一种环保墙体装配式建筑物及其施工方法
技术领域
本发明涉及装配式建筑领域,具体为一种环保墙体装配式建筑物及其施工方法。
背景技术
变电站工程建设中建筑物建设工作量大、涉及工序多、工期长。采用传统装配式混凝土工法建造的建筑物,存在涉及工序复杂、预制件加工尺寸误差大、吊车作业多、成品保温/隔热/隔声降噪效果差、装配式建筑物成品易漏水、墙面材料耐久性差等常见缺陷。采用金属板材或陶土板材外挂,虽然可以基本实现构件预制,现场装配,但其构造相对复杂,需要进行内填充等工序,且管线难以做到预留预埋。如合理引入一种装配式墙体材料和施工方法,可有效改善上述问题。
近年来国家大力推广和倡议使用环保材料、进行绿色建造和绿色施工。为响应国家号召,结合多个变电站工程施工经验,在保证安全、质量的前提下,研制并运用一种环保墙体材料和装配式方法,将有利于提高装配式建筑物的施工质量和施工进度。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种环保墙体装配式建筑物,包括有若干相互拼接的硅巢板,每两个硅巢板之间留有填充层,还包括有硅钙板,所述硅巢板与硅钙板之间通过槽钢和连接件连接,所述硅巢板靠近硅钙板的一侧安装有若干铝合金耳挂,檩条与连接件可拆卸的连接,若干所述铝合金耳挂与檩条挂接。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述填充层由内至外填充有至少两根橡胶棒,所述填充层靠近硅巢板的外侧涂设有双组份耐候胶,所述铝合金耳挂与硅巢板通过膨胀螺栓连接,所述铝合金耳挂的耳挂端螺纹连接有与檩条相抵的调节螺栓。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述连接件、檩条包括角钢,且连接件与檩条之间通过螺栓螺母固定,所述连接件、檩条呈Z字型连接。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述连接件上沿着垂直硅巢板板面方向开设有的调距孔。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,每个所述硅巢板靠近硅钙板的一侧标注有编号。

本发明还提出了一种环保墙体装配式建筑物施工方法,所述施工方法包括以下步骤:
步骤一,将对施工的墙体进行BIM建模,精确每一块硅巢板尺寸,并对每一块的硅巢板进行编号。
步骤二,采用常规的施工方法对建筑物进行地面基础的施工,地面的预埋件表面涂刷有防腐油漆,随后以螺栓或焊接等方式进行固定和连接进行主体结构吊装。
步骤三,主体梁的梁架完成后,进行屋面板施工,屋面板可采用预制混凝土板或桁架钢筋叠合板,屋面板装配完成在其表面叠置保温层、保护层、防水层、保护面层。
步骤四,使用电钻为固定螺丝进行开孔,开孔后填充密封胶,并打入膨胀螺栓,通过膨胀螺栓将铝合金耳挂固定在硅巢板的内侧一面,利用便携式起重机具或葫芦提升对应编号的硅巢板就位,然后将铝合金耳挂挂接在对应的檩条上。
步骤五,通过硅巢板预安装的铝合金耳挂与檩条在调节螺栓的作用下,可对硅巢板的上下高度进行调节,随后可通过调节螺栓螺母组,使得硅巢板沿着调距孔进行水平方向的调节。
步骤六,通过调节调节螺栓和螺栓螺母组,通过水平尺、靠尺检查整体墙面是否平整,使得每两个相邻的硅巢板之间处于同一水平面。
步骤七,填充层的内部填充橡胶棒至密实,然后打双组份耐候胶密封,胶面滚涂美缝处理。
