Abstract
一种宋锦纺织面料加工用表面涂布装置,包括箱体、箱盖、第一输送辊、第二输送辊、第三输送辊、第四输送辊、第一支架、储液箱、输液泵、进液管、出液软管、主连接管、安装板、电机和控制面板输液泵的进液端通过进液管与储液箱连通,输液泵的出液管通过出液软管与主连接管连通;电机的输出端与安装板连接;安装板上设置有喷料组件;喷料组件包括副连接管和安装管,副连接管两端分别与主连接管和安装管连通;多个喷头关于安装管沿纵向对称设置;喷料组件绕电机输出端中心轴均匀设置有多组,多组喷料组件中的喷头的数量沿顺时针方向逐渐减少。本发明能根据面料宽度进行喷头作业范围的调整,能使喷头充分、节约的进行喷涂作业。
