Technical Field

Background
The electric meter box concept is as follows: a total of one circuit distribution box for all consumer power.
The electric meter box is formed by assembling switch equipment, measuring instruments, protective electrical appliances and auxiliary equipment in a closed or semi-closed metal cabinet or on a screen according to the electric wiring requirement, so as to form a low-voltage distribution device. In normal operation, the circuit can be switched on or off by means of a manual or automatic switch.
When the fault or abnormal operation occurs, the circuit is cut off or an alarm is given by the aid of the protective electric appliance. The measuring instrument can display various parameters in operation, and can also adjust some electrical parameters to prompt or send out signals for deviation from normal working state. It is commonly used in various power generation, distribution and transformation substations.
The main purposes of the electric meter box are as follows: the management is convenient, and the maintenance is facilitated when a circuit fault occurs. Moreover, power failure and power transmission are facilitated, and the functions of metering, judging and power failure and power transmission are achieved.
The meter box, the distribution cabinet, the distribution board, the distribution certificate and the like are complete equipment for installing devices such as switches, instruments and the like in a centralized manner.
According to the quantity and the specification of the installed electric energy meters, the electric energy meter is divided into five categories, namely a single-phase single-meter-position metering box, a three-phase single-meter-position metering box, a multi-meter-position single-phase electric energy meter metering box, a multi-meter-position three-phase electric energy meter metering box, a mutual inductor type metering box and the like.
There are a metal batch meter and a plastic batch meter according to the material of manufacture.
According to the installation environment, divide into indoor formula and outdoor formula batch meter.
According to the mounting means, batch meter mounting structure type: suspended, embedded, floor standing, electric pole type.

The technical requirements are as follows:
1. the installation application range is as follows: the indoor and outdoor installation of the single-phase electric energy meter is suitable for various types.
2. Specification: the epitope is divided into 8 specifications of 2 epitopes, 4 epitopes, 6 epitopes, 8 epitopes, 9 epitopes, 10 epitopes, 12 epitopes and 16 epitopes; for the metering boxes of the electric energy meter with more than 16 epitopes, a mode of combining a plurality of related metering boxes can be adopted, and the inlet wire switch chamber and the outlet wire switch chamber are common.

The design and manufacture of the electric energy metering box should accord with GB 7251.3-2006 Low Voltage complete set switchgear and control equipment, no. 3: the regulations of the special requirements of the low-voltage complete switch equipment and control equipment, namely a distribution board, which can be accessed by non-professionals in a field, need to obtain national mandatory product certification (3C certification), and the front surface of a box body is provided with a 3C certification mark.

