Description

Railway track sand removing vehicle
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of railway maintenance machinery, in particular to a railway track sand removing vehicle.
Background
The railway is indispensable as basic public facility and economic aorta, the current railway construction level of China is continuously improved, and under the background, more and more railways are introduced to western regions, such as Qinghai-Tibet railway, lanxin railway, nanjiang railway, baolan railway, taizhongyingyin railway and other routes are opened.
The railway track is composed of a roadbed, a track bed, railway ballasts, sleepers and steel rails from bottom to top, and is generally higher than the ground. When the railway is not repaired, the ground surface does not have obvious fluctuation, and the wind and sand can smoothly blow through. After the railway is repaired, wind speed of sand becomes slow or vortexes are formed near the railway due to blocking of the railway embankment, and sand carried by the sand falls on the railway to form rail accumulated sand. In addition, the accumulated sand on the track can also shorten the service life of the steel rail and accessories, damage is caused to locomotives and hydroelectric equipment, and when sand enters engines of the locomotives, abrasion damage is caused to all parts of facilities. Therefore, the prevention and control of the railway track sand accumulation are not slow.
Aiming at the problem of railway sand damage, the current mode adopted by China is a mode combining ecological management along the railway and sand removal of the railway. The ecological management is mainly to carry out ecological restoration in desert areas around railways, and the sand prevention and sand fixation are carried out by using grid sand prevention and vegetation cover so as to reduce the influence of the desert along the railways on the railways. However, the treatment method cannot solve the problem of the current railway caused by sand damage. Therefore, the line sand removal is mainly carried out in a manual mode in China at present, and the defects of high labor intensity, low sand removal efficiency and poor working environment exist, and meanwhile, along with the disappearance of the population dividend of China, a railway sand removal vehicle is urgently needed in some areas of China to carry out mechanical sand removal operation.
In developed countries in the world such as Germany, japan and France, due to environmental factors, railways rarely cross sand-blown areas, so that the railway sand removal machinery is rarely researched and manufactured in the world at present. The SRM500 sand removing machine produced by the Purasse and Dooell company exists abroad, and the GCS-80 track sand removing vehicle produced by the China iron-building high-new equipment corporation is mainly used domestically. Although the sand removing vehicle of the prasuer-taoel company can remove sand for the ballast railway, the operation is complex, the price is high, and the maintenance is difficult. The sand removing vehicle produced by the company adopts the sand pushing plough at the front end of the vehicle frame to push accumulated sand to the two sides of the track, and then utilizes the side suction device in the middle of the vehicle frame to clean the accumulated sand, so that the operation procedure is complex and only one-way operation can be realized.
