Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of sterilization equipment, and provides a sealed self-locking steam sterilizer which comprises an outer shell, wherein an inner container is arranged in the outer shell; a door cover is arranged at the opening position of the inner container; the hand wheel is provided with a wheel shaft, and the end part of the hand wheel is rotationally clamped on the door cover; one surface of the door cover facing the inner container is connected with a self-locking assembly; the self-locking assembly comprises a nut piece and an elastic body, and a self-locking rod is arranged in the elastic body; the elastic body is compressed to move upwards from the lock rod and is abutted against the wheel shaft; the self-locking stop column on the end face of the wheel shaft is fixed on the self-locking rod to prevent the self-locking rod from rotating. Therefore, the self-locking assembly is arranged on one surface, facing the inner container, of the door cover; when the steam pressure in the inner container is overlarge, the self-locking assembly locks the wheel shaft to prevent the wheel shaft from rotating to open the door cover; the auto-lock subassembly sets up in inside, and is the encapsulated situation, need not to set up the interface on the inner bag. The self-locking under the pressure condition is realized, the hidden danger of steam leakage is fundamentally eliminated, and the overall safety is improved.

Background
The disinfection and sterilization equipment is widely applied to the fields of medicine, epidemic prevention and the like, wherein a steam sterilizer is a common one. According to the regulation of the national standard YY1007, when the steam sterilizer has pressure in the inner container, a mechanical interlocking device is required to ensure that the door body cannot be opened.
The mechanical interlocking structure commonly used at present is that an interface is arranged on an inner container and is connected to a locking device of a door shaft through a pipeline. The structure has a plurality of pipeline interfaces, has air leakage hidden danger and increases unsafe factors.
In view of the foregoing, it is apparent that the prior art has inconvenience and disadvantages in practical use, and thus, needs to be improved.

The technical problem solved by the invention is as follows: under the closed condition, the self-locking protection of the door body is realized. A self-locking assembly is arranged on one surface of the door cover facing the inner container; when the steam pressure in the inner container is overlarge, the self-locking assembly locks the wheel shaft to prevent the wheel shaft from rotating to open the door cover; the self-locking assembly is arranged in the inner part and is in a closed state, and an interface is not required to be arranged on the inner container. The self-locking under the pressure condition is realized, the hidden danger of steam leakage is fundamentally eliminated, and the overall safety is improved.

one surface of the door cover facing the inner container is connected with a self-locking assembly;
the self-locking assembly comprises a nut piece, and a stud bolt in threaded connection with the nut piece is arranged on the door cover; one end of the nut piece is fixedly connected with an elastic body, the elastic body is of a hollow structure, and a self-locking rod is arranged inside the elastic body; the self-locking rod is connected with the stud and the door cover in a sliding and penetrating manner; when the elastic body is compressed, the upper end of the self-locking rod can extend into the clamping groove to abut against the end face of the wheel shaft, and after the elastic body is recovered, the upper end of the self-locking rod retracts away from the clamping groove;
the end face of the wheel shaft is provided with a self-locking stop post, when the upper end of the self-locking rod abuts against the end face of the wheel shaft and the wheel shaft has a rotation tendency, the self-locking stop post is clamped with the self-locking rod to prevent the wheel shaft from rotating.

Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the invention provides a sealed self-locking steam sterilizer, which comprises an outer shell 21, wherein an inner container 2 is arranged in the outer shell 21; a door cover 3 is arranged at the opening position of the inner container 2; the hand wheel 1 is used for realizing the opening and closing of the door cover 3; the outer shell 21 is provided with two beam seats 22, and a reinforcing beam 11 positioned above the door cover 3 is bridged between the two beam seats 22; the hand wheel 1 is provided with a wheel shaft 12, the wheel shaft 12 is in threaded connection with the reinforcing beam 11, and the end part of the wheel shaft is rotationally clamped on the door cover 3;
when the hand wheel 1 rotates, the wheel shaft 12 rises relative to the reinforcing beam 11 to lift the door cover 3; when the hand wheel 1 rotates reversely, the wheel shaft 12 descends relative to the reinforcing beam 11, and the door cover 3 is pressed on the opening of the inner container 2.
Referring to fig. 3, as an embodiment, a clamping ring 121 is integrally disposed at one end of the wheel shaft 12 facing the door cover 3, and a clamping groove movably sleeved with the clamping ring 121 is correspondingly disposed on the door cover 3. The rotary connection of the two is realized, and the door cover 3 can be lifted or pressed.
A self-locking assembly 4 is connected to one surface of the door cover 3 facing the inner container 2; when the steam pressure in the inner container 2 is overlarge, the self-locking component 4 locks the wheel shaft 12 to prevent the wheel shaft from rotating to open the door cover 3;
the self-locking assembly 4 comprises a nut piece 41, and a stud 32 screwed with the nut piece 41 is arranged on the door cover 3; one end of the nut piece 41 is fixedly connected with an elastic body 42, the elastic body 42 is of a hollow structure, and a self-locking rod 43 is arranged inside the elastic body 42; the self-locking rod 43 is connected with the stud 32 and the door cover 3 in a sliding way; when the elastic body 42 is compressed, the upper end of the self-locking rod 43 can extend into the clamping groove to abut against the end surface of the wheel shaft 12, and after the elastic body 42 is recovered, the upper end of the self-locking rod 43 retracts away from the clamping groove;
referring to fig. 4, a self-locking stop pillar 122 is disposed on the end surface of the axle 12, and when the upper end of the self-locking rod 43 abuts against the end surface of the axle 12 and the axle 12 has a rotation tendency, the self-locking stop pillar 122 is in clamping connection with the self-locking rod 43 to prevent the axle 12 from rotating.
When a certain pressure is reached in the inner container 2, the steam compresses the elastic body 42, so that the self-locking rod 43 moves upwards and is inserted into the clamping groove, thereby preventing the wheel shaft 12 from rotating and preventing the door cover 3 from being opened.
The self-locking assembly 4 is arranged at the bottom of the door cover 3 and is in a closed state, and the interface is prevented from being arranged on the inner container 2, so that the hidden danger of steam leakage is eliminated, and the overall safety is improved.
The elastic body 42 is preferably made of copper, has elasticity, and is resistant to high temperature. Further, the elastic body 42 is connected with the nut member 41 by brazing; the joint is firm and the leakproofness is good.
As a preferable scheme, the beam seat body 22 is externally wrapped with an anti-scald cover 13; avoiding scalding the operator.
Preferably, the top of the door cover 3 is fixedly connected with a guide rod 31, and the reinforcing beam 11 is correspondingly provided with a guide hole 111 in sliding fit with the guide rod 31; the door cover 3 is lifted and lowered in the vertical direction to avoid being blocked.
The guide rods 31 are preferably two and symmetrically distributed on either side of the wheel axle 12. Furthermore, the guide rod 31 is screwed on the door cover 3, so that the door cover is convenient to disassemble, assemble and replace.

A sealed self-locking steam sterilizer is characterized by comprising an outer shell, wherein an inner container is arranged in the outer shell; a door cover is arranged at the opening position of the inner container; the hand wheel is used for realizing the opening and closing of the door cover; two beam seat bodies are arranged on the outer shell, and a reinforcing beam positioned above the door cover is connected between the two beam seat bodies in a spanning manner; the hand wheel is provided with a wheel shaft, the wheel shaft is in threaded connection with the reinforcing beam, and the end part of the wheel shaft is rotationally clamped on the door cover; the end of the wheel shaft facing the door cover is integrally provided with a clamping ring, and the door cover is correspondingly provided with a clamping groove which is movably sleeved with the clamping ring;
one surface of the door cover facing the inner container is connected with a self-locking assembly;
the self-locking assembly comprises a nut piece, and a stud bolt in threaded connection with the nut piece is arranged on the door cover; one end of the nut piece is fixedly connected with an elastic body which is of a hollow structure, and a self-locking rod is arranged inside the elastic body; the self-locking rod is connected with the stud and the door cover in a sliding and penetrating manner; when the elastic body is compressed, the upper end of the self-locking rod can extend into the clamping groove to abut against the end face of the wheel shaft, and after the elastic body is recovered, the upper end of the self-locking rod retracts away from the clamping groove;
the end face of the wheel shaft is provided with a self-locking stop post, when the upper end of the self-locking rod abuts against the end face of the wheel shaft and the wheel shaft has a rotating tendency, the self-locking stop post is connected with the self-locking rod in a clamping mode, and the wheel shaft is prevented from rotating.

3. The sealed self-locking steam sterilizer of claim 2, wherein the elastomer is connected to the nut member by brazing.
4. A sealed self-locking steam sterilizer as claimed in claim 1, wherein the top of the door cover is fixedly connected with a guide rod, and the stiffening beam is correspondingly provided with a guide hole in sliding fit with the guide rod.
5. The sealed self-locking steam sterilizer of claim 1, wherein the guide rods are two and symmetrically distributed on both sides of the wheel shaft.
6. The sealed self-locking steam sterilizer of claim 5 wherein the guide bar is threaded onto the door.
7. A sealed self-locking steam sterilizer as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein an anti-burn cover is wrapped outside the beam seat body.
