The effect of scraping redundant bamboo leaf flavone nursing liquid on the sanitary towel core layer 1 through the squeeze rollers 52, controlling the distance between the two squeeze rollers 52 through the control of the installation angle of the angle adjusting sleeve 56 of the scraping block 5, enabling scraped bamboo leaf flavone nursing liquid to flow into the storage box below the scraping mechanism, and further avoiding the waste of the bamboo leaf flavone nursing liquid is achieved.
Working principle: when in use, a worker adds the bamboo leaf flavone care solution into a cavity formed between the connecting frame 41 and the connecting sleeve 42 through the feeding pipe 43, winds the sanitary towel core layer 1 on the guide roller 3, passes the sanitary towel core layer 1 between the two coating rollers 4, passes between the two scraping blocks 5 and then is pulled to the guide roller 3;
when the sanitary towel core layer 1 with different thicknesses is required to be coated, the hydraulic cylinder 421 is controlled to stretch and retract to drive one end of the first transmission plate 410 below to move, and then the third transmission plate 417 drives the second transmission plate 416 to deflect, so that the first transmission gear 414, the second transmission gear 415, the third transmission gear 418, the fourth transmission gear 419 and the fifth transmission gear 420 are always meshed, the two coating rollers 4 are driven to synchronously rotate in opposite directions, the sanitary towel core layer 1 is transmitted through the rotation of the two coating rollers 4, the blanking roller 47 is driven to rotate during the transmission of the sanitary towel core layer 1, and the bamboo leaf flavone care solution in the storage tank 48 is coated on the sanitary towel core layer 1;
when the sanitary towel core layer 1 coated with the bamboo leaf flavone nursing liquid passes through the scraping mechanism, redundant bamboo leaf flavone nursing liquid on the sanitary towel core layer 1 is scraped through the extrusion rollers 52, the scraped bamboo leaf flavone nursing liquid flows into the storage box below the scraping mechanism, the distance between the two extrusion rollers 52 is controlled through the control of the installation angle of the angle adjusting sleeve 56 of the scraping block 5, the angle adjusting sleeve 56 is limited through the connection of the fixing sleeve 57 and the fixing groove 59, the angle adjusting sleeve 56 is prevented from falling out from the limiting groove 58, and the extrusion amount of the bamboo leaf flavone nursing liquid on the sanitary towel core layer 1 is controlled.

1. A production process of a sanitary towel chip containing bamboo leaf flavone comprises the following steps: step one, a sanitary towel core layer (1) is arranged on a conveying device in a roller mode to be conveyed, and the sanitary towel core layer is guided through a guiding component;
step two, uniformly coating the bamboo leaf flavone nursing liquid on the sanitary towel core layer (1) through a coating device, wherein the coating device comprises an integrated seat (2) for mounting parts, a coating mechanism and a scraping mechanism for coating the sanitary towel core layer (1) with the bamboo leaf flavone nursing liquid are arranged in the integrated seat (2), and guide rollers (3) are mounted on the inner walls of the two ends of the coating mechanism and the scraping mechanism through bearings of the integrated seat (2);
the scraping mechanism is arranged on the right side of the coating mechanism, the scraping mechanism extrudes redundant nursing liquid on the sanitary towel core layer (1) after the bamboo leaf flavone nursing liquid is coated, the coating mechanism comprises two coating rollers (4) which are distributed up and down, the bamboo leaf flavone nursing liquid is added on the sanitary towel core layer (1) by one of the coating rollers (4), and the bamboo leaf flavone nursing liquid is uniformly distributed on the sanitary towel core layer (1) through extrusion and transmission of the two coating rollers (4);
one of the coating rollers (4) consists of a connecting frame (41) with an I-shaped structure and a connecting sleeve (42) which is sleeved and connected between two inner side end surfaces of the connecting frame (41) in a rotary sealing manner, a feeding pipe (43) with a valve is fixedly communicated with one end surface of the connecting frame (41), and a supporting frame (44) fixedly connected with the inner side surface of the integrated seat (2) is fixedly connected with the outer surface of the connecting sleeve (42) positioned above;

a fourth transmission gear (419) which is in meshed transmission with the second transmission gear (415) positioned below is movably sleeved on the side surface of the middle part of the third transmission plate (417), the third transmission gear (418) is in meshed transmission with the fourth transmission gear (419), a fifth transmission gear (420) which is respectively in meshed transmission with the first transmission gear (414) and one of the second transmission gears (415) is movably sleeved on the side surface of the first transmission plate (410) positioned below, and a hydraulic cylinder (421) is movably hinged to the tail end of the first transmission plate (410) positioned below, and the hydraulic cylinder (421) is fixedly arranged on the integrated seat (2) through a connecting seat;
the preparation method of the bamboo leaf flavone care solution comprises the following steps:
s1, decocting 10% of bamboo leaf flavone powder, 8% of radix sophorae flavescentis, 8% of lithospermum and 70% of pure water in a marmite to form mixed liquid medicine;
s2, filtering the mixed liquid medicine through a grading filter device to obtain pure liquid without residues;
s3, adding the pure solution and 4% of glycerol into a stirring and mixing device according to the proportion of 25:1, and fully mixing to obtain the bamboo leaf flavone care solution;
step three, drying the sanitary towel core layer (1) coated with the bamboo leaf flavone care solution in the step two through a sterile drying device;
and step four, rolling the sanitary towel core layer (1) which is dried in the step three through a rolling device.

The process for producing a sanitary napkin chip containing bamboo leaf flavonoid according to claim 1, wherein: the scraping mechanism comprises two scraping blocks (5) which are symmetrically distributed, the opposite surfaces of the two scraping blocks (5) are provided with mounting grooves (51), the inner walls of the mounting grooves (51) are provided with squeeze rollers (52) made of silica gel materials through bearings, the two squeeze rollers (52) squeeze the sanitary towel core layer (1) in a rolling way to enable the bamboo leaf flavone care solution to be evenly distributed, and redundant bamboo leaf flavone care solution is squeezed out of the sanitary towel core layer (1).
