The number of the fresh air outlets 12 is at least two, and the at least two fresh air outlets 12 are arranged side by side; the at least two air outlets 11 are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the at least two fresh air outlets 12, and the fresh air outlets 12 are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the air outlets 11. The humidity detection piece is used for detecting indoor humidity; when the humidity detecting member detects that the humidity reaches the condensation preset humidity, at least one fresh air outlet 12 of the at least two fresh air outlets 12 and at least one air outlet 11 of the at least two air outlets 11 are staggered and opened.
By adopting the structure, when the humidity detection part detects that the humidity reaches the condensation preset humidity, at least one fresh air outlet 12 of the at least two fresh air outlets 12 and at least one air outlet 11 of the at least two air outlets 11 are staggered to be opened, so that the air flowing out of the air outlets 11 is prevented from being intersected with the air flowing out of the fresh air outlets 12, and the condition that the cold air and the hot air are intersected to easily cause condensation is further reduced. And when humidity that humidity detection spare detected is less than the condensation and presets humidity, air outlet 11 and new trend export 12 all can normally go out the wind, can be convenient for like this make the wind of air outlet 11 department carry new trend export 12 to the farther distance of sending, increased the air supply distance of new trend, also be convenient for better carrying out the operation of changing fresh air indoor, promote indoor air quality.
It should be noted that the fresh air outlet 12 and the corresponding air outlet 11 may be divided into a set of air outlet structures, and at least two sets of air outlet structures are disposed on the indoor unit casing 10. In the "at least one fresh air outlet 12 of the at least two fresh air outlets 12 and at least one air outlet 11 of the at least two air outlets 11 are opened in a staggered manner", the staggered opening means that the fresh air outlets 12 in a group of air outlet structures and the air outlets 11 in the group of air outlet structures cannot be opened at the same time, so that the condition that the group of air outlet structures are exposed due to the fact that the fresh air outlets 12 and the air outlets 11 are opened at the same time can be effectively avoided.
In this embodiment, the indoor unit of the air conditioner further includes a first air deflector 21, a second air deflector 22, and a control member, and the first air deflector 21 is rotatably disposed at the air outlet 11. A second air deflector 22 is rotatably arranged at the fresh air outlet 12; the humidity detecting member, the driving part of the first air deflector 21 and the driving part of the second air deflector 22 are all connected with the control member, so that the control member controls the movement of the first air deflector 21 and the second air deflector 22 according to the humidity detected by the humidity detecting member. By adopting the structure, the control of the control piece to the first air deflector and the second air deflector 22 can facilitate the dislocation air outlet or the normal air outlet of the air port 11 and the fresh air port. Specifically, when the control member controls the first air deflector 21 to be closed, the corresponding air outlet 11 is closed; when the control piece controls the first air deflector 21 to open, the first air deflector 21 rotates to open, and the wind at the air outlet 11 can be guided by changing the rotation angle of the first air deflector 21. When the control piece controls the second air deflector 22 to be closed, the corresponding fresh air outlet 12 is closed; when the control piece controls the second air deflector 22 to open, the second air deflector 22 rotates to open, and the wind at the fresh air outlet 12 can be guided by changing the rotation angle of the second air deflector 22.
Specifically, the air outlet 11 in the present embodiment includes a first air outlet 111 and a second air outlet 112, the fresh air outlet 12 includes a first fresh air outlet 121 and a second fresh air outlet 122, the first fresh air outlet 121 is disposed corresponding to the first air outlet 111, and the first fresh air outlet 121 is disposed corresponding to the second air outlet 112. When the humidity detection part detects that the humidity reaches the condensation preset humidity, the control part controls the first air deflector 21 at the first air outlet 111 and the second air deflector 22 at the second fresh air outlet 122 to be opened, and controls the first air deflector 21 at the second air outlet 112 and the second air deflector 22 at the first fresh air outlet 121 to be closed; or the control piece controls the first air deflector 21 at the first air outlet 111 and the second air deflector 22 at the second fresh air outlet 122 to be closed, and controls the first air deflector 21 at the second air outlet 112 and the second air deflector 22 at the first fresh air outlet 121 to be opened. By adopting the arrangement, the staggered air outlet mode of heat exchange air outlet and fresh air outlet of the air conditioner indoor unit can be conveniently and effectively realized, so that the condensation phenomenon is effectively reduced.
