Description

Method for cleaning PET film belt for electronic ceramic slurry casting
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of electronic ceramic slurry, in particular to a method for cleaning a PET film belt for tape casting of electronic ceramic slurry.
Background
The tape casting is that the crushed powder and organic plasticizer solution are mixed according to a proper proportion to prepare slurry with certain viscosity, the slurry flows down from a container, is scraped and pressed by a scraper with certain thickness and is coated on a special base band, after drying and curing, the thin film of a green band is peeled off from the top, and then the green band is subjected to processing treatments such as punching, laminating and the like according to the size and the shape of a finished product to prepare a ceramic green body to be sintered.
Whether the green sheet can be easily peeled off from the base tape is one of the key factors for obtaining a green sheet having excellent energy flow. If the peeling force of the film tape is more than 50gf/in, the green body is easily deformed or even broken during the peeling process. The peel force of the film tape is suitably selected from the range of 10gf/in to 30 gf/in. At present, in the casting process of electronic ceramic slurry such as aluminum nitride, aluminum oxide and the like, a film has two use modes: 1) The membrane belt is disposable; 2) The membrane tape was used several times without washing. The first way is for the ceramic chip manufacturer to bring the film back to the supplier for processing, and the disposable use increases the manufacturing cost of the ceramic chip; the second mode can reduce the cost of the film belt after being used for many times, but the product quality problem is often caused by the reduction of the peeling force of the film belt or the insufficient cleaning of the film belt after being used for 5 to 10 times. Therefore, the reasonable method for cleaning the PET film belt for casting is one of the key problems to be solved in the preparation of the electronic ceramic slurry.
