As shown in fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 13 and fig. 14, the chalk dust collecting device further includes a collecting mechanism 11, the collecting mechanism 11 includes an electric push rod, a collecting frame 111, a scraper 112, a discharging hopper 113, a collecting box 114, a clamping block 115 and a clamping spring 116, an electric slide rail 110 is disposed at the bottom of the blackboard 6, the collecting frame 111 for collecting chalk dust is disposed at the bottom of a housing of the electric slide rail 110, a scraper 112 for scraping out chalk dust is slidably disposed at the left side of the electric slide rail 110, the scraper 112 is connected with a moving member of the electric slide rail 110, the scraper 112 is slidably connected with the inside of the collecting frame 111, the discharging hopper 113 is welded at the right side of the bottom of the collecting frame 111, the clamping blocks 115 capable of fixing are slidably disposed at front and rear sides of the lower portion of the discharging hopper 113, the collecting box 114 for collecting chalk dust for a long time is slidably disposed between the two clamping blocks 115, the clamping springs 116 are connected between the front and rear sides of the collecting box 114 and the clamping blocks 115 at the same side, and the collecting box 114 is located below the discharging hopper 113 and contacts with the bottom of the collecting frame 111.
When a teacher writes on the blackboard 6, some chalk dust will fall off, part of the chalk dust will fall in the collection frame 111, and when the teacher uses a wiping cloth to wipe off writing traces, the chalk dust will also fall in the collection frame 111, when the chalk dust in the collection frame 111 is stored more, the teacher can start the electric slide rail 110 to work, so that the electric slide rail 110 drives the scraper 112 to move towards the right, the scraper 112 can scrape the chalk dust in the collection frame 111 towards the right, so that the chalk dust can fall into the collection box 114 through the lower hopper 113, when the scraper 112 moves towards the right to a limit, the electric slide rail 110 will run reversely to drive the scraper 112 to clamp and reset towards the left, the electric slide rail 110 stops working automatically after the scraper 112 has reset, so that the electric slide rail 110 can drive the scraper 112 to move back and forth automatically, and forth without manual cleaning, when the chalk dust in the collection box 114 is filled with enough chalk dust, the teacher can pull the clamping block 115 towards the outside, the clamping spring 116 is pulled, and the clamping block 115 is pulled outwards, and the collection box 113 is not aligned with the collection box 113, so that the collection box 114 can be pulled back and the collection box 114 can be pulled, so that the chalk dust can be removed, and the collection box 114 can be removed, and the collection box can be removed, so that the collection box 114 can be removed, and the chalk dust can be returned, and the collection box 113 can be removed, and then the collection box 114 can be removed, and the collection box 114 can be returned. As shown in fig. 1, 2, 15, 16 and 17, the shaking apparatus 12 further includes a shaking mechanism 12, the shaking mechanism 12 includes a push rod 120, a fourth connecting block 121, a return spring 122, a rotating shaft 123, a gear 124, a rack 125, a cam 126, a fifth connecting block 127, a beating rod 128 and a return spring 129, the push rod 120 is slidably disposed on the right side of the collecting frame 111, the fourth connecting block 121 is disposed on the right side of the push rod 120, the return spring 122 is connected between the fourth connecting block 121 and the collecting frame 111, the return spring 122 is sleeved on the push rod 120, the rotating shaft 123 is welded on the right side of the bottom of the collecting frame 111, the cam 126 is rotatably disposed on the rotating shaft 123, the gear 124 is rotatably disposed on the bottom of the rotating shaft 123, the top of the gear 124 is connected with the bottom of the cam 126, the rack 125 is welded on the left side of the fourth connecting block 121, the rack 125 is engaged with the gear 124, the fifth connecting block 127 is disposed on the rear side wall of the right portion of the collecting frame 111, the fifth connecting block 127 is disposed on the rear side wall of the fifth connecting block 128, the beating rod 128 for vibrating the collecting frame 111, the beating rod 128 is rotatably disposed on the rear side, the side of the beating rod 128, the fifth connecting block is connected with the beating rod 129 for buffering, and the return spring 129 for the beating rod 128 is connected with the beating rod 128 for buffering, and the cam 126.
When a teacher needs to clean chalk dust in the collection frame 111, the electric slide rail 110 drives the scraping plate 112 to move to the right side, when the scraping plate 112 contacts with the pushing rod 120, the pushing rod 120 and the fourth connecting block 121 are driven to move to the right side, the return spring 122 is stretched accordingly, the fourth connecting block 121 moves to the right side and simultaneously drives the rack 125 to move to the right side, the rack 125 drives the gear 124 to rotate with the cam 126, the bulge of the cam 126 contacts with the knocking rod 128, the knocking rod 128 further drives the knocking rod 128 to move to the rear side, the return spring 129 is compressed, when the bulge of the cam 126 does not contact with the knocking rod 128 any more, the knocking rod 128 moves forwards to knock the fifth connecting block 127 under the action of the return spring 129, the vibration force of the fifth connecting block 127 is transmitted to the collection frame 111, the knocking rod 128 strikes the collection frame 111 through the fifth connecting block 127, the chalk dust in the collection frame 111 can fall into the collection box 114 better, the intermittent knocking rod 128 rotates to drive the knocking rod 128 to drop, the collection frame 125 again, the collection frame 125 returns the collection frame 125 to the collection frame 125, and drives the rack 126 to the collection frame 125 to move again, and the collection rod 125, and returns the collection rod 126 to the collection frame 125, when the collection rod 126 moves to the collection frame 125, and the collection frame 125, the collection rod 122 returns to the collection frame 120.