In this embodiment, the air outlet 11 extends along the height direction of the indoor unit casing 10, and the fresh air outlet 12 is located below the air outlet 11. By adopting the structural layout, the fresh air outlet 12 can be conveniently blown to a longer blowing distance through the wind at the air outlet 11 during normal air outlet, the blowing distance of fresh air is improved, and the fresh air exchanging effect is improved.
Specifically, the indoor unit of the air conditioner in this embodiment is mainly a cabinet air conditioner with a fresh air outlet 12 and an air outlet 11 close to each other and having double air outlets, and the fresh air outlet 12 and the air outlet 11 are located on the same side of the indoor unit casing 10. When fresh air is started, the first air guide plate 21 and the second air guide plate 22 move normally, and the principle of condensation prevention logic is combined, so that when a temperature and humidity probe at a fresh air port detects that the humidity reaches a condensation point preset value, the first air guide plate 21 and the second air guide plate 22 can operate independently, the first air guide plate 21 and the second air guide plate 22 are started in a dislocation mode to operate or the fresh air is stopped, and the power and the rotation speed are correspondingly reduced by combining a compressor, a main fan and a fresh air fan, so that the cold and hot air intersection degree is effectively reduced, and the condensation phenomenon is effectively reduced.
As shown in fig. 5. The second embodiment of the present application provides an anti-condensation control method, which is applicable to the air conditioner indoor unit provided above, and includes: acquiring indoor humidity, and comparing the acquired indoor humidity with condensation preset humidity; when the indoor humidity is greater than or equal to the condensation preset humidity, controlling at least two fresh air outlets 12 of the air conditioner indoor unit and at least two air outlets 11 of the air conditioner indoor unit to be staggered and opened so that the at least two fresh air outlets 12 and the at least two air outlets 11 are staggered and air is discharged; when the indoor humidity is less than the condensation preset humidity, controlling at least two fresh air outlets 12 and at least two air outlets 11 to normally discharge air. By adopting the method, when the indoor humidity is greater than or equal to the condensation preset humidity, the air outlet mode of heat exchange air outlet and fresh air outlet staggered air outlet can be conveniently realized by selectively opening at least two fresh air outlets 12 and selectively opening at least two air outlets 11, and the condensation phenomenon is effectively reduced.
Specifically, the method for controlling the staggered opening of the at least two fresh air outlets 12 of the air conditioning indoor unit and the at least two air outlets 11 of the air conditioning indoor unit in the embodiment includes: at least one air outlet 11 of the at least two air outlets 11 and at least one fresh air outlet 11 of the at least two fresh air outlets 12 are controlled to be staggered to air-out, and the rest of the air outlets 11 of the at least two air outlets 11 and the rest of the fresh air outlets 12 of the at least two fresh air outlets 12 are controlled to be closed; after a first preset period of time (herein, "after the first preset period of time" means "stagger air-out at least one air outlet 11 of the at least two air outlets 11 and at least one air outlet 11 of the at least two air outlets 12, and control the remaining air outlets 11 of the at least two air outlets 11 and the remaining air outlets 12 of the at least two air outlets 12 to close after the first preset period of time"), control the at least one air outlet 11 of the at least two air outlets 11 and the at least one air outlet 11 of the at least two air outlets 12 to close, and control the remaining air outlets 11 of the at least two air outlets 11 and the remaining air outlets 12 of the at least two air outlets 12 to stagger air-out; the cycle is performed according to the above-described alternate opening method. By adopting the method, different air outlets 11 and different fresh air outlets 11 can be conveniently alternated with air outlets on the basis of staggered air outlets in turn, the condition that the air outlets are limited is avoided, and the uniformity of indoor temperature is improved.
