A screening device for plastic particle treatment as claimed in claim 1, wherein said anti-clogging mechanism (7) comprises a supporting base (71), a movable bracket (72), a driving motor (73) and a transmission gear (74), said supporting base (71) is mounted on the fixed support (2), said supporting base (71) is movably connected with the movable bracket (72), a transmission shaft is arranged at the inner side of said movable bracket (72), said transmission shaft is mounted on the movable bracket (72) through a bearing, said transmission shaft is connected with the output shaft of the driving motor (73), said driving motor (73) is mounted on the outer surface of the movable bracket (72), and said transmission shaft is mounted with the transmission gear (74) through a spline.

A screening device for plastic particle processing according to claim 8, wherein said anti-clogging mechanism (7) further comprises a pulling rack (75), a connecting column (76) and a fastening member (77), said driving gear (74) is engaged with said pulling rack (75), said pulling rack (75) is installed on the surface of the supporting base (71), said movable bracket (72) is installed with said connecting column (76), said connecting column (76) is provided with said fastening member (77), and said fastening member (77) is fixed on the discharging hose (41).
10. A method of implementing a screening device for the treatment of plastic granules as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9, characterized in that it comprises the following steps:
s1: adding plastic particles into the screening outer frame (321), starting the electric push rod (314) and driving the screening outer frame (321) to enter the inner side of the material collecting bin (4);
s2: the traction motor (311) is started and drives the transmission screw rod (312) to rotate, the transmission screw rod (312) drives the traction slide block (313) to reciprocate under the guiding action of the guide base (8) in the rotating process, the traction slide block (313) reciprocates to drive the screening outer frame (321) to move along with the traction slide block, and plastic particles are screened through the reciprocating screen (322);
s3: after plastic particles are screened, large plastic particles are remained on the screening material filter screen (322) because the large plastic particles cannot pass through the screening material filter screen (322), small plastic particles are dropped into the collecting bin (4) because the small plastic particles can pass through the screening material filter screen (322), and are discharged into the collecting tray (6) through the discharge hose (41);
s4: after the small block-shaped plastic particles are discharged, the rotating motor (325) drives the driving gear (327), the driven gear (328) and the rotating shaft (326) to rotate, so that the screening filter screen (322) rotates in the screening outer frame (321) under the driving of the rotating shaft (326), the large block-shaped plastic particles remained on the screening filter screen (322) fall into the collecting bin (4) and are discharged into the collecting tray (6) through the discharging hose (41), and the plastic particles accumulated on the screening filter screen (322) are shaken off and discharged in the reciprocating rotation process of the screening filter screen (322);
s5: when the discharge hose (41) discharges materials, the driving motor (73) drives the transmission shaft and the transmission gear (74) to rotate, so that the movable support (72) moves on the supporting base (71) in a reciprocating mode, the movable support (72) moves in a reciprocating mode to drive the connecting column (76), the fastening piece (77) and the discharge hose (41) to move in a reciprocating mode, and plastic particles in the discharge hose (41) are discharged smoothly.
