Embodiment 2 discloses a packaging machine based on embodiment 1, which is added with an automatic sealing and trimming function for packaging fresh-keeping film coiled materials after bagging, and the same points of embodiment 2 as embodiment 1 are not described again, and the differences can be referred to fig. 4 and 8.
In embodiment 2, a seal trimming mechanism 207 is further provided on the side of the upper surface of the stand 201 remote from the coil discharging roller 204, and the seal trimming mechanism 207 is disposed in close proximity to the bagging mechanism 205. Specifically, the seal trimming mechanism 207 includes a lower die 2071 and an upper die 2072. Wherein the lower pressing die 2071 is fixedly disposed on the upper surface of the base 201, the upper pressing die 2072 is disposed right above the lower pressing die 2071, and a second elevating device 2073 for accomplishing the up-and-down movement of the upper pressing die 2072 is disposed on the frame plate 202. The opposite surfaces of the upper die 2072 and the lower die 2071 are also provided with semicircular grooves capable of containing the preservative film roll stock, meanwhile, the opposite surfaces of the upper die 2072 and the lower die 2071 are both provided with cutting blades 2074 near the side ends of the bagging mechanism 205, the two cutting blades 2074 are arranged in a staggered manner to form a shearing part similar to a scissors, the preservative film roll stock to be jacked up by the jacking block 2056 and the packaging bag are rolled into the semicircular grooves of the lower die 2071 together, the upper die 2072 is pushed downwards by the action of the second lifting device 2073, and at the moment, the two cutting blades 2074 can directly cut off the connecting line of the two adjacent packaging bags.
Meanwhile, in the present embodiment, a lower heat sealing plate 2075 is further provided at the front end of the lower pressing die 2071, an upper heat sealing plate 2076 is provided at the same position as the upper pressing die 2072, and an electric heating wire is provided at the lower end of the upper heat sealing plate 2076, so that the front end of the packing bag can be heat-sealed in the process of trimming by the heating action of the electric heating wire.
Finally, in order to facilitate automatic blanking of the cut and heat-sealed preservative film roll material, a storage groove is formed in one side of the lower pressing die 2071, which is close to the bagging mechanism 205, a jacking block which is consistent with the groove surface of the semicircular groove is arranged in the storage groove, and a jacking device for jacking the jacking block out of the storage groove is arranged in the machine base. In addition, one end of the lower pressing die 2071 far away from the bagging mechanism 205 is provided with a downward inclined material guiding table 2077, and a material receiving box 300 is arranged below the material guiding table 2077, and when the cut and sealed preservative film roll is jacked up, the preservative film roll automatically rolls into the material receiving box 300 along the material guiding table 2077.
