本发明公开了一种新型辐照交联型高寿命荧光防伪电缆,是属于电缆制造技术领域,包括支撑体,所述支撑体的周侧均匀设置有绞合导体,所述绞合导体上设置有两层辐照交联聚乙烯绝缘,所述两层辐照交联聚乙烯绝缘之间有防伪荧光色带,绞合导体之间设置有成缆填充层,成缆填充层的外侧设置有绕包层,绕包层的外侧设置有护套层,其有益效果在于:通过辐照使两层交联聚乙烯材料融合在一起使绝缘线芯耐磨、耐刮擦和耐开裂性,高等级的耐热老化性比常规单层绝缘更加稳固,添加防伪荧光色带在辐照交联聚乙烯绝缘中间不能分离也不会被销毁和仿制,电缆具备高寿命和防伪的功能,防伪荧光色带使用使昏暗环境下线芯更易分辨,方便敷设。

本发明属于电缆制造技术领域,具体涉及一种新型辐照交联型高寿命荧光防伪电缆。
背景技术
辐照交联电缆相较于普通交联型电缆具有高耐磨、耐刮擦和耐开裂性,高等级的耐热老化性,高寿命电缆为多层辐照交联绝缘层叠加制造,但普通高寿命电缆绝缘及护套标识及印字信息易模仿并容易销毁和仿制,电缆在敷设过程中处于黑暗环境绝缘线芯印字不易分辨对黑暗环境下电缆敷设造成巨大困难。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于,针对解决上述问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种新型辐照交联型高寿命荧光防伪电缆,包括支撑体,所述支撑体的周侧均匀设置有绞合导体,所述绞合导体上设置有两层辐照交联聚乙烯绝缘,所述两层辐照交联聚乙烯绝缘之间有防伪荧光色带,绞合导体之间设置有成缆填充层,成缆填充层的外侧设置有绕包层,绕包层的外侧设置有护套层。
所述绞合导体的数量为若干个,所述成缆填充层的数量为若干个。
进一步的,所述外挤包两层辐照交联聚乙烯绝缘分层挤出而成,在所述两层绝缘之间添加有一条防伪荧光色带,两层辐照交联聚乙烯绝缘通过双层热挤出贴在一起,在进行辐照交联工艺时线电子间作用力打破重组使两层辐照交联聚乙烯绝缘融为一体,仅添加防伪荧光色带处无法融合,可以分辨为辐照交联聚乙烯绝缘。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
通过辐照使两层交联聚乙烯材料融合在一起使绝缘线芯耐磨、耐刮擦和耐开裂性,高等级的耐热老化性比常规单层绝缘更加稳固,添加防伪荧光色带在辐照交联聚乙烯绝缘中间不能分离也不会被销毁和仿制,电缆具备高寿命和防伪的功能,防伪荧光色带使用使昏暗环境下线芯更易分辨,方便敷设。
