Background
Ultraviolet radiation, especially deep ultraviolet radiation, can destroy the molecular structure of microorganisms, causing bacteria to die or fail to reproduce, and not producing other chemical pollutants.

An important method for killing viruses in the air in a public area is to additionally arrange a deep ultraviolet sterilization and disinfection module at an air return port or an air outlet of an air conditioner, on one hand, the viruses in the air are killed and killed through the deep ultraviolet LED sterilization function, on the other hand, dust and volatile organic compounds (TVOC) in the air are removed through the effect of a filter screen in the module, and thus, the air purification and air sterilization and disinfection functions are synchronously realized.

In addition, the mercury lamp of the existing disinfection module needs to be manually switched on and off (including manually switching on and off in a remote control mode), so that the existing disinfection module is simply arranged in an air conditioner air outlet or a fresh air system air outlet, and the air conditioner or fresh air equipment is turned on, but the disinfection module does not work, needs to be operated separately, and is very inconvenient.

As shown in fig. 1, in the embodiment of the present disclosure, the air conditioning air outlet sterilization and disinfection apparatus includes a primary filter screen 1 and an LED lamp holder 2 arranged in sequence along an air flow direction, assuming that the air flow direction is from bottom to top, and thus the primary filter screen 1 is located below the LED lamp holder 2, and then a photocatalyst filter screen 3 is disposed on a side of the LED lamp holder 2 near the primary filter screen 1 or on a side of the LED lamp holder 1 far away from the primary filter screen 1, i.e. the photocatalyst filter screen 3 may be disposed above the LED lamp holder 2, or below the LED lamp holder 2, as long as it is close to the LED lamp holder 2, so that in the embodiment, the photocatalyst filter screen 3 is located above the LED lamp holder 2, and on the side of the LED lamp holder 2 far away from the primary filter screen 1, the air flows in the flow direction, and during the air flow process, the air firstly filters large particulate matters such as large-sized dust in the air through the far primary filter screen 1, and then sequentially passes through the LED lamp holder 2 and the photocatalyst filter screen 3, wherein the LED lamp holder 2 is provided with UVC-LED lamp beads 4 and UVA-LED lamp beads 5, on one hand, the UVC-LED lamp beads emit short wave sterilization ultraviolet rays with the wavelength less than 300nm to sterilize and disinfect the air flowing near the lamp holder, and simultaneously irradiate the surface of the photocatalyst filter screen 3 to kill bacteria attached to the photocatalyst filter screen 3, on the other hand, the photocatalyst filter screen 3 receives ultraviolet rays with the wavelength of light emission wavelength of 300nm-450nm emitted by the UVA-LED lamp beads 5, after the ultraviolet rays with the UVA wave band irradiate the photocatalyst filter screen 3, the light energy is converted into chemical energy to endow the photocatalyst surface with strong oxidizing power, has the sterilizing function, simultaneously oxidizes and decomposes various organic compounds, degrades volatile organic compounds (TVOC) such as formaldehyde, benzene, toluene and the like, thereby enabling the air conditioner tuyere sterilizing and disinfecting device of the embodiment of the present disclosure to have double sterilizing effects of UVC deep ultraviolet sterilization and UVA + photocatalyst sterilization, the LED power supply 6 is used for supplying power to the UVC-LED lamp beads 4 and the UVA-LED lamp beads 5.
The LED power supply 6 is provided with 12V or 24V direct-current voltage required by work for the UVC-LED lamp beads 4 and the UVA-LED lamp beads 5. In some embodiments, the power to the LED power supply 6 may be manually switched on and off.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the LED power supply 6 is linked with an air conditioner switch, so that the air conditioner air port sterilization and disinfection device has good use convenience through the linkage capacity, and is arranged at an air outlet of an air conditioner, a fresh air system or an indoor air circulation system. Taking the air conditioning scene application as an example, when the air conditioning switch is turned on, the LED power supply 6 starts to work, and can convert 220V alternating current into direct current voltage required by the LED lamp, and when the air conditioning switch is turned off, the LED power supply 6 also stops working immediately.
As shown in fig. 2, in the embodiment of the present disclosure, the LED power supply 6 includes a relay switch 7 and a transformer 8, the transformer 8 is electrically connected to the UVC-LED lamp bead 4 and the UVA-LED lamp bead 5, the relay switch 7 is disposed on a circuit connected to the transformer 8 for controlling on/off of a power supply line of the transformer 8, a current sensor 9 is connected to the relay switch 7, the current sensor 9 is disposed at a live line 10 of the power supply line for the air conditioning system, the relay switch 7 is controlled by the current sensor 9, when the air conditioning switch is turned off, the air conditioner does not operate, a current in the live line 12 is 0, the current sensor 9 does not output a voltage to the relay switch 7, and the relay switch 7 is in an open state, so that an input voltage of the transformer 8 is zero, an output current thereof is zero, and no power is supplied to the LEDs (the UVC-LED lamp bead 4 and the UVA-LED lamp bead 5). When the air conditioner switch is closed, the air conditioner starts to work, alternating current is generated in the live wire 12 and is sensed by the current sensor 9, the current sensor 9 outputs a voltage signal to the relay switch 7, so that the relay switch 7 is closed, the input voltage of the transformer 8 is 220V, the transformer 8 starts to work, and the 220V alternating current voltage is converted into direct current voltage (such as 24V, 12V and the like) required by the LED and is used by the UVC-LED lamp beads 4 and the UVA-LED lamp beads 5.
