The transverse arc-shaped toothed rails are symmetrically distributed in the same size, are respectively arranged at the front end and the rear end of the operating bed supporting beam, are respectively meshed with a second pulley block and are used as a running track of the second pulley block.
The operating table support plate 8 is 800mm 400mm in overall size, comprises a head support plate 12, a foot support plate 13, a first trunk support plate 14 and a second trunk support plate 17 which are divided into two layers, wherein the size of the head support plate 12 is 200mm 400mm, the head support plate is positioned at the lower layer, the head support plate is embedded in a head support plate sliding groove of the operating table support beam 7 in a sliding mode through a sliding block and can be contracted to the lower portion of the first trunk support plate 14 and the second trunk support plate 17, a lock catch is arranged between the sliding block and the head support plate sliding groove, and the sliding block is locked and fixed through the lock catch when being adjusted to a proper position in the head support plate sliding groove so as to facilitate operation or storage. Foot support plate 13, first trunk support plate 14 and second trunk support plate 17 all are located the upper strata, and foot support plate 13 size is 150mm 400mm, and its fixed mounting is in operation table supporting beam 7 tail end. The size of the first trunk supporting plate 14 is 550mm 210mm, the first trunk supporting plate 14 is slidably embedded in the first sliding groove 15 of the foot supporting plate 13 and can slide in the first sliding groove, the length direction of the first sliding groove is consistent with the width direction of the foot supporting plate 13, a lock catch is arranged between the first trunk supporting plate 14 and the first sliding groove 15, and when the first trunk supporting plate 14 slides in the first sliding groove 15 to a proper position, the first trunk supporting plate is locked and fixed through the lock catch. Trunk support plate sliding grooves 16 matched with the second trunk support plate 17 are formed in the first trunk support plate 14, the second trunk support plate 17 is slightly smaller than the first trunk support plate 14, the second trunk support plate 17 is embedded in the trunk support plate sliding grooves 16 in a sliding mode, a lock catch is arranged between the trunk support plate sliding grooves 16 and the second trunk support plate 17, and the second trunk support plate 17 is locked through the lock catch when sliding to a proper position in the trunk support plate sliding grooves 16. The cushions are divided into four cushions which are respectively matched with the head supporting plate 12, the foot supporting plate 13, the first trunk supporting plate 14 and the second trunk supporting plate 17.
In the invention, balls and ball grooves can be arranged between the first trunk supporting plate 14 and the first sliding groove 15, between the sliding block and the head supporting plate sliding groove, and between the second trunk supporting plate 17 and the trunk supporting plate sliding groove 16, so that sliding friction can be changed into rolling friction, the resistance in sliding is reduced, the adjustment is convenient, and the service life of a sliding part can be prolonged.
The invention discloses a pair of lower limb supporting structures for supporting and adjusting lower limbs are arranged at the tail ends of foot supporting plates 13, each lower limb supporting structure comprises a first hinge joint 20, a thigh support 21, a second hinge joint 22, a shank support 23 and a restraint strap 24, the lower limbs of a patient are placed on the lower limb supporting structures, the lower limb placing angle can be adjusted through the first hinge joints 20 and the second hinge joints 22, the first hinge joints 20 are used for adjusting the angle of the thighs in X ten/Y ten/Z, the second hinge joints 22 are used for adjusting the angle of the shanks in X ten/Y ten/Z, the first hinge joints 20 and the second hinge joints 22 can adopt conventional hinge joints, the thigh supports 21 and the shank supports 23 are both telescopic sleeve structures, the lengths of the thigh supports 21 and the shank supports 23 can be effectively adjusted, and the lower limb supporting structures are suitable for patients with different leg lengths. Thigh support 21 is 400mm long and 200mm wide, and outer sleeve is 200mm long, and interior sleeve is 210mm long, and shank support 23 passes through second hinge joint 22 and can rotate and lock in the longitudinal O degree to minus 90 degree scope for thigh support 21, and shank support 23 is 400mm long and 200mm wide, and outer sleeve is 200mm long, and interior sleeve is 210mm long.
In the invention, the head support plate 12, the foot support plate 13, the first trunk support plate 14 and the second trunk support plate 17 are provided with the mounting holes 25, the chest support 26, the abdomen support 27, the waist support 28 and the upper limb bracket 29 are mounted in the mounting holes 25 through the clamping connecting piece 30, the clamping connecting piece 30 is provided with the clamping connecting hole 31 and the handle threaded hole 32, the handle threaded hole 32 is communicated with the clamping connecting hole 31, and the handle threaded hole 32 is internally connected with the first fastening handle 33 in a threaded manner.
