The pressing mechanism 7 comprises a transverse moving synchronous belt 38, a first cylinder 39, a first linear slide rail 40, a transverse moving frame 41, a transverse slide block 42, a second cylinder 43, a second linear slide rail 44, a pressing driving motor 45, a discharging conveyer belt 46, a pressing baffle 47, a pressing push plate 49 and a transverse moving slide rail 50; the transverse synchronous belt 38 is arranged at the upper part of the frame 1, the transverse sliding rail 50 is arranged on the frame 1, the transverse sliding block 42 is arranged on the transverse sliding rail 50 in a sliding way, and the transverse sliding block 42 is connected with the transverse sliding frame 41; the traversing rack 41 is connected with the traversing synchronous belt 38; a first linear slide rail 40 is arranged on one side of the transverse moving frame 41, a first cylinder 39 is arranged on the transverse moving frame 41, the free end of a cylinder rod of the first cylinder 39 is connected with the lower part of a pressing push plate 49, and the lower part of the pressing push plate 49 is connected with a sliding block of the first linear slide rail 40; the second linear slide rail 44 is arranged at the lower part of the frame 1; the second air cylinder 43 is arranged on the frame 1, the free end of the cylinder rod of the second air cylinder 43 is connected with the lower part of the pressing baffle 47, and the pressing baffle 47 is connected with the sliding block of the second linear sliding rail 44; the transverse moving synchronous belt 38 is in transmission connection with a compaction driving motor 45; the pressing baffle 47 is arranged at one side close to the discharging and conveying mechanism 9, and the pressing push plate 49 is arranged at one side close to the stirring and separating mechanism 6.
After a certain number of egg trays 48 from the stirring and separating mechanism 6 reach the pressing mechanism 7, the second air cylinders 43 extend to enable the pressing baffle plates 47 to rise to block the egg trays 48, the first air cylinders 39 extend to enable the pressing push plates 49 to rise, the pressing driving motors 45 rotate to drive the transverse moving synchronous belts 38 to rotate, the transverse moving frames 41 drive the first air cylinders 39, the first linear sliding rails 40 and the pressing push plates 49 to transversely move, after stacked egg trays 48 are pressed to a preset length, the second air cylinders 43 are recovered, the pressing baffle plates 47 descend, the pressing driving motors 45 continue to operate, and the pressing push plates 49 are driven to push the pressed egg trays 48 to continuously transversely move to the discharging conveying mechanism 9.
The outfeed conveyor 9 includes an outfeed conveyor belt 46.
In a more specific embodiment, the egg tray stacker with automatic counting, separating and compacting further comprises a pneumatic control box 8, wherein the pneumatic control box 8 is used for supplying air to the first air cylinder 39, the second air cylinder 43 and the air outlet valve and controlling the air supply.
In yet another more specific embodiment, the driving mechanism includes a driving motor, the driving motor is disposed at the bottom of the frame 1, a driving sprocket is disposed on an output shaft of the driving motor, and a first driven sprocket and a second driven sprocket are coaxially disposed with the turntable 32 in the material stirring stacking mechanism 5, and the driving sprocket is connected with the first driven sprocket through a chain transmission, so that the turntable 32 and the second driven sprocket can rotate. A third driven sprocket, a fourth driven sprocket and a fifth driven sprocket are coaxially arranged on the frame 1 at the bottom of the feeding conveying mechanism 2, and the third driven sprocket is connected with the second driven sprocket through chain transmission, so that the third driven sprocket, the fourth driven sprocket and the fifth driven sprocket can synchronously rotate; the fourth driven sprocket is in transmission connection with a feeding sprocket on the feeding driving shaft 10 through a chain to drive a feeding conveying belt; the pressing cam 24 is coaxially provided with a sixth driven sprocket, and the fifth driven sprocket is connected with the sixth driven sprocket through chain transmission, so that the pressing cam 24 can rotate; because the feeding driving shaft 10, the pressing cam 24 and the turntable 32 are driven by the same driving motor, synchronous operation of feeding, sequential release and material shifting stacking is ensured, and production accidents caused by damage to the egg tray 48 or blockage of the egg tray 48 in the operation part of the egg tray 48 stacker due to stacking of the egg tray 48 at a certain position of the frame 1 when a certain procedure is in driving failure are avoided.

