Disclosure of Invention
A first object of the present invention is to provide an angle adjusting mechanism for a massage chair to reduce the cost and weight of the massage chair.
The second purpose of the invention is to provide a massage chair based on the angle adjusting mechanism.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme:
an angle adjustment mechanism for a massage chair including a support frame, a seat portion, a backrest portion, and a footrest portion, the seat portion being rotatably provided to the support frame, the backrest portion being connected to one end of the seat portion, the footrest portion being rotatably connected to the other end of the seat portion, the angle adjustment mechanism comprising:
the multi-link mechanism is respectively and rotatably connected with the seat part and the foot support part;
the first end of the jacking driving device is rotatably connected with the support frame, and the second end of the jacking driving device is rotatably connected with the multi-link mechanism, so that the multi-link mechanism deforms along with the expansion and contraction of the jacking driving device;
the foot support part supporting connecting rod mechanism is respectively in rotatable connection with the supporting frame and the foot support part, and the foot support part supporting connecting rod mechanism is used for unfolding when the jacking driving device stretches out to push the foot support part to rotate relative to the seat part, so that an included angle between the foot support part and the seat part is increased.
Optionally, the multi-link mechanism includes a first swing lever, a second swing lever and a support lever, a first end of the first swing lever and a first end of the second swing lever are spaced from each other and respectively connected with the seat portion in a rotatable manner, a first end of the support lever and a second end of the first swing lever in a rotatable manner, a second end of the support lever and the foot support portion in a rotatable manner, a second end of the second swing lever is close to a position of the second end of the support lever and connected with the support lever in a rotatable manner, and the first swing lever, the second swing lever and the support lever constitute a three-link mechanism.
Optionally, the multi-link mechanism includes two sets of three-link mechanisms symmetrically arranged, an intermediate connecting rod is connected between two first swing rods of the two sets of three-link mechanisms, and the second end of the jacking driving device is rotatably connected with the intermediate connecting rod.
Optionally, the seat part is provided with a limiting seat, and the limiting seat is used for being matched with the intermediate connecting rod for limiting when the jacking driving device retracts.
Optionally, the foot support portion supporting link mechanism comprises a first connecting rod, a second connecting rod, a third connecting rod and a fourth connecting rod, the first connecting rod, the second connecting rod and the third connecting rod are sequentially and rotatably connected, the first connecting rod is far away from one end of the second connecting rod and the supporting frame is rotatably connected, the third connecting rod is far away from one end of the second connecting rod and the multi-link mechanism is rotatably connected, and two ends of the fourth connecting rod are respectively connected with the third connecting rod and the foot support portion is rotatably connected.
Optionally, an end of the third link rod away from the second link rod, the first end of the support rod, and the second end of the first swing rod are rotatably connected together.
Optionally, the third connecting rod includes parallel first body of rod and the second body of rod of parallel side by side fixed connection, the one end of the first body of rod with second connecting rod rotatable coupling, the other end of the first body of rod with the first end of bracing piece and the second end of first swinging arms rotationally connects in a department, the both ends of fourth connecting rod respectively with the second body of rod and foot rest portion rotatable coupling.
Optionally, the second swing lever is provided with an avoidance groove for avoiding the seat portion.
Optionally, the jacking driving device is a piston cylinder or an electric cylinder.
A massage chair comprising an angle adjustment mechanism as described above.
