西瓜为夏季之水果,果肉味甜,能降温去暑;种子含油,可作消遣食品;果皮药用,有清热、利尿、降血压之效。西瓜培育的质量与品种、种子处理、幼苗培育、肥水施加、管理方法等均相关。
目前,人们多采用传统的方法育苗,育苗工作随意性大、瓜苗强弱不一,所得西瓜苗不够健壮,由于人们对于幼苗品质的忽视,导致在恶劣天气或不良土壤中幼苗的移栽成活率差,移栽后生长缓慢,结果时间后延,西瓜个体偏小,经济效益较低。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种瓜苗健壮,可低温生长,移栽成活率高的西瓜壮苗的培育方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为达到上述技术目的,本发明的技术方案:
一种西瓜壮苗的培育方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)种子处理和催芽:拣选成熟饱满的西瓜种子,将所述西瓜种子于-3~-1℃放置15~18h,再于15~25℃放置5~15h,然后将其放于氢氧化钠溶液中浸泡10~30min,捞出,用温水清洗6~7次,用润湿紧致的纱布包裹好西瓜种子,在阳光充足的环境中放置2~3h后,再覆盖一层湿布,置于保温箱内,控制保温箱内的温度24~30℃、相对湿度75~80%,待80%以上的种子下端的芽长超过5mm后取出备用;
(2)育苗基质制备:取腐殖土、沙壤土、泥炭土、红糖和草木灰,混合均匀,得育苗基质;
(3)播种:将步骤(1)中催芽后的西瓜种子播种于盛有所述育苗基质的育苗盘中,播种时西瓜种子的芽端向下,播种后再铺一层1cm厚所述育苗基质,浇水,将所述育苗盘置于大棚内,保持温度24~30℃、相对湿度70~80%;
(4)成苗培育:待种子发芽育出高度为5~6cm的西瓜苗时,更换育苗盘,具体是先将带有育苗基质的西瓜苗移至新的育苗盘中,新的育苗盘中铺有新的育苗基质,再向新的育苗盘中施洒壮苗剂,浇水,将新的育苗盘置于大棚内继续进行培养,保持大棚内的温度、相对湿度不变,直至将西瓜苗育成高度为13~15cm的壮苗,对育成的壮苗进行炼苗,剔除弱苗,即得成苗。
作为一种改进,步骤(2)中,按重量百分比计,所述育苗基质包括腐殖土40~50%、沙壤土20~30%、泥炭土20~30%、红糖2~3%和草木灰2~5%。

(1)种子处理和催芽:拣选成熟饱满的50粒西瓜种子,将西瓜种子于-3℃放置15h,持续缓慢升温至15℃再放置15h,然后将其放于2%wt氢氧化钠溶液中浸泡30min,捞出,用30℃温水清洗7次,用润湿紧致的纱布包裹好西瓜种子,在阳光充足的环境中放置3h后,再覆盖一层湿布,置于保温箱内,控制保温箱内的温度28℃、相对湿度75%,待80%以上的种子下端的芽长超过5mm后取出备用;
(2)育苗基质制备:按重量百分比计,取腐殖土50%、沙壤土25%、泥炭土20%、红糖3%和草木灰2%,混合均匀,得育苗基质;

(4)成苗培育:待种子发芽育出高度为5~6cm的西瓜苗时,更换育苗盘,具体是先将带有育苗基质的西瓜苗移至新的育苗盘中,新的育苗盘中铺有3cm厚新的育苗基质,再向新的育苗盘中施洒壮苗剂,按重量百分比计,壮苗剂包括硫酸铵40%,胺鲜酯3%,氯化钾7%,复硝酚钠2%,磷肥40%,硫酸锌3%和三唑磷5%,浇水,将新的育苗盘置于大棚内继续进行培养,保持大棚内的温度、相对湿度不变,直至将西瓜苗育成高度为13~15cm的壮苗,对育成的壮苗进行炼苗,剔除弱苗,即得成苗。
实施例3
一种西瓜壮苗的培育方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)种子处理和催芽:拣选成熟饱满的50粒西瓜种子,将西瓜种子于-2℃放置16h,持续缓慢升温至20℃再放置10h,然后将其放于3%wt氢氧化钠溶液中浸泡15min,捞出,用35℃温水清洗6次,用润湿紧致的纱布包裹好西瓜种子,在阳光充足的环境中放置2h后,再覆盖一层湿布,置于保温箱内,控制保温箱内的温度26℃、相对湿度78%,待80%以上的种子下端的芽长超过5mm后取出备用;
(2)育苗基质制备:按重量百分比计,取腐殖土40%、沙壤土25%、泥炭土30%、红糖2%和草木灰3%,混合均匀,得育苗基质;
(3)播种:将步骤(1)中催芽后的西瓜种子播种于盛有育苗基质的育苗盘中,播种时西瓜种子的芽端向下,西瓜种子的埋没深度为3cm,播种后再铺一层1cm厚育苗基质,浇水,将育苗盘置于大棚内,保持温度26℃、相对湿度78%;
(4)成苗培育:待种子发芽育出高度为5~6cm的西瓜苗时,更换育苗盘,具体是先将带有育苗基质的西瓜苗移至新的育苗盘中,新的育苗盘中铺有4cm厚新的育苗基质,再向新的育苗盘中施洒壮苗剂,按重量百分比计,壮苗剂包括硫酸铵45%,胺鲜酯2.5%,氯化钾5%,复硝酚钠1.5%,磷肥41%,硫酸锌2%和三唑磷3%,浇水,将新的育苗盘置于大棚内继续进行培养,保持大棚内的温度、相对湿度不变,直至将西瓜苗育成高度为13~15cm的壮苗,对育成的壮苗进行炼苗,剔除弱苗,即得成苗。
实施例4
一种西瓜壮苗的培育方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)种子处理和催芽:拣选成熟饱满的50粒西瓜种子,将西瓜种子于-2℃放置17h,持续缓慢升温至25℃再放置5h,然后将其放于3%wt氢氧化钠溶液中浸泡10min,捞出,用35℃温水清洗6次,用润湿紧致的纱布包裹好西瓜种子,在阳光充足的环境中放置2h后,再覆盖一层湿布,置于保温箱内,控制保温箱内的温度30℃、相对湿度80%,待80%以上的种子下端的芽长超过5mm后取出备用;
(2)育苗基质制备:按重量百分比计,取腐殖土40%、沙壤土30%、泥炭土25%、红糖3%和草木灰2%,混合均匀,得育苗基质;
(3)播种:将步骤(1)中催芽后的西瓜种子播种于盛有育苗基质的育苗盘中,播种时西瓜种子的芽端向下,西瓜种子的埋没深度为2.5cm,播种后再铺一层1cm厚育苗基质,浇水,将育苗盘置于大棚内,保持温度30℃、相对湿度80%;

