Specifically, the axis of the wind-up roller 152 and the rotation center line of the rotary table 130 are located on the same vertical plane, and the laminated battery cell 200 is located in the middle of the rotary table 130, so that the wind-up roller 152 is always located right above the laminated battery cell 200, and as a result, the exposed angle of the positive electrode plate 220 is the same as the exposed angle of the negative electrode plate 230 when the rotation mechanism 120 drives the laminated battery cell 200 to rotate to the first limit position along the first direction, and the laminated battery cell 200 is driven to rotate to the second limit position along the second direction, so that the whole disassembly process is balanced and stable, and the positive electrode plate 220 and the negative electrode plate 230 are conveniently taken out.
In this embodiment, the wind-up roller 152 is internally provided with the ventilation cavity 154, the air pump 153 is communicated with the ventilation cavity 154, the circumferential surface of the wind-up roller 152 is provided with the adsorption hole 155 communicated with the ventilation cavity 154, the air pump 153 is used for sucking air so as to adsorb the diaphragm 210 on the circumferential surface of the wind-up roller 152 through the ventilation cavity 154 and the adsorption hole 155, thereby realizing vacuum adsorption of the innermost diaphragm 210 wound outside the wind-up roller 152, fixing the relative position of the diaphragm 210 and the wind-up roller 152, preventing the diaphragm 210 from displacing relative to the wind-up roller 152, and ensuring the stable and reliable wind-up process.
Referring to fig. 10, the embodiment of the invention further provides a disassembling method of the laminated battery cell disassembling device, which comprises the following steps:
step S110, placing the laminated battery cells 200 on the rotary table 130, and positioning the laminated battery cells 200 by using the positioning mechanism 140.
In step S110, the rotary table 130 is first rotated to a horizontal position, and the laminated battery cell 200 is placed in the middle of the rotary table 130 to make one side of the laminated battery cell 200 abut against the fixed clamping block 143, and then the driving cylinder 141 is started to drive the movable clamping block 142 to approach the fixed clamping block 143, so as to clamp the laminated battery cell 200 between the movable clamping block 142 and the fixed clamping block 143, thereby completing positioning of the laminated battery cell 200.
Step S120, the diaphragm 210 located at one side of the laminated battery cell 200 is led out to the winding mechanism 150.
In step S120, the separator 210 is first pulled out from the side of the laminated battery cell 200 away from the rotary table 130, and the separator 210 is pulled out of the winding roller 152 by one turn, in which process, the positive electrode sheet 220 and the negative electrode sheet 230 sandwiched in the pulled-out portion of the separator 210 are manually taken out, and then the air pump 153 is started to generate negative pressure to vacuum-adsorb the separator 210, thereby fixing the relative positions of the separator 210 and the winding roller 152.
In step S130, the separator 210 is wound by the winding mechanism 150, so that the positive electrode sheet 220 or the negative electrode sheet 230 combined in the separator 210 is exposed.
It should be noted that, in step S130, the second driving motor 151 is started to drive the wind-up roller 152 to rotate, so as to wind up the diaphragm 210, in this process, the wind-up roller 152 continuously pulls out the diaphragm 210 from the laminated battery core 200, so that the multi-layer folded cavity 240 is opened in sequence, and thus the plurality of positive electrode plates 220 and the plurality of negative electrode plates 230 clamped in the diaphragm 210 are exposed in sequence, so that the separator is convenient to take out and recover. At the same time, the lifting mechanism 160 continuously drives the laminated battery cell 200 to continuously lift, and the lifting speed is equal to the thickness reduction speed of the laminated battery cell 200, so as to ensure that the suspension length of the diaphragm 210 between the winding mechanism 150 and the laminated battery cell 200 is kept unchanged.
Step S140, when the positive plate 220 is exposed, the rotating mechanism 120 is used for driving the rotating table 130 to rotate along a first direction and taking out the positive plate 220, and when the negative plate 230 is exposed, the rotating mechanism 120 is used for driving the rotating table 130 to rotate along a second direction and taking out the negative plate 230.
In step S140, in the process of winding the separator 210 by the winding roller 152 to expose the positive electrode sheet 220, the rotating table 130 is driven by the rotating mechanism 120 to rotate along the first direction to increase the exposure angle of the positive electrode sheet 220, when the rotating mechanism 120 drives the laminated battery cell 200 to rotate to the first limit position, the exposure angle of the positive electrode sheet 220 is maximum, at this time, the positive electrode sheet 220 is taken down from the separator 210 by the manipulator 180 and placed in the collecting box 190 to complete the disassembly and recovery of one positive electrode sheet 220, in the process of winding the separator 210 by the winding roller 152 to expose the negative electrode sheet 230, the rotating table 130 is driven by the rotating mechanism 120 to rotate along the second direction to increase the exposure angle of the negative electrode sheet 230, when the rotating mechanism 120 drives the laminated battery cell 200 to rotate to the second limit position, the negative electrode sheet 230 is taken down from the separator 210 by the manipulator 180 and placed in the collecting box 190 to complete the disassembly and recovery of one negative electrode sheet 230, and so cycle is repeated until the whole laminated battery cell 200 and the positive electrode sheet 220 are taken out and all the laminated battery cells 200 are quickly disassembled.
