As shown in FIGS. 2-3, as a preferred embodiment, the height of the upper portion of the return hood 370 from the return hole 335 is H, which is 10mm ≦ H ≦ 30mm. The height H between the upper part of the air return cover 370 and the return hole 335 is set between 10mm and 30mm, so that on one hand, the space size of an independent air return cavity 375 formed by the air return cover 370 and the return hole 335 is ensured, thus the air flow is accelerated to flow to the air return cavity 375 formed by the air return cover 370 and the return hole 335, the air return rate of the cooking space 350 is enhanced, and the hot air circulation rate in the cooking space 350 is enhanced; on the other hand, owing to set up return air cover 370, the wind current gets into behind the culinary art space 350 through inlet opening 334, its distance extension of flow direction culinary art edible material, set up it between 10mm to 30mm, one then guarantee that return air cover 370 can block that some inlet air flows and directly flow out through return air opening 335 from inlet opening 334, avoid appearing the little circulation wind current of unheated culinary art edible material, compromise in addition that the wind current flows to the distance of culinary art edible material through inlet opening 334, guarantee that the heat of wind current can not cause big loss, and then guarantee the effect of its hot-blast culinary art. Preferably, the height H of the upper portion of the return hood 370 from the return hole is set to be 10mm,12mm,15mm,18mm, and 20mm, in order to achieve more excellent and efficient hot air cooking.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 1 to 7 and 10, a spiral through hole 373 is formed in an upper portion of the return air cover 370. The return air flow in the cooking space 350 firstly enters the return air cover 370 through the spiral through hole 373 at the upper part of the return air cover 370, and then forms return air circulation through the return air hole 335; the upper part of the air return cover 370 is the spiral through hole 373, so that the air flow at the position is formed into a spiral circulating air flow, on one hand, sufficient hot air circulation at the position can be ensured, especially, the bottom of the cooked food material is generally covered by more food material and cannot be in sufficient hot air contact, so that the bottom cooking efficiency of the food material is low, the food material is easy to be unripe, and the circulating air flow is formed in the area where the bottom of the cooked food material is closest to the upper part of the air return cover 370, so that the bottom of the cooked food material can be ensured to be heated sufficiently, and the hot air cooking efficiency of the bottom of the food material is improved; on the other hand, the spiral circulating air flow is formed at the position, the speed of the circulating air flow flowing to the air return cover 370 can be further accelerated, the integral air return speed is improved, the integral hot air circulating speed is further improved, and the hot air cooking efficiency is improved.
As shown in fig. 2 to 3 and 9 to 11, as a preferred embodiment, a middle region of the bottom wall of the cooking cover 330 is raised to form an oil baffle protrusion 338, and the return air hole 335 is disposed on the oil baffle protrusion 338, so that the return air hole 335 is located at a position higher than the bottom surface of the cooking cover 330. The height of the position of the air return hole 335 is higher than that of the bottom surface of the cooking cover 330, so that the bottom surface of the cooking cover 330 has a certain collecting and accommodating space, and grease in cooking food or grease leached out in the cooking process can be collected by the bottom of the cooking cover 330 when dropping, so that the grease can be prevented from flowing to the lower part of the pot body 200 or the heating device 310 to pollute the pot body, which causes complex cleaning and even causes potential safety hazards; grease is collected through the bottom of the cooking cover 330, so that the cooking cover 330 can be used as an oil collecting device, when the oil is required to be cleaned, only the end of the cooking cover 330 needs to be taken out for cleaning, multiple purposes are achieved, parts of a cooking appliance can be effectively saved, and manufacturing cost is saved.
As an embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 to 4, the upper portion of the reflective cover 400 is continuously provided with a placing step 410 in the circumferential direction, and the cooking cover 330 is provided with a clamping surface 336 matched with the placing step 410; the cooking cover 330 abuts against the seating step 410 by means of a catching surface 336, and the air inlet hole 334 is located at a lower portion of the catching surface 336. The cooking cover 330 abuts against the circumferentially continuous placing steps 410 on the upper part of the reflecting cover 400 through the clamping surface 336, so that the circumferential direction of the installation matching part of the cooking cover 330 and the reflecting cover 400 is guaranteed to be sealed, and hot air is further guaranteed to enter the cooking space 350 through the air inlet hole 334 of the cooking cover 330; prevent hot air from flowing into other paths through the gap at the matching connection of the cooking cover 330 and the reflective cover 400, resulting in loss of hot air heat, or causing high temperature of the outer shell due to flowing into the outer shell of the pot body 200 or other positions, scalding users or melting the outer shell.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 2 to 5 and 9, the upper portion of the reflector 400 is provided with a flow guiding surface 420, and the height of the flow guiding surface 420 is not lower than the height of the air inlet 334. With such a configuration, after the air current blown by the fan flows through the heating device 310, when the air current enters the cooking hood 330 in the space of the reflective hood 400, the flow guiding surface 420 of the reflective hood 400 guides the air current to flow toward the air inlet 334 of the cooking hood 330, so as to increase the flow rate of the air current flowing toward the cooking hood 330; and the height of the position of the flow guide surface 420 is not lower than the height of the position of the air inlet 334, so that the flow guide surface 420 can guide all the air flow, and the problems that the air flow is guided firstly, and the air flow direction is dispersed along with the flowing air flow of the air flow, so that the air flow is disordered, and the air flow rate flowing to the cooking cover 330 is reduced are solved.