Claims (4)

1. The egg tray stacking machine with the automatic counting, separating and compacting functions is characterized by comprising a rack, and a feeding conveying mechanism, a sequential discharging mechanism, a blowing mechanism, a stirring stacking mechanism, a stirring separating mechanism, a compacting mechanism and a discharging conveying mechanism which are sequentially arranged on the rack from one end of the rack to the other end of the rack;
the feeding conveying mechanism comprises a feeding conveying belt; the feeding conveyer belt is arranged at one end of the frame, and the discharge end of the feeding conveyer belt is provided with the stirring stacking mechanism; the sequential releasing mechanism and the blowing mechanism are arranged above the feeding conveyor belt;
the sequential release mechanism comprises a pressing plate driving assembly, a product pressing plate, a heightening roller and a product baffle; the product pressing plate is arranged above the feeding conveyor belt through the pressing plate driving assembly, the product baffle is arranged above the feeding conveyor belt, and the heightening roller is arranged on the inner side of the conveyor belt of the feeding conveyor belt and used for improving the height of the conveyor belt at the heightening roller;
in the horizontal direction, the product pressing plate is positioned between the heightening roller and the product baffle;
the pressing plate driving assembly comprises a pressing cam, a pressing rotating arm, a pressing rod shaft, a pressing rod frame, a pressing rod and a return spring; the material pressing cam is arranged at the middle lower part of the frame; the compression bar frames are arranged on two sides of the top of the frame; the pressing rod shaft is rotatably arranged on the pressing rod frame; one end of the pressing rotating arm is connected with one end of the pressing rod shaft, and the other end of the pressing rotating arm is contacted with the cam surface of the pressing cam; the bottom of the other end of the pressing rod, which is connected with the pressing rod shaft, is provided with the product pressing plate; one end of the reset spring is connected with the frame, and the other end of the reset spring is connected with the middle part of the pressing rotating arm; the material pressing cam is in transmission connection with the driving mechanism;
the blowing mechanism comprises a blowing valve and a blowing air pipe; the air blowing valve is arranged at the top of the frame, an air inlet of the air blowing valve is communicated with a high-pressure air source, an air outlet of the air blowing valve is communicated with one end of the air blowing pipe, and the other end of the air blowing pipe faces obliquely downwards;
a sub-frame is arranged below the blowing mechanism, and the feeding conveying mechanism is obliquely arranged downwards at the sub-frame;
the compressing mechanism comprises a transverse synchronous belt, a first cylinder, a first linear sliding rail, a transverse rack, a transverse sliding block, a second cylinder, a second linear sliding rail, a compressing driving motor, a discharging conveying belt, a compressing baffle plate, a compressing push plate and a transverse sliding rail; the transverse moving synchronous belt is arranged on the upper part of the frame, the transverse moving sliding rail is arranged on the frame, the transverse sliding block is arranged on the transverse moving sliding rail in a sliding manner, and the transverse sliding block is connected with the transverse moving frame; the transverse moving frame is connected with the transverse moving synchronous belt; the device comprises a transverse moving frame, a first cylinder, a pressing push plate and a second cylinder, wherein one side of the transverse moving frame is provided with a first linear slide rail, the first cylinder is arranged on the transverse moving frame, the free end of a cylinder rod of the first cylinder is connected with the lower part of the pressing push plate, and the lower part of the pressing push plate is connected with a slide block of the first linear slide rail; the second linear slide rail is arranged at the lower part of the frame; the second cylinder is arranged on the frame, the free end of a cylinder rod of the second cylinder is connected with the lower part of the compression baffle, and the compression baffle is connected with the sliding block of the second linear sliding rail; the transverse moving synchronous belt is in transmission connection with the compaction driving motor; the pressing baffle plate is arranged on one side close to the discharging and conveying mechanism, and the pressing push plate is arranged on one side close to the stirring and separating mechanism.