The non-metal electric meter box shell is a protective shell leading to a household electric meter in national power grid facilities, and an electric meter is required to be installed whenever electricity is needed. The meter box housing is a protection device for the meter. Municipal, residential, telecommunication, electric, rural, factory, enterprise, agency, thermal, fire, etc. utilities require electricity meters and meter boxes. The meter box is generally laid along a terminal from an electric power facility to a household, and each household needs one meter box, namely one set of meter box shell, so that the using amount is extremely large. Especially in recent years, the country increases the investment strength of electric power infrastructure and the development of urbanization, has great investment on public facilities, and has great demand on plastic electric meter boxes and glass fiber reinforced plastic electric meter boxes due to rural power grid transformation, urban transformation, new construction of wires and cables, change of iron case boxes into non-metal electric meter boxes and the like.
A common electric meter is exposed outside for a long time and is easy to steal when being arranged outdoors, thereby not only causing the loss of metering data, but also influencing the electricity consumption of users and causing a great deal of inconvenience. The existing electric meter box has a single structure, and a lock on a box door is easily opened by a lawless person by using an unconventional means, so that electricity stealing or hardware equipment stealing is realized.
In the prior art, patent application number 201721464857.4 discloses an anti-theft three-phase electric energy metering box, which comprises a box body (1), the bottom inner wall of the box body (1) is fixedly connected with a plurality of uniformly distributed knife switches (12), the inner side wall of the box body (1) is fixedly connected with a plurality of uniformly distributed electric energy meters (26), the side wall of the box body (1) is fixedly connected with an anti-theft fixing plate (18), the surface of the anti-theft fixing plate (18) surrounds the periphery of the box body (1) and is provided with a plurality of uniformly distributed pouring holes (19), one side of the box body (1) far away from the anti-theft fixing plate (18) is provided with an opening, the opening is hinged with a box door (2) and a knife gate (10), the opening is fixedly connected with a partition plate (11) and a snap ring (15), the partition plate (11) is positioned between the box door (2) and the knife gate (10), the inside of the snap ring (15) is provided with a hanging locking plate (27), the vertical side wall of the box door (2) is provided with a plurality of first grooves (3) corresponding to the electric energy meters (26), a plurality of rectangular grooves (3) are sleeved with a plurality of rectangular grooves (5), the inner side wall of the fixing rod fixing plate (7) is connected with a spring through hole (20), and a second through hole (21) is connected with a second spring through hole (20), the fixed cover of pole wall of first dead lever (7) and second dead lever (9) has all been connect movable block (8), second rectangular channel (24) have been seted up to the vertical lateral wall of brake knife gate (10), two movable block (8) all pass second rectangular channel (24) and extend to the outside of brake knife gate (10), first fixed orifices (25) have been seted up to the bottom of division board (11).
Chinese patent application number 201220205731.6 discloses an intelligence electric power theftproof batch meter, it includes the batch meter body, sets up at the chamber door of batch meter body front end, sets up respectively at last radiator-fan and lower radiator-fan of batch meter body both sides face, its characterized in that: the box door is hinged to one side of the metering box body through a hinge, the hinge is arranged on the inner sides of the box door and the metering box body, an electronic linkage locking device is arranged at the contact position of the free end of the metering box body and the free end of the box door, the box door is closed or opened through the electronic linkage locking device, and a counter is arranged on the inner side of the electronic linkage locking device.
The existing product has the defects of complex structure, high cost and incapability of well solving the anti-theft effect.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the invention provides the anti-theft electric meter box, which effectively avoids the loss of the cover of the meter box.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
the invention provides an anti-theft electric meter box which comprises a meter box body and an open-side box cover arranged on the meter box body, wherein one end of the box cover is hinged with the meter box body, the other end of the box cover is provided with an anti-theft clamping plate matched with the meter box body, a first anti-theft device is arranged on the anti-theft clamping plate, and a second anti-theft device matched with the anti-theft clamping plate is arranged on the side wall A of the meter box body; the first anti-theft device comprises a first upper anti-theft device and a first lower anti-theft device, the second anti-theft device comprises a second upper anti-theft device matched with the first upper anti-theft device and a second lower anti-theft device matched with the first lower anti-theft device, and the meter box body is provided with a lead sealing lock.
Further, the side wall B of the meter box body covered by the box cover and the side wall A of the meter box body are adjacent and perpendicular.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:
when the invention is used, when a thief twists off the lead sealing lock 8, the first defense line of the box cover 2 and the box body 1 is opened.
Next, the thief faces the first and second theft preventing devices of the side face of the meter box body. If the operator is a non-theft person, the operator knows the position settings of the two anti-theft devices, and when the operator is normally opened, only the lower anti-theft devices (the first lower anti-theft device and the second lower anti-theft device) need to be opened without touching the upper anti-theft devices (the first upper anti-theft device and the second upper anti-theft device). And rotating the lower screw cap to drive the lower locking screw to rotate in a threaded manner, and rotating the lower locking screw out to realize opening. At this moment, if the thief operates the anti-theft device to be opened, the first magnet block is popped out to lock the electric meter box and cannot be opened, and the second line-defense effect is achieved.
The anti-theft device has the anti-theft effect through the arrangement of two defense lines.
The invention can also acquire the opening condition of the electric meter box door in time, and is convenient to manage.