一种西瓜壮苗的培育方法,包括以下步骤:

(2)育苗基质制备:按重量百分比计,取腐殖土50%、沙壤土25%、泥炭土20%、红糖3%和草木灰2%,混合均匀,得育苗基质;

对比例
西瓜种子在30~35℃温水中浸种6小时后用纱布包好,放入24~30℃、湿度为75~80%的保温箱中直至发芽;发芽后的西瓜种子移于育苗盘播种,西瓜苗生长高度为13~15cm进行移栽。
测定实施例1-5及对比例的种子发芽率,且在西瓜苗长到13~15cm时测定植株的高度、茎粗度、壮苗指数和病害发生率,壮苗指数计算方法为:(茎粗/株高+根干重/地上部干重)×全株干重。其测量结果见表1:

从表1可以看出,本发明实施例1-5的西瓜苗的茎粗和壮苗指数明显高于对比例,病害发生率明显低于对比例,说明本发明的培育方法明显优于现有的育苗方法,可培育出健壮、品质好,抗病率高,移栽成活率的西瓜苗。

Claims (4)
1.一种西瓜壮苗的培育方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)种子处理和催芽:拣选成熟饱满的西瓜种子,将所述西瓜种子于-3~-1℃放置15~18h,再于15~25℃放置5~15h,然后将其放于氢氧化钠溶液中浸泡10~30min,捞出,用温水清洗6~7次,用润湿紧致的纱布包裹好西瓜种子,在阳光充足的环境中放置2~3h后,再覆盖一层湿布,置于保温箱内,控制保温箱内的温度24~30℃、相对湿度75~80%,待80%以上的种子下端的芽长超过5mm后取出备用;
(2)育苗基质制备:取腐殖土、沙壤土、泥炭土、红糖和草木灰,混合均匀,得育苗基质;
(3)播种:将步骤(1)中催芽后的西瓜种子播种于盛有所述育苗基质的育苗盘中,播种时西瓜种子的芽端向下,播种后再铺一层1cm厚所述育苗基质,浇水,将所述育苗盘置于大棚内,保持温度24~30℃、相对湿度70~80%;
(4)成苗培育:待种子发芽育出高度为5~6cm的西瓜苗时,更换育苗盘,具体是先将带有育苗基质的西瓜苗移至新的育苗盘中,新的育苗盘中铺有新的育苗基质,再向新的育苗盘中施洒壮苗剂,浇水,将新的育苗盘置于大棚内继续进行培养,保持大棚内的温度、相对湿度不变,直至将西瓜苗育成高度为13~15cm的壮苗,对育成的壮苗进行炼苗,剔除弱苗,即得成苗;
在步骤(4)中,按重量百分比计,所述壮苗剂为硫酸铵32~45%,胺鲜酯2~3%,氯化钾5~10%,复硝酚钠1.5~2%,磷肥40~45%,硫酸锌2~3%和三唑磷3~5%;
步骤(1)中,所述氢氧化钠溶液的质量浓度为2~3%;
步骤(1)中,所述温水为温度为30~35℃的清水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的西瓜壮苗的培育方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中,按重量百分比计,所述育苗基质包括腐殖土40~50%、沙壤土20~30%、泥炭土20~30%、红糖2~3%和草木灰2~5%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的西瓜壮苗的培育方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)中,播种时,西瓜种子的埋没深度为2~3cm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的西瓜壮苗的培育方法,其特征在于,步骤(4)中,所述新的育苗盘中铺有新的育苗基质的厚度为3~4cm。