It should be noted that, herein, "the method of opening alternately" specifically means: a: at least one air outlet 11 of the at least two air outlets 11 and at least one fresh air outlet 11 of the at least two fresh air outlets 12 are controlled to be staggered to air-out, and the rest of the air outlets 11 of the at least two air outlets 11 and the rest of the fresh air outlets 12 of the at least two fresh air outlets 12 are controlled to be closed; b: after maintaining the first preset duration of the step a, controlling at least one air outlet 11 of the at least two air outlets 11 and at least one fresh air outlet 11 of the at least two fresh air outlets 12 to be closed, and controlling the rest of the air outlets 11 of the at least two air outlets 11 and the rest of the fresh air outlets 12 of the at least two fresh air outlets 12 to be staggered for air outlet; c, after maintaining the first preset time length of the step B, executing the step A; … …; alternate opening is performed in the order A, B, A, B … … described above.
In this embodiment, after the at least two fresh air outlets 12 of the air conditioning indoor unit and the at least two air outlets 11 of the air conditioning indoor unit are controlled to be opened in a staggered manner, the anti-condensation control method further includes: after a second preset time period (herein, "after the second preset time period" means "after the second preset time period in which the at least two fresh air outlets 12 of the air conditioning indoor unit and the at least two air outlets 11 of the air conditioning indoor unit are staggered and opened"), obtaining indoor humidity; the indoor humidity is compared with the condensation preset humidity, and the air outlet conditions of the at least two fresh air outlets 12 and the at least two air outlets 11 are controlled according to the comparison result. By adopting the method, whether the indoor humidity is improved or not can be conveniently and rapidly obtained, and the air outlet 11 and the fresh air outlet 12 are adaptively controlled according to the change condition of the indoor humidity.
Specifically, the method for controlling the air outlet conditions of the at least two fresh air outlets 12 and the at least two air outlets 11 according to the comparison result in this embodiment includes: when the indoor humidity is greater than or equal to the condensation preset humidity, controlling the rotation speed of a main air duct of the air conditioner indoor unit to be reduced; and/or controlling the rotation speed of the fresh air fan of the air conditioner indoor unit to be reduced; and/or controlling the compressor frequency of the air conditioner indoor unit to be reduced. By adopting the method, under the condition that the indoor humidity is difficult to drop, the condensation is better avoided by adjusting the rotating speed of the fan blade of the main air duct of the air conditioner indoor unit and/or the rotating speed of the fresh air fan and/or the frequency of the compressor, and the condensation prevention effect is improved.
In the embodiment, the rotation speed of the main air duct of the indoor unit of the control air conditioner is reduced; and/or controlling the rotation speed of the fresh air fan of the air conditioner indoor unit to be reduced; and/or, after the compressor frequency of the indoor unit of the air conditioner is controlled to be reduced, the anti-condensation control method further comprises the following steps: after a third preset time period (the rotation speed of the main air duct of the indoor unit of the air conditioner can be controlled to be reduced, and/or the rotation speed of the new fan of the indoor unit of the air conditioner can be controlled to be reduced, and/or the frequency of the compressor of the indoor unit of the air conditioner is controlled to be reduced) is defined as a step Y, and after the third preset time period, the indoor humidity is obtained after the third preset time period executed in the step Y; and comparing the acquired indoor humidity with the condensation preset humidity, and controlling the fresh air fan to stop working and controlling the main air duct and the compressor to work normally when the indoor humidity is greater than or equal to the condensation preset humidity. By adopting the setting method, when the indoor humidity and the difficulty in reducing the indoor humidity, the fresh air fan can be directly closed, so that the fresh air quantity is reduced from the source, and the condensation prevention effect is better achieved.