The first anti-theft device comprises a first upper anti-theft device and a first lower anti-theft device, and the second anti-theft device comprises a second upper anti-theft device matched with the first upper anti-theft device and a second lower anti-theft device matched with the first lower anti-theft device; the first upper anti-theft device and the second upper anti-theft device are matched for use. The first lower anti-theft device and the second lower anti-theft device are matched for use.
And a lead sealing lock 8 for locking the box cover 2 and the meter box body 1.
When the electric meter box is used, when the electric meter box needs to be opened, the lead sealing lock 8 is twisted off, and the first defense line of the box cover 2 and the box body 1 is opened.
The anti-theft device is a second defence line, and the ammeter box can be opened finally only after the lead sealing lock 8 and the anti-theft device are opened simultaneously.

The second upper anti-theft device comprises an upper locking groove 4-4, a spring 4-2 and a first magnet block 4-3; the opening of the upper locking groove 4-4 faces outwards and is horizontally arranged on the side wall A1-1 of the meter box body 1, the opening of the upper locking groove 4-4 faces rightwards as seen in figure 2, the spring 4-2 and the first magnet block 4-3 are uniformly distributed inside the upper locking groove 4-4, one end of the spring 4-2 is fixedly connected to the bottom end inside the upper locking groove 4-4, and the other end of the spring 4-2 is fixedly connected to the first magnet block 4-3.
The first upper anti-theft device comprises an upper through groove 444 arranged on the anti-theft clamping plate 3, an upper bolt rod 441 screwed in the upper through groove 444, and a second magnet block 442 and an upper nut 443 fixedly connected to two ends of the upper bolt rod 441 respectively, wherein the upper nut 443 is positioned outside the upper through groove 444, and the upper through groove 444 is matched with the upper locking groove 4-4.
The first magnet block 4-3 and the second magnet block 442 are of opposite polarity.
The second lower anti-theft device comprises a lower locking groove 5-1, the opening of the lower locking groove 5-1 faces outwards and is horizontally arranged on the side wall A1-1 of the meter box body 1, and the opening of the lower locking groove 5-1 faces rightwards when being seen from figure 2.
The first lower anti-theft device comprises a lower through groove 522 and a lower locking screw 522 which is threaded through the lower through groove 522 and the lower locking groove 5-1, a lower nut 521 is arranged at the end part of the lower locking screw 522, and the lower nut 521 is positioned outside the anti-theft clamping plate 3;
the lower through groove 522 is arranged on the anti-theft clamping plate 3, and the lower through groove 522 is matched with the lower locking groove 5-1.
When the invention is used, the lead sealing lock 8 is twisted off, and the first defense line of the box cover 2 and the box body 1 is opened.
The upper anti-theft device comprises a first upper anti-theft device and a second upper anti-theft device, and the lower anti-theft device comprises a first lower anti-theft device and a second lower anti-theft device. From the appearance, the two have no obvious difference, and the two have exposed nuts, so when the operator is not a regular operator, the upper bolt and the lower bolt are not required to be unscrewed, and the upper bolt and the lower bolt are not required to be unscrewed. If the operation is normal operation, the lower anti-theft device only needs to be opened, and the upper anti-theft device does not need to be opened, so that the lower anti-theft device can be smoothly opened. The lower nut 521 is rotated to drive the lower locking screw 522 to rotate in a thread manner, and the lower locking screw 522 is rotated out to be opened. When the operator is not a regular operator, the operator is habitually opened from top to bottom according to the conventional operation habits of people, the upper anti-theft device can be opened by mistake at a large probability, when the upper anti-theft device is not opened, the first magnet block 4-3 and the second magnet block 442 enable the first magnet block 4-3 to be inside the upper locking groove 4-4 due to the fact that polarities repel each other, and after the upper nut 443 is rotated, the upper bolt rod 441 is rotated out of the upper through groove 444, so that the first magnet block 4-3 is popped out under the action of the spring 4-2, the upper locking groove 4-4 and the upper through groove 444 are penetrated to achieve locking, and the anti-theft clamping plate 3 cannot be opened. The function of secondary line defense is realized.
Example 4
The embodiment provides an anti-theft electric meter box which comprises a meter box body 1 and an open-side box cover 2 arranged on the meter box body 1, wherein one end of the box cover 2 is hinged with the meter box body 1, the other end of the box cover 2 is provided with an anti-theft clamping plate 3 matched with the meter box body 1, a first anti-theft device is arranged on the anti-theft clamping plate 3, and a second anti-theft device matched with the anti-theft clamping plate 3 is arranged on the side wall A1-1 of the meter box body 1; the first anti-theft device and the second anti-theft device are matched to realize an anti-theft effect.
The first anti-theft device comprises a first upper anti-theft device and a first lower anti-theft device, and the second anti-theft device comprises a second upper anti-theft device matched with the first upper anti-theft device and a second lower anti-theft device matched with the first lower anti-theft device; the first upper anti-theft device and the second upper anti-theft device are matched for use. The present embodiment is different from embodiment 3 in that,
in this embodiment, still be provided with vibration sensor 6 on the lateral wall A1-1 of table case body 1, vibration sensor 6 is close to first last anti-theft device setting, vibration sensor 6's signal output part is connected with the signal input part of controller, the signal output part of controller is connected with the alarm.
When the anti-theft device is started because an operator does not know the anti-theft structure, the first magnet block 4-3 pops up under the action of the spring 4-2 to generate vibration, so that the vibration sensor 6 receives a vibration signal and sends the vibration signal to the controller, and the controller starts the alarm to give an alarm.
Example 5
The difference between this embodiment and embodiment 1 lies in that this embodiment further includes telescopic rope 7, the end rigid coupling that stretches out of telescopic rope 7 is on case lid 2, the other end setting of telescopic rope 7 is on table case body 1.
The telescopic rope 7 is a steel rope, so that the lead seal of the anti-theft electric meter box is realized, and the box cover 2 cannot be stolen by easily cutting the telescopic rope 7 even if the box cover (2) is opened.
Example 6