According to the technical scheme, the invention discloses an angle adjusting mechanism for a massage armchair, which comprises a support frame, a seat part, a backrest part and a footrest part, wherein the seat part is rotatably arranged on the support frame; the first end of the jacking driving device is rotatably connected with the supporting frame, and the second end of the jacking driving device is rotatably connected with the multi-link mechanism, so that the multi-link mechanism deforms along with the extension and contraction of the jacking driving device; the foot support part supporting connecting rod mechanism is respectively rotatably connected with the supporting frame and the foot support part, and is used for unfolding when the jacking driving device extends out to push the foot support part to rotate relative to the seat part, so that the included angle between the foot support part and the seat part is increased; in an initial state, the jacking driving device contracts, the multi-link mechanism and the foot support part supporting link mechanism are both in a folded state, the foot support part is in a folded state relative to the seat part, so that the angle adjusting mechanism is in a sitting posture, when the sitting posture needs to be adjusted to a lying posture, the jacking driving device extends out to drive the seat part to rotate relative to the supporting frame, so that the back part rotates towards the ground direction, and meanwhile, the multi-link mechanism and the foot support part supporting link mechanism are driven to expand, under the combined action of the multi-link mechanism and the foot support part supporting link mechanism, an included angle between the foot support part and the seat part is increased, so that the angle adjusting mechanism becomes the lying posture; therefore, the angle adjusting mechanism is matched with the jacking driving device through the multi-link mechanism and the foot support part supporting link mechanism, the linkage of the foot support part and the seat part can be realized, the backrest inclination angle adjustment and the foot support part position adjustment can be realized only by one jacking driving device, and the cost and the weight of the massage chair adopting the angle adjusting mechanism can be reduced.
The invention also discloses a massage chair which adopts the angle adjusting mechanism, and the massage chair has the same beneficial effects as the angle adjusting mechanism because the angle adjusting mechanism is adopted, and the detailed description is omitted.
Detailed Description
One of the core points of the present invention is to provide an angle adjusting mechanism, the structural design of which makes it possible to reduce the cost and weight of the massage chair.
The other core of the invention is to provide a massage chair based on the angle adjusting mechanism.
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be obtained by a person skilled in the art without making any creative effort based on the embodiments in the present invention, belong to the protection scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, fig. 1 is a schematic structural view of an angle adjustment mechanism according to an embodiment of the present invention in a sitting posture, fig. 2 is a schematic structural view of an angle adjustment mechanism according to an embodiment of the present invention in a lying posture, and fig. 3 is a schematic structural view of an angle adjustment mechanism according to an embodiment of the present invention in another angle in a lying posture.
The embodiment of the invention discloses an angle adjusting mechanism which is used for a massage chair and comprises a support frame 1, a seat part 2, a backrest part 3 and a foot support part 4, wherein at least one of the seat part 2, the backrest part 3 and the foot support part 4 is provided with a massage device 11, the seat part 2 is rotatably arranged on the support frame 1, the backrest part 3 is connected with one end of the seat part 2, the foot support part 4 is rotatably connected with the other end of the seat part 2, the foot support part 4 is provided with a foot support supporting rod 5, one end of the seat part 2, which is far away from the backrest part 3, is provided with a connecting ear plate 6, one end of the foot support supporting rod 5 is rotatably connected with the connecting ear plate 6 so as to realize the rotatable connection of the foot support part 4 and the seat part 2, and the angle adjusting mechanism comprises a multi-link mechanism 7, a jacking driving device 8 and a foot support link mechanism 9.
Wherein, the multi-link mechanism 7 is respectively connected with the seat part 2 and the foot rest part 4 in a rotatable way, and the multi-link mechanism 7 can be a two-link mechanism, a three-link mechanism or a mechanism formed by more links; the first end of the jacking driving device 8 is rotatably connected with the support frame 1, and the second end of the jacking driving device 8 is rotatably connected with the multi-link mechanism 7, so that the multi-link mechanism 7 deforms along with the extension and contraction of the jacking driving device 8; the footrest support link mechanism 9 is respectively rotatably connected with the support frame 1 and the footrest 4, and the footrest support link mechanism 9 is used for unfolding when the jacking driving device 8 extends out to push the footrest 4 to rotate relative to the seat part 2, so that an included angle between the footrest 4 and the seat part 2 is increased.
