The working principle of the invention is as follows: the recycled aggregate is conveyed by the stone conveyor belt to fall into the feeding hopper 3 from the upper part of the feeding hopper 3, the recycled aggregate falls into the impeller 23 rotating at a high speed through a discharging hole in the center of the material supporting circular platform 53, the recycled aggregate is fully accelerated by the impeller 23 and then is ejected through three uniformly distributed flow channels on the impeller 23, the recycled aggregate impacts a counterattack lining plate on the inner wall of the vortex shaping box 21, part of the recycled aggregate is crushed and shaped, the recycled aggregate ejected from the flow channels on the impeller 23 impacts the counterattack lining plate to form a continuous aggregate curtain, the recycled aggregate on the material supporting circular platform 53 is slowly increased, the material supporting circular platform 53 is slowly dropped to the top of the fixed supporting ring 32 under the increased pressure of the recycled aggregate, part of the recycled aggregate is guided by the material supporting circular platform 53 and is separated into the same amount of the recycled aggregate towards the insides of the four aggregate uniform distribution boxes 41, the recycled aggregate is naturally ejected downwards to different areas inside the vortex shaping box 21 through two lower natural discharge frames 43, the naturally ejected recycled aggregate forms waterfall-fall flow and is ejected and is discharged to the recycled aggregate guide plate 54, and the recycled aggregate is discharged to be conveyed to the shaping hopper for shaping.

The grading and shaping equipment for the recycled aggregate is characterized by comprising a shaping machine frame (1), wherein the shaping machine frame (1) is used for assembling equipment parts, a crushing and shaping module (2) is fixedly connected inside the shaping machine frame (1), a feeding hopper (3) is fixedly connected to the top end of the crushing and shaping module (2), the feeding hopper (3) is used for feeding the recycled aggregate and guiding the recycled aggregate to fall into the crushing and shaping module (2), and the crushing and shaping module (2) is used for crushing and shaping the recycled aggregate; the top of the crushing and shaping module (2) is fixedly connected with an outer aggregate uniform-distribution module (4) wrapping the outer side of the feed hopper (3), and the outer aggregate uniform-distribution module (4) leads out part of regenerated aggregates in the feed hopper (3) and guides the regenerated aggregates to naturally fall to different areas in the crushing and shaping module (2) so as to realize collision shaping of waterfall flow regenerated aggregates and a high-speed throwing-flying aggregate curtain; the inside sliding connection of trimmer frame (1) has aggregate guide module (5), trimmer frame (1) is used for connecting aggregate guide module (5) and realization aggregate guide module (5) in the lift adjustment of trimmer frame (1) internal position, aggregate guide module (5) in inside decline realization of trimmer frame (1) the inside regeneration aggregate of feeder hopper (3) falls into the guide of outer aggregate uniform distribution module (4) and the drawing forth of regeneration aggregate after broken plastic.

The recycled aggregate grading and shaping device according to claim 1, wherein the crushing and shaping module (2) comprises a vortex shaping box (21), a discharge hopper (22) and an impeller (23), the vortex shaping box (21) is fixedly connected to the center of the inside of the shaper frame (1), the discharge hopper (22) is fixedly connected to the bottom of the vortex shaping box (21), and the impeller (23) is fixedly connected to the inside of the vortex shaping box (21).

The recycled aggregate grading and shaping device according to claim 2, wherein the outer aggregate grading module (4) comprises aggregate grading boxes (41), combination blocks (42) and lower natural discharging frames (43), four aggregate grading boxes (41) are annularly distributed on the outer side of the feed hopper (3), the combination blocks (42) are fixedly connected between adjacent aggregate grading boxes (41), two lower natural discharging frames (43) which are distributed inside and outside are fixedly connected to the bottom ends of the aggregate grading boxes (41), and an included angle of 60 degrees is formed between the lower natural discharging frames (43) on the inner side and the bottom ends of the combination blocks (42).

The recycled aggregate grading and shaping device according to claim 3, wherein four connecting grooves (31) corresponding to the aggregate uniform distribution boxes (41) are formed in the feeding hopper (3), the inlet ends of the aggregate uniform distribution boxes (41) are fixedly connected to the corresponding inner portions of the connecting grooves (31), four through grooves (211) corresponding to the aggregate uniform distribution boxes (41) are formed in the top of the vortex shaping box (21), and the bottom ends of the aggregate uniform distribution boxes (41) are connected to the corresponding inner portions of the through grooves (211) in a clamping manner.

The grading and shaping equipment for the recycled aggregate according to claim 2, wherein two lifting adjusting grooves (11) which are symmetrically distributed and used for connecting the aggregate guiding module (5) are formed in the shaping machine frame (1), the aggregate guiding module (5) comprises a combined frame (51), a connecting vertical rod (52), a material supporting circular table (53) and an aggregate guiding plate (54), the two combined frames (51) are respectively and slidably connected in the two lifting adjusting grooves (11), the material supporting circular table (53) is slidably connected in the feeding hopper (3) and used for supporting and guiding the recycled aggregate, the connecting vertical rod (52) located above the material supporting circular table (53) is fixedly connected to the top ends of the two combined frames (51), and the bottom end of the connecting vertical rod (52) is fixedly connected with the material supporting circular table (53).

The recycled aggregate grading and shaping device according to claim 5, wherein a fixed supporting ring (32) positioned below the material supporting circular table (53) is fixedly connected to the inner side wall of the feeding hopper (3), and an aggregate guide plate (54) positioned below the discharge end of the discharge hopper (22) is fixedly connected between the bottom ends of the two combined frames (51).
7. The recycled aggregate grading and shaping device and the use method thereof according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the use method comprises the following steps:
s1, the recycled aggregate falls into the feeding hopper (3), falls into the impeller (23) rotating at a high speed through a blanking hole in the center of the material supporting circular table (53), is ejected through three uniformly distributed flow channels on the impeller (23) after being sufficiently accelerated, and impacts on a counterattack lining plate on the inner wall of the vortex shaping box (21) to realize crushing and shaping of part of the recycled aggregate;
s2, the recycled aggregate ejected from the upper flow channel of the impeller (23) impacts a counterattack lining plate to form a continuous aggregate curtain, the pressure of the recycled aggregate on the material supporting circular platform (53) is reduced to the top of the fixed supporting ring (32), part of the recycled aggregate is guided to the four aggregate uniform distribution boxes (41) through the material supporting circular platform (53), the recycled aggregate is naturally ejected downwards to different areas in the vortex shaping box (21) through the two lower natural discharging frames (43), and the naturally ejected recycled aggregate forms waterfall flow recycled aggregate and collides with the high-speed ejected aggregate curtain, so that the collision shaping of the recycled aggregate is realized;
and S3, discharging the shaped recycled aggregate downwards through the discharge hopper (22), and discharging the shaped recycled aggregate to an outer conveying belt through the aggregate guide plate (54) to realize conveying of the shaped recycled aggregate.