Specifically, the indoor unit of an air conditioner in this embodiment is the indoor unit of an air conditioner provided above, and after the fresh air fan is controlled to stop working, the anti-condensation control method further includes: the first air deflector 21 at the at least two air outlets 11 is controlled to be fully opened, and the second air deflector 22 at the at least two fresh air outlets 12 is controlled to be fully opened. By adopting the method, after the fresh air fan stops working, the fresh air quantity is rapidly reduced at the moment, so that condensation can be effectively prevented, the air conditioner indoor unit can be conveniently in a normal running state as soon as possible by opening all the first air deflectors 21 and all the second air deflectors 22, and the normal temperature regulation effect is ensured.
Specifically, the anti-condensation logic in the present embodiment is executed as follows:
the humidity sensing device (humidity detection piece) is combined to optimize, the anti-condensation logic is started when the indoor and outdoor humidity meets a preset value, the influence of the motion of the air deflector to a non-centering horizontal state in a low humidity environment on the air supply quantity is avoided, and therefore the applicability of the anti-condensation logic and the comfort of user experience are greatly improved.
When the detected humidity reaches a predetermined value (the first detection is started after the fresh air is started for the first time and runs for 30min, and the preset values are different according to the refrigerating and heating modes), and the refrigerating/heating mode starts the fresh air, the second air deflector 22 and the first air deflector 21 run in a staggered manner, and the main air duct rotation speed reduction, the fresh air rotation speed reduction or both of them can be further executed, and the fresh air fan shutdown is further executed: the method comprises the following steps that A, opening and closing the left side of a main air duct air deflector, and opening the left side and the right side of a fresh air deflector; B. after 5min of operation, executing the left closing and the right opening of the air deflector of the main air duct, and executing the left opening and the right closing of the second air deflector 22; C. after 5min of operation, repeatedly executing the instruction A; D. after the execution starts to 20min, re-detecting whether the temperature and the humidity reach a preset value; if not, recovering the normal operation of the air conditioner; if yes, executing an E instruction; E. executing the instruction A, and simultaneously reducing the rotating speed of the main air duct or the fresh air or both, and reducing the frequency of the compressor; F. executing the instruction B, and simultaneously reducing the rotating speed of the main air duct or the fresh air or both, and reducing the frequency of the compressor; G. repeatedly executing the E instruction after running for 5 min; H. after the execution starts to 20min, re-detecting whether the temperature and humidity reach a preset value (the re-timing of the last detection time is right); if not, recovering the normal operation of the air conditioner; if yes, executing an I instruction; I. the main air duct and the fresh air duct air deflectors are opened, and after the fresh air duct is closed for 20min, whether the temperature and the humidity reach a preset value or not is detected again; if not, the fresh air fan is started, and the air conditioner is recovered to normal operation; if yes, the fresh air fan is closed, the I instruction is executed, the I instruction is repeated three times, and the fresh air is stopped permanently until the air conditioner is restarted or the fresh air is restarted and then recovered; the detection time, the running time and the downtime are all references in the logic, so that the detection time, the running time and the downtime are convenient to understand, and the actual values are not defined by technicians according to the environmental conditions and the performance of the machine type.
The fresh air condensation prevention principle in the logic is as follows: the fresh air and the main air duct air deflector are staggered to run, so that the intersection of cold and hot air flows at two air openings is reduced, the temperature difference between the fresh air and the main air duct is reduced, and condensation can be prevented; the rotation speed of the main air duct is reduced, or the rotation speed of the fresh air is reduced, or both the rotation speed and the rotation speed of the fresh air are reduced, at the moment, the frequency of the compressor of the fresh air fan is reduced, the cold quantity output by the main air duct and the heat quantity of the fresh air are reduced, and the intersection of cold and hot air flows of two air inlets is further reduced; and finally, in order to furthest improve the condensation preventing effect, a new fan is set to stop for a period of time, so that the new air and the main air duct are directly not intersected, and the temperature difference is not existed, so that the air is not condensed.
From the above description, it can be seen that the above embodiments of the present application achieve the following technical effects: the fresh air condensation problem can be avoided when the fresh air function is used by the user, and the use comfort of the user is improved.
