Performance testing

1. Stability Performance test

Taking 10 parts of the care solution prepared in the examples 1-7, freezing each 100g of the care solution for 12 hours, taking out the care solution, thawing the care solution, standing the care solution for 12 hours at room temperature, and sequentially circulating for three times for 72 hours; every 12 hours, it is necessary to observe the changes of color, turbidity, precipitation, etc. and record the results, see table 1, among which: + means stable, -means unstable.

10 portions of each of the solutions prepared in examples 1 to 7, 100g each, were allowed to stand at room temperature for 1 month, and the color, turbidity, precipitation, etc. were observed and the results were recorded as shown in Table 1, wherein: + means stable, -means unstable.

2. Testing the spot sticker safety:

firstly, the care solution prepared in the embodiment 1 is used for testing the patch safety of a human body, and the prepared sports care solution is used for testing clinical efficacy data after ensuring that the prepared sports care solution is not allergic.

Skin occlusion patch test: the selected area is not more than 50mm²And qualified spot test equipment with the depth of about 1 mm. Placing the sample in a chamber of a spot tester at a dose of about 0.020g-0.025g (solid or semisolid) or 0.020mL-0.025mL (liquid) [200uL pipette scale 23uL]. The test substance is diluted, and the diluent of the cosmetic is applied to the control well. The spot test device with the test substance is applied to the back or the forearm curve of the subject with hypoallergenic tape, and is applied to the skin uniformly by pressing with the palm for 24h. The number of test persons was set to 10.

3. Oil control capability test

An Observ facial skin analyzer is used for determining a grease secretion area, a grease test probe of Softplus is used for monitoring facial sebum contents at different treatment times under the same condition, the unit is the reduction of absorbance a.u. (absorbency unit) as a vertical coordinate, and the cleaning capacity of the facial sebum contents is used as an oil control evaluation index.

Firstly, measuring the sebum content value under normal skin as a basic value index, then soaking the sports care solution prepared in the example 1 by gauze, wiping the face of a subject,

the anti-sebum efficacy evaluation for 0h,1h,2h,4h after wiping was calculated as follows: anti-sebum levels Δ S = S0-St; st is the sebum content of the face at time t; s0: the test results are shown in tables 3-4 and fig. 1 for the initial facial sebum content of the subject, and the selected test pattern for the sebum secretion area of the face of the subject is shown in fig. 4.

Analysis of the sebum content of the area wiped with the sports lotion, as shown in tables 3-4 and fig. 1, showed a tendency of a rapid decrease in sebum content, and a decrease in the relative sebum content of about 21a.u. at 0 hours after wiping, which was still within 2 hours. The prepared plant care solution has certain cleaning capacity in the aspect of sebum control.

4. Comfort Performance test

A sodium dodecyl sulfate solution (SLS solution) with a certain concentration is used for stimulating the skin to form a skin inflammation model, the care solution prepared in the embodiment 1 is smeared, the content of red pigment in the skin is measured, the effect of the care solution on the skin soothing capacity is evaluated, the test result is shown in figure 2, and the test chart of the soothing inhibition of a subject is shown in figure 6.

The method comprises the following steps: an SLS solution with the mass fraction of 2.0% is used for a closed patch test for 24h to induce erythema in a region defined on the inner side of the forearm. After 24h, the spot tester on the arm is removed, and after 6h, the skin parameters of the forearm spot placement are measured. And respectively applying water and the care solution prepared in the example 1 for repairing and relieving comparison within 0-4 h. After the end of the test, the solution prepared in example 1 was used again for 24h, and the recovery value was determined.

From fig. 2, it can be seen that the treatment solution showed significant stimulation repairing effect in the tested time by the established stimulation model and comparing the effects of the blank (water control) and the treatment solution in different time.

5. Testing moisturizing capability:

preparing sterilized water: 200mL of deionized water, heating and sterilizing at 121 ℃ for 15min, and cooling to room temperature for later use.

The samples used were: example 1 the resulting sports lotion was prepared.

When in use: the bending side of the forearm is used as the tested part with an area of 3X 3cm²The adjacent test parts are at least spaced by more than 1cm, and the test parts should be kept dry to avoid contacting other external preparations. Coating dosage: 0.050 ± 0.005 (mL) and absorb with a light finger press.

In the test, the MoistureMeter D test function is selected, the influence of delta TDC and TEWL of the product after the product acts on the Skin is used for measuring the Dielectric Constant of the Skin, and the Dielectric Constant (TDC Skin Tissue Dielectric Constant) is compared with the blank (not coated) and the control group (water) before and after the blank (not coated). The values of the skin dielectric constant are proportional to the moisture content of the skin and the results are shown in tables 5-6 and figure 3.

The amount of change was measured as an evaluation criterion. The increase in the skin dielectric constant corresponds to an increase in the moisture content of the skin.

The data in tables 5-6 and fig. 3 show that the care solution prepared in example 1 has a remarkable moisturizing effect within 2 h.

Claims

1. A sports type oil-controlling, soothing and moisturizing plant care solution is characterized by comprising the following preparation raw materials: an antimicrobial repair composition, an antioxidant composition, an oil control composition, a moisturizing composition, an adjuvant, water;

the antioxidant composition comprises a mulberry root bark extract;

the oil control composition comprises an extract of persimmon leaves;

the moisturizing composition includes a tea extract.

2. The sports oil-control, soothing and moisturizing plant care solution as claimed in claim 1, wherein the weight ratio of the antibacterial repairing composition, the antioxidant composition and the moisturizing composition is (11-14) to (4-7): (11-14).

The athletic oil control, soothing and moisturizing plant care solution as claimed in claim 1, wherein the antimicrobial repairing composition further comprises a cortex magnoliae officinalis extract, and the weight ratio of the eucalyptus globulus leaf extract, the cortex magnoliae officinalis extract and the herba siegesbeckiae extract is (4-7): (4-7): (2-3).

The sports oil-control, soothing and moisturizing plant care solution as claimed in claim 1, wherein the antioxidant composition further comprises black tea extract and artemisia capillaris flower extract, and the weight ratio of the mulberry root bark extract to the black tea extract to the artemisia capillaris flower extract is (2-3): (0.5-2): (0.5-2).

7. The sports oil management, soothing, and moisturizing plant care solution of claim 1, wherein the moisturizing composition further comprises a glaucopia nilotica extract and a phyllostachys bambusoides extract.