The anti-theft clamping plate 3 is provided with an angle displacement sensor, the angle displacement sensor is connected with a 485 wiring, the 485 wiring is connected with the controller in a communication mode, when the box cover 2 is opened, the anti-theft clamping plate 3 is opened, the angle of the anti-theft clamping plate 3 changes at the moment, when the angle displacement sensor receives the signal, the angle displacement sensor transmits an angle change signal to the controller, and a recording module is arranged in the controller and can record the record of the opening of the box cover 2 at each time, so that company management and accident investigation are facilitated.
When the invention is used, when a thief twists off the lead sealing lock 8, the first defense line of the box cover 2 and the box body 1 is opened.

If the operator is a non-theft person, the operator knows the position settings of the two anti-theft devices, and when the operator is normally opened, only the lower anti-theft devices (the first lower anti-theft device and the second lower anti-theft device) need to be opened without touching the upper anti-theft devices (the first upper anti-theft device and the second upper anti-theft device). The lower nut 521 is rotated to drive the lower locking screw 522 to rotate in a thread manner, and the lower locking screw 522 is rotated out to realize opening. At this moment, if the upper anti-theft device is opened by misoperation, the first magnet block 4-3 is popped out to lock the electric meter box and cannot be opened, so that the effect of a second line of defense is achieved.
At present, the technical scheme of the invention has been subjected to pilot plant test, namely a small-scale experiment before large-scale mass production of products; after the pilot test is finished, the investigation for the use of the user is carried out in a small range, and the investigation result shows that the satisfaction degree of the user is higher; the preparation of products for formal production for industrialization (including intellectual property risk early warning research) has been set forth.
