Referring to fig. 1 to 5, the present invention provides a technical solution: the device comprises a methane drying furnace 1, a deodorant box 9 and a fermentation box 14, wherein the bottom of the fermentation box 14 is fixedly connected with a flow distribution box 25, the methane drying furnace 1 is connected with the flow distribution box 25 through a material pipe 3, two mounting platforms 7 are symmetrically arranged on the other side of the bottom of the fermentation box 14, and a mud pump 21 is arranged at the top of each mounting platform 7; two fermentation tanks 34 are symmetrically arranged inside the fermentation tank 14, organic fertilizer inside the fermentation tanks 34 is divided into a clear water layer 30 and an organic material layer 31, the bottoms of the fermentation tanks 34 are communicated with the diversion tank 25, one ends of the material pipes 3 inserted into the diversion tank 25 are provided with material discharge valves 32, the bottom of the diversion tank 25 is fixedly connected with a waste water discharge valve 33, and the bottom of the waste water discharge valve 33 is fixedly connected with a waste water pipe 26; the middle of the top of the fermentation box 14 is fixedly connected with an air pressure box 13, a plurality of pressure regulating air valves 39 are uniformly distributed at the bottom of the air pressure box 13, an inner top wall of the air pressure box 13 is fixedly connected with a telescopic side wall 36, the bottom of the telescopic side wall 36 is fixedly connected with a sealing plate 38, the top of the sealing plate 38 is fixedly connected with a tension spring 37, the top of the tension spring 37 is fixedly connected with the inner top wall of the air pressure box 13, the middle of the top of the air pressure box 13 is fixedly connected with a one-way control box 11, the top of the one-way control box 11 is fixedly connected with a delivery pipe 12, the periphery of the top of the fermentation box 14 is fixedly connected with a water spraying pipeline 15 through a support column 10, two ends of the delivery pipe 12 are fixedly connected on the water spraying pipeline 15, atomization nozzles 16 are uniformly distributed at the top of the water spraying pipeline 15, one side of the top of the air pressure box 13 is fixedly connected with a self-priming pipe 6, one end of the self priming pipe 6 is fixedly connected with a one-way valve 42 inserted into the air pressure box 13, the other end of the self-sucking pipe 6 is inserted into the deodorant box 9, the top of the deodorant box 9 is provided with an opening, the bottom of the one-way control box 11 is provided with a hose 41, the bottom of the hose 41 is fixedly connected with a pore ball 40, the pore ball 40 is made of spherical metal, the surface of the pore ball 40 is uniformly provided with water inlet holes, the bottom of the fermentation tank 34 is obliquely arranged, one side of the bottom of the fermentation tank 34, which is close to the feeding branch pipe 24, is higher than one side connected with the branch pipe 25, one end of the biogas drying furnace 1, which is far away from the fermentation box 14, is provided with a dry material outlet 27 and a waste gas outlet 28, the dry material outlet 27 is arranged in the middle, the bottom of the biogas drying furnace 1 is fixedly connected with a furnace base 17, the power input end of the mud pump 21 is provided with a driving motor 23, the other end of the mud pump 21 is provided with a sucking pipe 20, the side of the mud pump 21 is provided with a high-pressure pipe 19, the end of the high-pressure pipe 19 is connected with the feeding branch pipe 24 communicated with the fermentation tank 34 inside the fermentation box 14, the end of the feeding branch pipe 24 is inserted into the fermentation tank 34, and the end of the feeding branch pipe 24 is provided with a feeding control valve 35.
When the biological deodorant is used, the biogas drying furnace 1 is arranged, odor gas such as ammonia gas and hydrogen sulfide generated by a biological organic fertilizer in the fermentation box 14 can be utilized, the organic fertilizer discharged from the fermentation box 14 is dried, when the biological organic deodorant is used, the gas in the fermentation box 14 enters the biogas drying furnace 1 through the biogas pipe 2, and is supplemented through the air supplementing pipe 18 when the gas in the biogas pipe 2 is insufficient, so that the purpose of utilizing the odor gas and preventing the odor gas from polluting the surrounding environment due to ventilation is achieved, the pressure regulating valve 39 is opened after the inside of the fermentation box 14 has enough air pressure during use, the tension spring 37 can be shortened under the action of pressure difference, so that the internal microbial deodorant is sprayed out, the pressure regulating valve 39 is closed when the air pressure is insufficient, after the biogas in the fermentation box 14 is discharged, the pressure regulating valve 39 is opened again, the tension spring 37 can be shortened under the action of the pressure difference, the microbial deodorant can be sprayed out under the action of the self-suction valve 37, the deodorant can be extended again under the action of the self-suction pipe 6, and the microbial deodorant can be supplemented after the biogas is discharged.
