Abstract
The invention discloses a method for installing a lower hinge shaft end cover of a shore container crane, which comprises the following steps: s1, manufacturing a lower hinge point main structure, and welding end covers and a weight plate on two side surfaces of the lower hinge point main structure; s2, integrally machining shaft holes D1 and D2; s3, transmitting the hinge shaft into the shaft holes D1 and D2, and installing the bolted end cover on the side of the weight plate by using bolts. The invention optimizes the installation procedure and method of the lower hinge point shaft assembly of the front girder, thereby solving the problems of short service life, long operation time and the like in the prior art.

Technical Field

Background
The axial positioning of the front girder lower hinge shaft of the shore container crane (hereinafter referred to as a shore bridge) is generally fixed by adopting two side end covers, and the fixing modes are respectively bolting type and welding type. s3, the hinge shaft 6 is sequentially transmitted into the shaft holes D1 and D2, and the bolt 7 is used for installing the bolted end cover 8 on the side of the weight plate 3, as shown in fig. 3 and 4.
Referring to fig. 5, in step S1, the end cap 1 includes an end cap body 11 and a shaft hole weight plate 12 attached to one side of the end cap body 11, and the thickness of the end cap 1 is increased by integrating the original end cap with the shaft hole weight plate 12. And the inner hole 13 of the end cover 1 is provided with machining allowance, so that the end cover 1 and the shaft hole structure are integrally machined after being welded.
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, compared with the prior art, the front girder lower hinge point 100 formed by adopting the lower hinge shaft end cover mounting method of the invention is firstly machined in an integrated end cover shaft hole, so that the hinge shaft assembly precision is ensured; secondly, the defects of welding deformation, precision misalignment and paint damage caused by the process of firstly assembling the shaft and then welding the end cover in the prior art are avoided.
