Background
At present, in the fire rescue accident disposal, due to the reasons of explosion damage, power failure, mechanical failure and the like, the automatic closing mechanisms of valves of civil water supply and drainage pipelines, gas pipelines and chemical engineering devices are likely to fail, and due to the fact that the valves are subjected to high temperature, oxygen deficiency and toxic gas injury at any time, rescue workers are required to rapidly and manually close the valves. The manual valve closing is high in physical power consumption and long in time consumption, and the speed of valve closing is likely to determine whether rescue operation is successful or not, and whether life and property safety of people can be protected or not.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is to provide an electric valve opener for fire protection, which comprises a starting switch, an inner rotor brushless motor, a motor speed regulator, a shell, a direct drive rod, a handle butt clamp, adjustable diameter rods, adjustable forward rods, a fixed sleeve and a storage battery, wherein the inner rotor brushless motor directly drives a force application component comprising the adjustable diameter rods and the adjustable forward rods through the direct drive rod, the direct drive rod is connected with three adjustable diameter rods, two of the three adjustable diameter rods are provided with the handle butt clamp, and each adjustable diameter rod is fixedly provided with one adjustable forward rod.
The electric valve opener for fire control is suitable for manually opening and closing civil water supply, gas supply and the like during fire rescue, is suitable for manual valves of various factory gas transmission, transfusion and other pipeline networks, adopts built-in storage batteries to supply power, is convenient to operate and is suitable for manual valves of various types.
The outer stator of the inner rotor brushless motor is directly fixed on the shell, and is powered by the storage battery through the motor speed regulator without arranging a speed reducing mechanism.
The shell comprises a handle frame which can be held at two sides, and the storage battery is fixed in the hollow handle frame.
The starting switch is positioned on the handle frame and directly controls the closing and opening of the motor speed regulator through a circuit.
The limiting disc is fixed on the direct-drive rod, and the two adjustable diameter rods with the handles are oppositely clamped and can be used for adjusting angles and fixing positions.
The adjustable diameter rod and the adjustable forward rod are provided with fixed sleeves, and the connection between the two sections of adjustable diameter rods and the adjustable forward rod can be fastened or loosened through rotating the fixed sleeves so as to stretch and retract the lengths of the adjustable diameter rod and the adjustable forward rod.
As described above, the electric valve opener for fire control of the present invention has the following beneficial effects:
Firstly, the invention does not provide a speed reducing mechanism, reduces weight and friction loss, and is convenient and flexible to use.
Secondly, through the motor speed regulator, the invention always keeps the maximum power operation after being started, and corresponding changes are generated according to different rotation speeds of the valve torque.
Third, in the present invention, the operator can naturally place the thumb on the start switch when holding the handle frame with both hands, facilitating opening and closing.
Fourth, in the invention, the handle clamp can adjust the angle of the adjustable diameter rod to adapt to the valve hand wheels with different specifications and shapes.
Fifth, in the invention, the fixed sleeve can adjust the length of the adjustable diameter rod and the adjustable forward rod to adapt to the valve hand wheels with different sizes and specifications.

The application will be further illustrated with reference to specific examples. These examples are only for illustrating the present application and are not intended to limit the scope of the present application. Various changes and modifications may be made by one skilled in the art, and these equivalents may be substituted for elements thereof without departing from the scope of the application as defined in the claims appended hereto.
An object of this embodiment is to provide an electric valve opener for fire control for solve the fire control rescue personnel and in handling the accident, can't open and close the problem to large-scale manual valve, the electric valve that electric mechanism can't use effectively fast. The principle and implementation of the electric valve opener for fire protection according to the present embodiment will be described in detail below.
The electric valve opener for fire protection as shown in fig. 1 and 2 comprises a shell 1, a handle frame 2, an inner rotor brushless motor 3, a direct drive rod 4, a handle butt clamp 5, a fixed sleeve 6, an adjustable forward rod 7, a starting switch 8, an adjustable diameter rod 9, a motor speed regulator 10, a storage battery 11 and a limiting disc 12.
As shown in fig. 2, three adjustable diameter rods 9 are numbered from left to right (top view clockwise) as a rod a, a rod B, and a rod C, wherein the rod C is free of a handle grip. According to the page number of the valve hand wheel, the angle of the A rod and the B rod is adjusted by using the handle butt clamp 5, so that the A rod and the B rod are fixed on the limiting disc 12. For the 2, 4 and 8 pages of hand wheels, only the angle between the A rod and the C rod needs to be adjusted, for the 3, 6 and 9 pages of hand wheels, the included angles of the three rods need to be consistent, for the 5 and 10 pages of hand wheels, the included angle between the B rod and the C rod diameter line is 144 degrees, the included angle between the A rod and the B rod diameter line is 72 degrees, for the 7 pages of hand wheels, the included angle between the B rod and the C rod diameter line is 103 degrees, and the included angle between the A rod and the B rod diameter line is 154 degrees. According to the specification and the diameter of the valve, the length of the adjustable diameter rods 9 is adjusted by using the fixed sleeve 6, so that the lengths of the three adjustable diameter rods 9 are consistent, and the three adjustable forward rods 7 can be inserted into the handwheels of the valve. The fixed sleeve 6 on the adjustable forward rod 7 is unscrewed, and the length of the adjustable forward rod 7 is adjusted to enable the electric valve opener for fire protection to be suitable for the current working condition and easy to operate, and then the fixed sleeve 6 is screwed. The operator holds the handle frames 2 on both sides respectively, inserts the adjustable forward rod 7 into the leaf interval corresponding to the valve hand wheel, presses the start switch with the thumb, the storage battery 11 supplies power to the motor speed regulator 10 and starts the motor 3, and from the perspective of the operator, the motor 3 rotates clockwise to generate torque capable of rotating the valve hand wheel, and meanwhile the operator overcomes the reverse torque generated by resistance.
After the valve is closed, an operator presses a start switch with a thumb to close the motor 3, and the lengths and angles of the adjustable forward rod 7 and the adjustable diameter rod 9 are adjusted through the fixed sleeve 6 and the handle butt clamp 5, so that the electric valve opener for fire control is restored to a state before use.
