Background
Because most of power equipment need incessant work when transmitting electricity, so power equipment's fault rate is higher, needs often to maintain, because the position of construction has certain height apart from ground, constructor often need carry out the operation of ascending a height to just need use supplementary elevating gear to assist the operation that rises the maintenance.
In the auxiliary lifting equipment in the prior art, a scissor type lifter is usually adopted to lift the vertical height of a line maintenance point, and because the bearing area of a manned platform is limited, when a person inspects a line/equipment at an adjacent point of the maintenance point, the equipment needs to adjust a mobile original position, the stability of the manned platform in the moving process is not high, and the safety of the person who ascends cannot be guaranteed; in addition, the existing manned platforms are mostly open-air, and when auxiliary lifting equipment is used for power maintenance in extremely hot weather, no effective heatstroke prevention structure exists to realize the safety maintenance of operators, and the safety of personnel maintenance cannot be guaranteed.
Disclosure of Invention
On the basis, the scissor type lifter is required to be adopted to lift the line maintenance point vertically according to the current auxiliary lifting equipment, the bearing area of the manned platform is limited, and when personnel check the line/equipment at the adjacent point of the maintenance point, the equipment needs to adjust the original position, the stability of the manned platform in the moving process is not high, and the safety of the ascending personnel cannot be guaranteed; in addition, the existing manned platform is mostly in the open air, when the auxiliary lifting equipment is used for power maintenance in extremely hot weather, no effective heatstroke prevention structure is adopted to realize the safety maintenance of the operators, the safety of the personnel maintenance cannot be guaranteed, and the auxiliary lifting equipment for power transformation maintenance is provided.
An auxiliary lifting device for electric power transformation maintenance comprises a device bottom plate, a shear type hydraulic lifter and a manned platform;
the auxiliary lifting device further comprises:
two area extension structures movably connected to two sides of the manned platform; each area extension structure comprises an extension table and a hydraulic rod movably connected between the extension table and the lower surface of the manned platform;
the guardrail is fixedly arranged on the periphery of the upper end of the manned platform;
the shielding mechanism is fixedly arranged on the guardrail; the shielding mechanism comprises four electric push rods, upright posts fixedly arranged at the output part at the bottom end of each electric push rod and shading plates fixedly arranged at the bottom ends of the four upright posts; and
the cooling mechanism is fixedly arranged on the lower surface of the shading plate and comprises a water tank, a water pump arranged in the water tank, an atomizing spray pipe fixedly arranged on the lower surface of the water tank and correspondingly communicated with an output port of the water pump, and two fans symmetrically and fixedly arranged on two sides of the water tank;
the direction of the two fans arranged on the water tank is located at the position with equal distance right below the atomizing spray pipe.
According to the auxiliary lifting equipment for power transformation maintenance, the construction area for ascending operation is increased, so that the structural utilization rate of the lifting equipment is improved, and the stability of the bearing position of a maintenance worker can be guaranteed; in addition, the lifting equipment has the sun-proof and cooling functions, so that the body health can be guaranteed under the maintenance operation of ascending of constructors in high-temperature weather.
In one embodiment, the scissor hydraulic lifter is movably assembled on the equipment bottom plate; the manned platform is movably assembled at the top end of the scissor type hydraulic lifter.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. according to the invention, by arranging the area extension structure, the bearing area of the manned platform can be extended, and the transverse moving distance of power line maintenance is increased, so that lines and equipment close to a maintenance point do not need lifting equipment to perform original position moving change, and the bearing position of constructors is relatively stable;
further, the area extension structure can be vertically folded with the manned platform when not in use and is accommodated, so that the utilization rate of the lifting equipment structure can be improved under the use condition that the normal construction of the lifting equipment is not influenced.
2. According to the invention, by arranging the shielding mechanism, the intensity of ultraviolet rays and strong light directly irradiating on the body of a maintenance worker can be effectively reduced, so that first-order sun protection can be achieved;
furthermore, the shielding mechanism can have a lifting function, so that the height can be adjusted to meet the shielding requirement of the height of maintenance personnel.
3. According to the invention, by arranging the cooling mechanism, the all-dimensional physical water cooling treatment can be provided for maintenance personnel under the shielding mechanism, so that the body health guarantee of high-temperature construction of the maintenance personnel can be improved under the protection of the lifting equipment by the sun protection and the cooling.
In conclusion, the auxiliary lifting equipment for power transformation maintenance can improve the structural utilization rate of the lifting equipment and ensure the stability of the bearing position of maintenance personnel by increasing the construction area for ascending operation; in addition, the lifting equipment has the functions of sun protection and cooling, so that the body health can be guaranteed under the maintenance operation of ascending of high-temperature weather constructors.

Detailed Description

Referring to fig. 1, the present embodiment provides an auxiliary lifting device for power transformation maintenance, which includes a device bottom plate 1, a scissor-type hydraulic lifter 2 and a manned platform 3;
the auxiliary lifting equipment for power transformation maintenance further comprises two area extension structures 4, a guardrail 5, a shielding mechanism 6, a cooling mechanism 7 and the like.
The scissor type hydraulic lifter 2 is movably assembled on the equipment bottom plate 1; the manned platform 3 is movably assembled at the top end of the scissor type hydraulic lifter 2. The scissor type hydraulic lifter 2 is used as the existing driving lifting equipment, and the scissor type hydraulic lifter 2 can be controlled to vertically extend and retract, so that the manned platform 3 can be used for ascending a height.
Please refer to fig. 2, wherein two area extension structures 4 are movably connected to two sides of the manned platform 3; each area extension structure 4 comprises an extension table 41 and a hydraulic rod 42 movably connected between the extension table 41 and the lower surface of the manned platform 3.
Specifically, the hydraulic rod 42 at the position where the manned platform 3 needs to move is controlled to extend, and then the piston of the hydraulic rod 42 rotates and jacks up the extension table 41, so that circular motion is performed based on a pin shaft between the extension table 41 and the manned platform 3 as a circle center, and when the extension table 41 is parallel to the manned platform 3, the hydraulic rod 42 stops acting; on the contrary, when the extension table 41 is not used, the extension table 41 can be positioned at the vertical position of the manned platform 3 by the stretching operation of the hydraulic rod 42 on the extension table 41, so that the position of the extension table 41 does not occupy the structural area of the lifting device.
The extension table 41 is made of steel. The steel extension table 41 can have high compressive strength, so as to provide safety for the maintenance personnel.
Two ends of the hydraulic rod 42 are rotatably connected with the extension table 41 and the manned platform 3 through pin shafts; the extension table 41 is rotatably connected with the manned platform 3 through a pin shaft. The pin shaft rotating connection structure can facilitate the angle adjustment and the position support of the extension table 41.
When the hydraulic rod 42 is extended, the extension table 41 is parallel to the manned platform 3; alternatively, extension table 41 is perpendicular to personal platform 3 when hydraulic ram 42 is retracted.

With continued reference to fig. 4-5, the shielding mechanism 6 is fixedly mounted on the guardrail 5; the shielding mechanism 6 comprises four electric push rods 61, a vertical column 62 fixedly arranged at the output part of the bottom end of each electric push rod 61 and a shading plate 63 fixedly arranged at the bottom ends of the four vertical columns 62.
