Sludge discharge device for sewage treatment with separation function, including sedimentation tank main part (1), its characterized in that: the sedimentation tank comprises a sedimentation tank body (1), wherein a spiral lifting device (2) penetrates through the sedimentation tank body (1), a filter screen (10) is fixed in the sedimentation tank body (1), a feeding round shell (4) is fixedly embedded in the left side of the top of the sedimentation tank body (1), a first motor (5) is fixed on the front side of the feeding round shell (4), an output shaft of the first motor (5) penetrates through and is rotatably mounted on the front side of the feeding round shell (4), collecting boxes (3) are respectively fixed on the front side and the back side of the feeding round shell (4), a separating device (6) is arranged in the feeding round shell (4), the separating device (6) comprises a rotating rod (61), an L-shaped rod (63) and a baffle plate (64), the rotating rod (61) is fixed on the output shaft of the first motor (5), a turning rod (62) is fixed on the outer side of the rotating rod (61), the baffle plate (64) is fixed on the front side and the back side of the feeding round shell (4), and the L-shaped rod (63) is fixed on the right side of the feeding round shell (4).
A T-shaped elastic rod (65) is fixed at the bottom of the L-shaped rod (63), a knocking rod (66) is fixed at one side of the T-shaped elastic rod (65) close to the L-shaped rod (63), and one end of the knocking rod (66) far away from the T-shaped elastic rod (65) is contacted with the bottom of the L-shaped rod (63);