步骤八,管道安装完成后在室外端加设卷材防水层,在卷材防水层与填充岩棉之间加设卷材长型附加防水层,并用法兰压实封堵套管,室内端配合室内墙体使用法兰封堵以保证美观。最后安装门窗扇,完成墙体施工。
与现有技术相比,本发明能达到的有益效果是:
1、主体工程采用装配式钢结构,技术成熟稳定。
2、一种墙体材料(硅巢板)无需采用天然材料,而是利用环保再生工艺,能耗小,占用自然资源少。
3、墙体围护、外饰面一体化,质量轻便的同时,防水隔热隔声性能优越,免除外饰面防水、保温填充和贴面工序,省工省时,且物理性能稳定,使用过程中基本无空鼓、裂缝、渗漏甚至剥落等风险。
4.全过程干作业,减少水资源占用。安装过程中无需使用大型机具,灵活便捷,减少废气、噪声、废水和粉尘等,利于工程的绿色施工,同时可减少吊车等大型机具台班使用。

实施例:
如图1-5所示,本发明提供一种环保墙体装配式建筑物,包括有,若干相互拼接的硅巢板1,每两个硅巢板1之间留有填充层7,还包括有硅钙板4,墙体采用多块硅巢板1拼接而成,便于运输组装,并且通过每两个硅巢板1之间预留的填充层7,当主体结构发生变化时,填充层7可起到伸缩缝的作用,避免硅巢板1紧密贴合造成挤压破损,硅巢板1与硅钙板4之间通过槽钢5和连接件6连接,硅巢板1靠近硅钙板4的一侧安装有若干铝合金耳挂2,若干个铝合金耳挂2沿着硅巢板1的水平方向均匀间隔设置,檩条3与连接件6可拆卸的连接,并且檩条3以及硅巢板1可沿着水平和上下方向进行调节,进而实现硅巢板1的板面调节,如图3所示,多个铝合金耳挂2挂接在檩条3上,便于硅巢板1的快速的组装,通过墙体预安装的铝合金耳挂2和可调节檩条3进行调节,实现墙体安装准确就位、精确平整,同时减少大型机械使用,节能减排、提高施工效率。
利用经纬仪在主体钢结构上,按照墙体板块设计尺寸进行放线定位,检查并标出固定件或檩条3安装位置。定位后按照先主檩条3、后次檩条3次序,按顺序安装墙体檩条3,檩条3安装过程中要随安装过程对缝隙、焊接、破损处进行防锈涂装处理。
檩条3安装完成后,将硅巢板1按编号进行预排板并检查,排板无误后,每块硅巢板1根据设计定位,使用电钻为固定螺丝进行开孔。开孔后填充密封胶12,并打入膨胀螺栓,通过膨胀螺栓将铝合金挂耳2固定于硅巢板1上,铝合金挂耳2安装完毕后,硅巢板1通过便携式起重机具、葫芦等机具进行提升至安装位置,将硅巢板1上的铝合金挂耳2与檩条3连接,利用铝合金挂耳2内衬胶垫10保证铝合金挂耳2与檩条3连接处连接密实,并防止产生金属腐蚀。通过连接件6预留调距孔9调节前后进出,对硅巢板1进行水平方向的位移调节,铝合金挂耳2通过调节螺栓8调节上下位移,使硅巢板1垂直、平整,定位准确,过程中可使用扭矩螺丝刀等工具保证螺栓力学性能。硅巢板1固定完成后,再以水平尺、靠尺等工具检查整体墙面是否平整,直至全部墙板按顺序安装完成。
优选的,填充层7由内至外填充有至少两根橡胶棒71,填充层7靠近硅巢板1的外侧涂设有双组份耐候胶72,填充橡胶棒71至密实,然后打双组份耐候胶密封72,胶面滚涂美缝处理,铝合金耳挂2与硅巢板1通过膨胀螺栓连接,铝合金耳挂2的耳挂端螺纹连接有与檩条3相抵的调节螺栓8,可调节硅巢板1的上下位移。
进一步的,如图3所示,连接件6、檩条3包括角钢,且连接件6与檩条3之间通过螺栓螺母固定,连接件6、檩条3呈Z字型连接,连接件6上沿着垂直硅巢板1板面方向开设有的调距孔9,通过连接件6预留调距孔9调节前后进出,对硅巢板1进行水平方向的位移调节,每个硅巢板1靠近硅钙板4的一侧标注有编号,精确每一件硅巢板1尺寸,硅巢板1生产根据设计尺寸进行加工制作,现场再根据对应编号硅巢板1一一对应安装完成。
