3. The elastic water bag is pressed into the elastic water bag along the decompression water pipe under the action of the water pressure of the water inlet end of the valve body after the valve plate is closed, the elastic water bag is expanded and supported against the elastic potential energy of the elastic water bag, the water pressure of the water inlet end of the valve body is balanced once, the stress change in the valve plate is reduced, and the service life of the valve plate is prolonged. When the flashboard is opened, the water pressure in the elastic water bag is larger than the water pressure in the water passing channel, water enters the water passing channel along the decompression water pipe and the water discharging pipe, the elastic water bag is extruded to extrude the water in the elastic water bag in the process that the valve rod gradually stretches into the control cavity, and preparation is made for closing the flashboard next time.