It can be seen that, compared with the prior art, in the angle adjusting mechanism provided in the embodiment of the present invention, in the initial state, the jacking driving device 8 is retracted, the multi-link mechanism 7 and the footrest supporting link mechanism 9 are both folded, the footrest 4 is in a folded state relative to the seat 2, so that the angle adjusting mechanism is in a sitting posture, when the adjustment from the sitting posture to a lying posture is required, the jacking driving device 8 is extended to drive the seat 2 to rotate relative to the support frame 1, so that the backrest 3 rotates towards the ground direction, and simultaneously drive the multi-link mechanism 7 and the footrest supporting link mechanism 9 to be unfolded, and under the combined action of the multi-link mechanism 7 and the footrest supporting link mechanism 9, an included angle between the footrest 4 and the seat 2 is increased, so that the angle adjusting mechanism becomes the lying posture; therefore, the angle adjusting mechanism is matched with the jacking driving device 8 through the multi-link mechanism 7 and the footrest supporting link mechanism 9, the linkage between the footrest 4 and the seat part 2 can be realized, the inclination angle adjustment of the backrest 3 and the position adjustment of the footrest 4 can be realized only by one jacking driving device 8, and the cost and the weight of the massage chair adopting the angle adjusting mechanism can be reduced.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the multi-link mechanism 7 includes a first swing lever 701, a second swing lever 702, and a support lever 703, a first end of the first swing lever 701 and a first end of the second swing lever 702 are rotatably connected to the seat 2 at an interval, a first end of the support lever 703 is rotatably connected to a second end of the first swing lever 701, a second end of the support lever 703 is rotatably connected to the footrest 4, a second end of the second swing lever 702 is rotatably connected to the support lever 703 at a position close to a second end of the support lever 703, the first swing lever 701, the second swing lever 702, and the support lever 703 constitute a three-link mechanism, and the first swing lever 701 and the second swing lever 702 do not intersect with each other and do not interfere with each other during the swing process.
Further, in the embodiment of the present invention, the multi-link mechanism 7 includes two sets of three-link mechanisms symmetrically arranged, a middle connecting rod is connected between two first swing rods 701 of the two sets of three-link mechanisms, and a second end of the jacking driving device 8 is rotatably connected to the middle connecting rod.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the seat portion 2 is provided with a limiting seat 10, and the limiting seat 10 is used for limiting with the middle connecting rod when the jacking driving device 8 retracts, so that when the angle adjusting mechanism is in a sitting posture, the limiting seat 10 can abut against the middle connecting rod to enhance the stability of the footrest portion 4 in the sitting posture.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, in the embodiment of the present invention, the footrest support link mechanism 9 includes a first link 901, a second link 902, a third link 902, and a fourth link 905, the first link 901, the second link 902, and the third link are sequentially and rotatably connected, one end of the first link 901 remote from the second link 902 is rotatably connected to the support frame 1, one end of the third link remote from the second link 902 is rotatably connected to the multi-link mechanism 7, and two ends of the fourth link 905 are respectively and rotatably connected to the third link and the footrest 4, as shown in fig. 1, in a sitting posture state, the first link 901, the second link 902, the third link, and the fourth link 905 are folded in a clockwise direction (an angle shown in the figure) between adjacent pairs, and when the jacking driving device 8 extends, as shown in fig. 3, the first link 901 rotates around a connection with the support frame 1, and simultaneously pushes the third link 905 to rotate counterclockwise, and the third link pushes the fourth link 905 to push the footrest 4.
Further, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, an end of the third link remote from the second link 902, a first end of the support rod 703, and a second end of the first swing rod 701 are rotatably connected together.
Preferably, in the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the third link includes a first rod 903 and a second rod 904 fixedly connected in parallel and side by side, one end of the first rod 903 is rotatably connected to the second link 902, the other end of the first rod 903 is rotatably connected to the first end of the supporting rod 703 and the second end of the first swing rod 701, and two ends of a fourth link 905 are rotatably connected to the second rod 904 and the footrest 4, respectively, and by the third link having such a structure, the fourth link 905 can be connected to the footrest 4 from the middle of the footrest 4, so that the stress on the footrest 4 is more balanced.
As shown in fig. 2, in the embodiment of the present invention, the fourth link 905 is rotatably connected to the footrest brace 5.
In order to avoid interference between the second swing lever 702 and the seat portion 2, which affects the operation of the multi-link mechanism 7, in the embodiment of the present invention, the second swing lever 702 is provided with an avoidance groove for avoiding the seat portion 2.
Preferably, in the embodiment of the present invention, the jacking driving device 8 is a piston cylinder or an electric cylinder.
The embodiment of the present invention further provides a massage chair, which includes the angle adjusting mechanism according to the above embodiment, and the technical effect of the massage chair refers to the above embodiment because the massage chair adopts the angle adjusting mechanism according to the above embodiment.