除此之外,一侧硅巢板1上管线洞口预留套管20,管线安装时通过套管20穿过墙面,管道通过套管20时可包覆沥青麻丝14,管线洞口两端加设橡胶条15密封,管线洞口的室外段设置有法兰,法兰与管线洞口之间设置有嵌缝油膏11,硅巢板1的内侧通过翼盘13和翼环16连接有填充岩棉17,卷材防水层19与管线洞口之间填充有密封胶12,管线洞口预留套管20,管线安装时通过套管20穿过墙面,保护墙面免于管线安装时受损。管道通过套管20时可包覆柔性的沥青麻丝14,洞口两端加设橡胶条15密封,以保证水密性并减少震动。管道安装完成后,室外端加设嵌缝油膏11,并用法兰压实封堵套管20,室内端配合室内墙体使用法兰封堵以保证美观,最后安装门窗扇,完成墙体施工。铝合金耳挂2靠近檩条3的一侧安装有胶垫10,利用铝合金耳挂2内衬胶垫10保证铝合金耳挂2与檩条3连接处连接密实,并防止产生金属腐蚀。
本发明还提出了一种环保墙体装配式建筑物施工方法,施工方法包括以下步骤:
步骤一,将对施工的墙体进行BIM建模,精确每一块硅巢板1尺寸,并对每一块的硅巢板1进行编号。
步骤二,采用常规的施工方法对建筑物进行地面基础的施工,地面的预埋件表面涂刷有防腐油漆,随后以螺栓或焊接等方式进行固定和连接进行主体结构吊装。
步骤三,主体梁的梁架完成后,进行屋面板施工,屋面板可采用预制混凝土板或桁架钢筋叠合板,屋面板装配完成在其表面叠置保温层、保护层、防水层、保护面层。
步骤四,使用电钻为固定螺丝进行开孔,开孔后填充密封胶12,并打入膨胀螺栓,通过膨胀螺栓将铝合金耳挂2固定在硅巢板1的内侧一面,利用便携式起重机具或葫芦提升对应编号的硅巢板1就位,然后将铝合金耳挂2挂接在对应的檩条3上。
步骤五,通过硅巢板1预安装的铝合金耳挂2与檩条3在调节螺栓8的作用下,可对硅巢板1的上下高度进行调节,随后可通过调节螺栓螺母组,使得硅巢板1沿着调距孔9进行水平方向的调节。
步骤六,通过调节调节螺栓8和螺栓螺母组,通过水平尺、靠尺检查整体墙面是否平整,使得每两个相邻的硅巢板1之间处于同一水平面。
步骤七,填充层7的内部填充橡胶棒71至密实,然后打双组份耐候胶72密封,胶面滚涂美缝处理。
步骤八,管道安装完成后在室外端加设卷材防水层19,在卷材防水层19与填充岩棉17之间加设卷材长型附加防水层18,并用法兰压实封堵套管20,室内端配合室内墙体使用法兰封堵以保证美观。最后安装门窗扇,完成墙体施工。
硅巢板1为硅基烧结材料,原料主要来源为各类矿物废料、尾料,属于环保再生产品,无挥发,无放射性。同时具有憎水、质轻、保温和隔声性能好的特点。主体表面为致密微晶石状,与主体一体烧制成型,不需另行黏贴面材,完全避免空鼓、开裂、剥落等黏贴面材常见问题,可减少施工工序和安装时间。硅巢板1用于低层装配式建筑,作为外墙板同时承担主体围护加外立面装饰两种作用。硅巢板1为工业化制品,制作加工完全在工厂内完成,可以实现较高的加工精度,保证规格统一。

Claims (8)

1.一种环保墙体装配式建筑物,其特征在于:包括有若干相互拼接的硅巢板(1),每两个硅巢板(1)之间留有填充层(7),还包括有硅钙板(4),所述硅巢板(1)与硅钙板(4)之间通过槽钢(5)和连接件(6)连接,所述硅巢板(1)靠近硅钙板(4)的一侧安装有若干铝合金耳挂(2),檩条(3)与连接件(6)可拆卸的连接,若干所述铝合金耳挂(2)与檩条(3)挂接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保墙体装配式建筑物,其特征在于:所述填充层(7)由内