As an embodiment, as shown in fig. 9 to 11, one of the cooking cover 330 and the return air cover 370 is provided with an elastic connection member 337, and the other is provided with a connection hole 372; the cooking cover 330 and the return hood 370 are detachably connected through the elastic connection piece 337 and the connection hole 372. Through elastic connection piece 337 with the quick-operation connection of cooking cover 330 and return air cover 370 is realized in the connection assembly of connecting hole 372, and on the one hand its detachable of having guaranteed return air cover 370 is stably placed, and on the other hand, its structure manufacturing process is simple, convenient operation, and the user dismouting is washd and is place swiftly convenient.
In this embodiment, the oil-blocking boss 338 of the cooking cover 330 is provided with an elastic connector, and the elastic connector 337 is a fool-proof post shown in fig. 9-11 and is composed of an elastic sealing member 376 sleeved thereon. The air return cover 370 is provided with a connecting hole 372, and a part of area of the fool-proof post passes through the connecting hole 372, so that the air return cover 370 and the cooking cover 330 are elastically and detachably connected. The elastic sealing element 376 ensures that the cooking cover 330 and the return air cover 370 are quickly detached, and can seal the connecting hole 372 of the return air cover to prevent grease of food materials from dropping to the return air hole 335.
In addition, the number of the elastic connecting pieces 337 and the connecting holes 372 engaged therewith is not particularly limited in this embodiment, and may be one or more as needed.
As a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 to 11, the cooking cover 330 is disposed in the reflective cover 400 in a removable manner, the cooking cover 330 includes a cooking cover body 331 and a holding portion 332 connected to the cooking cover body 331 and extending outward from the cooking cover 330, and a holding gap 333 is formed between the holding portion 332 and the pan body 200. The setting of the holding part 332 facilitates the user to get through the holding part 332 on the one hand the cooking cover 330, on the other hand the cooking cover 330 and the whole placement of other cooking components inside the cooking cover 330 make the cooking cover 330 convenient to clean and put in order, and ensure that the placement of the cooking cover 330 and other cooking components inside the cooking cover is more stable and firmer. In addition, the existence of the holding gap 333 is convenient for the user to integrally take and place the cooking cover, and can prevent the heat of the cooking cover 330 from being transferred to the pot body 200, so that the temperature on the surface of the pot body is increased, and the use by the user is inconvenient.
As a preferred embodiment, the upper portion of the air return hood 370 has a placing level 374, and the hot blast assembly 330 further comprises a shelf 380 for placing food; the rack 380 is disposed on the top of the return hood 370 through the disposing level 374. Through placing the rank 374 in the upper portion setting of return air cover 370, the supporter 380 that will place the edible material places the upper portion at return air cover 370 through placing the rank 374 like frying basket, overware, realizes firm placing, prevents to place the unstable circumstances that produces the slope and cause food to overturn or cook inhomogenous. Preferably, as shown in fig. 11, in order to ensure that the rack 380 is placed more stably, a matching level 381 is provided at a position of the rack 380 corresponding to the placing level 374 of the air return cover 370, so as to achieve matching clamping or matching placement of the placing level 374 and the matching level 381.

Any modification which does not depart from the functional and structural principles of the invention is intended to be included within the scope of the claims.
Claims (10)
1. A high-efficiency hot air cooking device comprises a pot body and a pot cover covered with the pot body; it is characterized in that a hot air component and a reflecting cover used for containing the hot air component are arranged in the pot body; the hot air assembly comprises a heating device, a fan arranged below the heating device and a cooking cover arranged above the heating device, wherein the side wall and the bottom wall of the cooking cover are respectively provided with an air inlet hole and an air return hole, and a cooking space is formed in the cooking cover; the bottom of the cooking cover is also provided with an air return cover which covers the air return hole and is communicated up and down, and the height of the air return cover is higher than that of the position of the air inlet hole.
2. A high-efficiency hot-air cooking device as claimed in claim 1, wherein one of said cooking cover and said return air cover is provided with an elastic connecting member, and the other is provided with a connecting hole; the cooking cover and the air return cover are detachably connected through the elastic connecting piece and the connecting hole.
3. The hot air cooking device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the vertical projection area of the hood is a closed area coinciding with the air return hole.
4. A high-efficiency hot-air cooking device as claimed in claim 3, wherein the height of the upper portion of the hood from the return hole is H, H is 10mm or more and 30mm or less.
5. A high-efficiency hot-air cooking device as claimed in claim 3, wherein said return hood is provided with a spiral through hole at an upper portion thereof.
6. The hot air cooking device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the cooking cover has a bottom wall with a central region raised to form an oil baffle projection, and the return air hole is formed on the oil baffle projection such that the return air hole is located at a position higher than the bottom surface of the cooking cover.
7. The high-efficiency hot air cooking device according to claim 1, wherein the upper portion of the reflection cover is provided with a placing step circumferentially and continuously, and the cooking cover is provided with a clamping surface matched with the placing step; the cooking cover is abutted against the placing step through the clamping surface, and the air inlet hole is formed in the lower portion of the clamping surface.
8. A high-efficiency hot-air cooking device as claimed in claim 1, wherein a guide surface is provided on an upper portion of the reflection case, and a height of the guide surface is not lower than a height of the air inlet hole.
9. The efficient hot air cooking device of any one of claims 1-8 wherein the cooking hood is removably disposed within the reflector, the cooking hood including a cooking hood body and a grip portion coupled to the cooking hood body and extending outwardly toward the cooking hood, the grip portion having a grip gap with the pan body.
10. The efficient hot air cooking device of claim 9, wherein said return hood has a placement level at an upper portion thereof, said hot air assembly further comprising a rack for holding food materials; the commodity shelf passes through place the rank position and is arranged in the upper portion of return air cover.
