10, closing the second electric valve 53 on the cooling water pipe 50, closing the drainage electric valve 62 and the drainage water pump 61, adjusting the first electric valve 33 to a preset opening degree, and discharging cold water until the water temperature in the hot water pipe 20 reaches the use requirement.
302. When the water flow signal is obtained, if the first temperature signal tin of the first temperature sensor 21 is not lower than the first preset temperature T1, the temperature of the hot water output from the hot water pipe 20 is suitable for the user, and at this time, the water inlet of the heating water pipe 30 can be controlled, the water inlet of the cooling water pipe 50 can be stopped, and the thermoelectric module 10 can be turned off, so that the waste of electric energy is avoided. At this time, the hot water in the hot water pipe 20 is normally used by the user, and the warming water pipe 30 is used only for the overcurrent.
This step 302 includes a number of possible embodiments:
3021. When the water flow signal is obtained, if the first temperature signal tin of the first temperature sensor 21 is not lower than the first preset temperature T1 and is lower than the second preset temperature T2, it indicates that the water temperature output by the hot water pipe 20 is suitable for the user. The thermoelectric module 10 can be closed, the second electrically operated valve 53 on the cooling water pipe 50 can be closed, the drain electrically operated valve 62 and the drain water pump 61 can be closed, and the first electrically operated valve 33 can be adjusted to a preset opening.
3022. When the water flow signal is obtained, if the first temperature signal tin of the first temperature sensor 21 is not lower than the second preset temperature T2, it indicates that the water temperature output by the hot water pipe 20 is suitable for the user. And the water level H signal outputted from the water level sensor 52 is higher than the second preset height H2, at which time it is necessary to stop heating and drain water. The thermoelectric module 10 is closed, the second electric valve 53 on the cooling water pipe 50 is closed, the first electric valve 33 is adjusted to a preset opening degree, the drainage electric valve 62 is opened, and the drainage water pump 61 is opened. In the above operation, the water flow path includes: a hot water pipe 20, a warming water pipe 30 and a drain pipe 60.
3023. If the first temperature signal tin of the first temperature sensor 21 is not lower than the second preset temperature T2, the water temperature output by the hot water pipe 20 is suitable for the user. And the water level H signal output from the water level sensor 52 is not higher than the second preset height H2, indicating that the water level of the water storage tank 51 is lower than the minimum limit position of the water storage amount, heating and drainage may be stopped. That is, the thermoelectric module 10 is turned off, the second electrically operated valve 53 on the cooling water pipe 50 is turned off, the drain electrically operated valve 62 is turned off, the drain water pump 61 is turned off, and the first electrically operated valve 33 is adjusted to a predetermined opening.
In the above operation, the water flow path includes: a hot water pipe 20 and a warming water pipe 30.
303. When the water flow signal is not acquired, the water supply to the cooling water pipe 50 is stopped and the thermoelectric module 10 is turned off.
Wherein, the water flow signal is not obtained, which indicates that the user has stopped using water. The method specifically comprises the following steps: when the water flow signal is not obtained, the thermoelectric module 10 is turned off, the second electric valve 53 on the cooling water pipe 50 is turned off, the water discharge electric valve 62 and the water discharge electric valve 62 are turned off, and the first electric valve 33 is adjusted to a preset opening.
The control method of the temperature regulating device of the hot water system solves the problem of cold water reserved in the pipeline at the initial stage of boiled water of a user, realizes the instant supply of hot water, improves the comfort of water for the user and avoids the waste of water resources.