至外填充有至少两根橡胶棒(71),所述填充层(7)靠近硅巢板(1)的外侧涂设有双组份耐候胶(72),所述铝合金耳挂(2)与硅巢板(1)通过膨胀螺栓连接,所述铝合金耳挂(2)的耳挂端螺纹连接有与檩条(3)相抵的调节螺栓(8)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保墙体装配式建筑物,其特征在于:所述连接件(6)、檩条(3)包括角钢,且连接件(6)与檩条(3)之间通过螺栓螺母固定,所述连接件(6)、檩条(3)呈Z字型连接。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种环保墙体装配式建筑物,其特征在于:所述连接件(6)上沿着垂直硅巢板(1)板面方向开设有的调距孔(9)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保墙体装配式建筑物,其特征在于:每个所述硅巢板(1)靠近硅钙板(4)的一侧标注有编号。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保墙体装配式建筑物,其特征在于:一侧所述硅巢板(1)上管线洞口预留套管(20),管线安装时通过套管(20)穿过墙面,管道通过套管(20)时可包覆沥青麻丝(14),所述管线洞口两端加设橡胶条(15)密封,所述管线洞口的室外段设置有法兰,法兰与管线洞口之间设置有嵌缝油膏(11),所述硅巢板(1)的内侧通过翼盘(13)和翼环(16)连接有填充岩棉(17),所述卷材防水层(19)与管线洞口之间填充有密封胶(12)。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保墙体装配式建筑物,其特征在于:所述铝合金耳挂(2)靠近檩条(3)的一侧安装有胶垫(10)。
8.一种如权利要求1所所述的一种环保墙体装配式建筑物施工方法,其特征在于:所述施工方法包括以下步骤:
步骤一,将对施工的墙体进行BIM建模,精确每一块硅巢板(1)尺寸,并对每一块的硅巢板(1)进行编号;
步骤二,采用常规的施工方法对建筑物进行地面基础的施工,地面的预埋件表面涂刷有防腐油漆,随后以螺栓或焊接等方式进行固定和连接进行主体结构吊装;
步骤三,主体梁的梁架完成后,进行屋面板施工,屋面板可采用预制混凝土板或桁架钢筋叠合板,屋面板装配完成在其表面叠置保温层、保护层、防水层、保护面层;
步骤四,使用电钻为固定螺丝进行开孔,开孔后填充密封胶(12),并打入膨胀螺栓,通过膨胀螺栓将铝合金耳挂(2)固定在硅巢板(1)的内侧一面,利用便携式起重机具或葫芦提升对应编号的硅巢板(1)就位,然后将铝合金耳挂(2)挂接在对应的檩条(3)上;
步骤五,通过硅巢板(1)预安装的铝合金耳挂(2)与檩条(3)在调节螺栓(8)的作用下,可对硅巢板(1)的上下高度进行调节,随后可通过调节螺栓螺母组,使得硅巢板(1)沿着调距孔(9)进行水平方向的调节;
步骤六,通过调节调节螺栓(8)和螺栓螺母组,通过水平尺、靠尺检查整体墙面是否平整,使得每两个相邻的硅巢板(1)之间处于同一水平面;
步骤七,填充层(7)的内部填充橡胶棒(71)至密实,然后打双组份耐候胶(72)密封,胶面滚涂美缝处理;
步骤八,管道安装完成后在室外端加设卷材防水层(19),在卷材防水层(19)与填充岩棉(17)之间加设卷材长型附加防水层(18),并用法兰压实封堵套管(20),室内端配合室内墙体使用法兰封堵以保证美观;最后安装门窗扇,完成墙体施工。
