The stapling linkage assembly 20 operates such that the pusher 4 is in the position shown in fig. 30 after the row of staples 7 in the magazine 2 has been driven. The rotary buckle 203 pushes the push rod 201 forward under the torsion action of the first reset torsion spring 204, so that the extrusion inclined plane 2011 at the front end of the push rod 201 is inserted into the cover plate clamping groove 32 to lock the cover plate 3, and the cover plate cannot be sprung up under the torsion of the cover plate torsion spring 18. When the operator pulls the push pin hook lug 42 to move backwards to the tail end against the elastic force of the push pin spring 6, the boss 43 of the push pin block 4 drives the push rod 201 to move backwards, so that the extrusion inclined plane 2011 at the front end breaks away from the cover plate clamping groove 32, as shown in fig. 31, the push rod 201 pushes the rotary buckle 203 to rotate upwards against the acting force of the first reset torsion spring 204 until the push rod contacts the limiting pin 207. Because the push rod inclined surface 2011 at the front end of the push rod 201 is separated from the cover plate clamping groove 32, the cover plate 3 can spring up under the elastic force of the cover plate torsion spring 18, as shown in fig. 32. When the operator pulls to a certain position to release the hand, the rotary button 203 is inserted into and blocks the push pin hook lug 42, so that the push pin block 4 is prevented from moving forward under the action of the push pin spring 6, as shown in fig. 33. At this time, the row of nails 7 can be loaded into the through-slot 22 through the staple ports 21 of the magazine 2, as shown in fig. 34, 37, 38. After the chain riveting 7 is assembled, the cover plate 3 is pressed down, referring to fig. 35, the bevel 33 of the cover plate 3 presses the pressing bevel 2011 of the push rod 201, so that the push rod 201 retreats, the rotary button 203 is pushed to rotate upwards, meanwhile, the nail pushing block hook lug 42 can be separated from the blocking of the rotary button 203, and moves forwards under the thrust of the nail pushing spring 6 until the nail pushing block 4 is pushed to the position shown in fig. 36. The whole process is reduced to two actions, namely, one of the push pin pulling blocks 4 and the other of the push pin pulling blocks is used for pressing the cover plate 3, so that the binding linkage process can be completed.
Referring to fig. 1 to 42, a method for using a hammer with a magazine according to the present invention includes the steps of:
step 1, arranging nails 7 into a nail passing groove 22 of a nail box 2;
The operator pulls the nail pushing block hook lug 42, the boss 43 links the push rod 201 to move in a direction away from the cover plate 3, the push rod 201 is separated from the cover plate clamping groove 32, the cover plate 3 is sprung open under the elasticity of the cover plate torsion spring 18, meanwhile, the rotary buckle 203 is tilted upwards, the nail pushing block hook lug 42 is released, the rotary buckle 203 rotates to be matched with the nail pushing block hook lug 42 to stop, the nail pushing block 4 is limited to return under the action of the nail pushing spring 6, the gang nail 7 is arranged in the nail clamping groove 22, the cover plate 3 is pressed, the bevel 33 of the cover plate 3 presses the extrusion inclined surface 2011 of the push rod 201, the push rod 201 moves in a direction away from the cover plate 3, the rotary buckle 203 is driven to tilt upwards, the nail pushing block hook lug 42 is released, the nail pushing block 4 is reset under the action of the nail pushing spring 6 to compress the gang nail 7, when the cover plate 3 is continuously pressed down to a state of closing the nail clamping opening 21, the push rod 201 is pushed into the cover plate clamping groove 32 under the action of the first reset torsion spring 204 to lock the cover plate 3, and the nail clamping action is completed. As shown in fig. 30 to 36.
Step 2, nailing;
The operator swings the hammer to strike the wood board, the hammer 11 moves forwards along the nail outlet channel 85 under the action of inertia due to the weight and a certain speed of the hammer 11, the upper nail 71 is pushed out of the nail outlet channel 85, meanwhile, when the hammer 11 moves to the bottom of the stroke, the pawl 192 is clamped into the ratchet groove 191, the hammer 11 is locked relative to the body seat 8, the energy released by the huge inertia force of the hammer 11 is impacted on the upper nail 71, the nail is quickly pricked into the wood board, the hammer cannot be pulled out even if the hammer is kicked back, and then the hammer is continuously reciprocated, and the nail is completely driven into the wood board by the hammer 9.
Step 3, resetting the ram 11;
The operator checks whether the hammer 11 returns to the original position before striking the wood plate by swinging the hammer. Since the pawl 192 can catch the ratchet groove 191 of the hammer 11 when the hammer 11 hits the bottom of its stroke due to the inertial action of the hammer 11 after the last nailing is finished, the hammer 11 cannot be reset by the guide bar reset spring 153, see fig. 39 and 40. If the nail cartridge is not returned to the initial position, the upper nail 71 in the nail cartridge 2 cannot enter the nail discharge path 85, and the next nailing operation cannot be performed.
The operator holds the handle 1 to swing clockwise, as shown in fig. 41, due to the inertia effect, a force in the anticlockwise opposite direction is generated, so that the swing block 196 rotates against the acting force of the second reset torsion spring 195, the rotating rod 193 is twisted to drive the pawl 192 to twist from the position shown in fig. 39 to the position shown in fig. 40, the pawl slot 191 is disengaged, the ram 11 is released, the ram 11 can be reset to the initial position under the action of the guide rod reset spring 153, and the nailing step can be performed. After the hammer 11 is reset, the throwing block 196 is reset under the action of the second reset torsion spring 195.
Example 2
This embodiment differs from embodiment 1 in that the cover plate 3 is hinged to the magazine 2. The claw nail puller 12 and the sleeve cylinder 10 are arranged into an integrated structure. The nailing method in step 2 is that an operator swings a hammer to lightly strike the wood board, the hammer 11 moves forward along the nail outlet channel 85 under the action of inertia to push the upper nail 71, and when the upper nail 71 strikes the bottom of the stroke, the tip of the upper nail 71 extends out of the front plane of the hammer 9 by a certain length, as shown in fig. 6. At this time, the pawl 192 is clamped into the ratchet slot 191 of the hammer 11 to stop the hammer 11 at the bottom of the stroke and lock the hammer with respect to the body seat 8, the operator swings the hammer to strike the upper nail 71 at the position where the nail is required to be struck, the tip of the upper nail 71 can be pricked into the wood board and cannot be pulled out even if the hammer is raised, and then the hammer is continuously swung back and forth to drive the nail into the wood board completely by the hammer 9.
The foregoing is only two specific embodiments of the present invention, but the design concept of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any insubstantial modification of the present invention by using the concept should be construed as infringement of the protection scope of the present invention.