The chest support 26 is L-shaped and comprises a chest support bracket 36, a chest supporting plate 37 vertically connected to the chest support bracket 36 and a chest supporting plate soft cushion 38 arranged on the outer surface of the chest supporting plate 37, wherein the width of the contact surface of the chest supporting plate 37 and the chest is 100mm, and the length of the contact surface is 400mm. The abdomen support 27 is L-shaped, and comprises an abdomen support bracket 39, an abdomen support plate 40 vertically connected with the abdomen support bracket 39, and an abdomen support plate cushion 41 arranged on the outer surface of the abdomen support plate 40, wherein the contact surface of the abdomen support plate 40 and the abdomen is 100mm wide and 400mm long.
The waist support 28 comprises a waist support bracket 42, a waist support cross rod 43 and an arched waist support body 44 which are L-shaped brackets, wherein the arched waist support body 44 is provided with an arched waist support body soft cushion 47 which is used for supporting and strengthening the waist on one side when necessary and is convenient for exposing the waist on the affected side, and the waist support 28 can move and be fixed in a horizontal position through the clamping connecting piece 30.
The upper limb bracket 29 of the invention is an L-shaped flat plate bracket, which comprises a long flat plate 52 with the width of 100mm and a short rod 51 vertically connected with the long flat plate 52, and is used for fixing and supporting the upper side arm of a patient in a lateral recumbent position if necessary, keeping the arm in a functional position and avoiding damage.
When the invention is used, the height l1 from the seat surface to the vertex and the distance l2 from the chair back to the popliteal fossa are measured when a patient needs to sit right before an operation.
The invention adjusts and fixes the operating bed in the sitting position, so that the length of the operating bed supporting plate 8 is equal to l1, and the length of the thigh support 21 is equal to l2. The shank support 23 is vertically fixed with the thigh support 21, and the thigh support 21 is vertically fixed with the operating table support plate 8. The patient sits on the thigh support 21, the two calves are positioned in front of the calves support 23, and the calves support 23 and the calves on the two sides are fixed by the restraint belts 24. The first pulley block 6 is moved for assisting power through the motor, the patient ascends, the body gradually lies, and the gravity center of the patient is located near the extension line of the lifting column 2 at the moment.
When the invention needs to be placed in the inclined lateral lithotomy position, the chest support is clamped and fixed at the healthy side, and the waist support is clamped and fixed at the healthy side if necessary, so that the body of a patient is comfortable, and the waist of the affected side is exposed.
When general anesthesia is needed, the upper limb bracket is clamped and fixed near the upper limb on the affected side, the abdomen support is fixed on the abdomen healthy side if necessary, and the soft cushion surface of the abdomen support is blocked on the abdomen or the anterior pubic symphysis.
The invention leads a pair of second pulley blocks to synchronously run on corresponding transverse arc-shaped toothed rails 9 by the aid of the assistance of the motor, so that the whole bed plane moves or is locked from an oblique side to a positive side plane. Further expose the back, then accomodate the first trunk backup pad 14 or the second trunk backup pad 17 of sick side each other can, the first trunk backup pad 14 of healthy side or the second trunk backup pad 17 of healthy side still fix the support in healthy side chest back.
According to the requirements, after the patient adjusts the bed surface from the sitting position to the horizontal position, if the patient does not need to be combined to perform the perineal operation, the two lower limbs can be straightened and fixed according to the requirements.
Therefore, the ortholateral clinostatism, the oblique lateral clinostatism and the oblique lateral lithotomy clinostatism can be standardized and successfully completed.
Compared with a common operating bed, the invention has the advantages that:
1. the invention has all functions of the traditional operating bed. Most patients turn to the recumbent position after the position of sitting before the art fixed point, reducible medical personnel and patient tired degree avoid relevant safety risk.
2. Traditional operation table, patient one side chest, waist, abdomen operation need anesthesia back, carries out the multistep with the patient by medical personnel again and moves and fix, and the operation degree of difficulty is big, and patient's damage risk is high. By applying the invention, the patient only needs to preset a relatively comfortable body position before anesthesia, each prefabricated point is relatively simply fixed, and the patient is turned to preset position after anesthesia. The influence of the vital signs of the patient is small, the damage risk is reduced, and the posture swinging process is simple, light and quick.
3. When a traditional operation bed needs to expose a patient to a pubic operation of a chest, waist and abdomen union, multiple times of disinfection and drape are usually needed to change the body position, such as percutaneous nephrolithotomy and unilateral ureteral cancer radical operation. The invention can be used for placing the body position at one time, and the face, the chest and the abdomen are completely exposed, thereby being beneficial to reducing the monitoring and rescuing risks in the operation.