In some embodiments the transformer 8 may output a non-dc ac voltage, in which case a processor to convert ac to dc would be required. Therefore, the transformer 8 selected in the embodiment of the present disclosure has the capability of converting 220V ac power into dc voltage.
In some embodiments, the air conditioner air outlet sterilization and disinfection device further comprises an efficient filter screen 11 arranged in the air flowing direction, the efficient filter screen 11 is arranged behind the primary filter screen 1 in the air flowing direction, and the efficient filter screen 11 is used for removing residual volatile organic compounds (TVOC), PM2.5, PM10 and other small particle dusts.
In some embodiments, the high efficiency filter 11 is located at the far primary filter 1 direction side of the LED lamp holder 2 and the photocatalyst filter 3. Or is positioned at the side of the primary filter screen 1 close to the LED lamp holder 2.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the high-efficiency filter screen 11 is disposed at the end of the air flowing direction and above the photocatalyst filter screen 3, i.e. the high-efficiency filter screen 11 is disposed at the far-end primary filter screen 1 side of the LED lamp holder 2 and the photocatalyst filter screen 3.
In some embodiments, the UVC-LED lamp beads 4 and the UVA-LED lamp beads 5 or one of the UVC-LED lamp beads 4 and the UVA-LED lamp beads 5 are arranged in a plurality, and the corresponding ultraviolet intensity is improved by increasing the number of the UVC-LED lamp beads 4 and the UVA-LED lamp beads 5, so that the working efficiency of sterilization and disinfection is improved. Then the LED lamp holder 2 is used for installing UVC-LED lamp beads 4 and UVA-LED lamp beads 5, the UVC-LED lamp beads 4 and the UVA-LED lamp beads 5 can be only fixed on the upper surface of the LED lamp holder 2, or only fixed on the lower surface of the LED lamp holder 2, or fixed on the upper surface and the lower surface of the LED lamp holder 2 at the same time.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the UVC-LED lamp beads 4 and the UVA-LED lamp beads 5 are respectively provided with a plurality of beads, and are distributed on the upper surface of the LED lamp holder 2. The ultraviolet-visible light-emitting diode (UVC-LED) lamp beads 4 and the UVA-LED lamp beads 5 are close to the photocatalyst filter screen 3 and no other barrier is arranged between the photocatalyst filter screen 3 and the LED lamp holder 2, so that the sterilization and disinfection capacity is guaranteed.
In some embodiments, the primary filter screen 1, the LED lamp holder 2, the photocatalyst filter screen 3 and the high-efficiency filter screen 11 may be fixed at any convenient position near the air outlet of the air conditioner so that the air flows through the primary filter screen 1, the LED lamp holder 2, the photocatalyst filter screen 3 and the high-efficiency filter screen 11 in sequence to sterilize and purify the air.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, a means of convenient installation is provided, and this kind of air conditioner wind gap sterilization and disinfection device is still including the frame 12 that is used for installing fixed primary effect filter screen 1, LED lighting fixture 2, photocatalyst filter screen 3 and high-efficient filter screen 11, utilizes frame 12 to install fixed primary effect filter screen 1, LED lighting fixture 2, photocatalyst filter screen 3 and high-efficient filter screen 11 to make this disclosed air conditioner wind gap sterilization and disinfection device have the advantage that the application is convenient, the installation is convenient.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3, the air conditioning outlet sterilization and disinfection device may include a primary filter 1, an LED lamp holder 2, a photocatalyst filter 3, a frame 12 and an LED power supply 6. The LED lamp is characterized in that a frame 12 is arranged, the primary filter screen 1, the photocatalyst filter screen 3, the LED lamp holder 2 and the efficient filter screen 11 are sequentially arranged and fixed in the frame 12 according to the air flowing direction of air passing through the frame 12, wherein the LED lamp holder 2 is provided with UVC-LED lamp beads 4 and UVA-LED lamp beads 5, and an LED power supply 6 is arranged on the frame 12 to supply power to the UVC-LED lamp beads 4 and the UVA-LED lamp beads 5.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 5, the air conditioner air outlet sterilization and disinfection device has a frame 12, in the absence of the frame 12, a primary filter screen 1, a photocatalyst filter screen 3 and an LED lamp holder 2 can be fixed at any convenient position near the air outlet, in the presence of the frame 12, the primary filter screen 1, the photocatalyst filter screen 3 and the LED lamp holder 2 can be sequentially arranged in the frame 12 from bottom to top, wherein the LED lamp holder 2 is provided with UVC-LED lamp beads 4 and UVA-LED lamp beads 5, and the frame 12 is provided with an LED power supply 6 for supplying power to the UVC-LED lamp beads 4 and the UVA-LED lamp beads 5, so that air passes through the primary filter screen 1, the photocatalyst filter screen 3 and the LED lamp holder 2 in sequence to be sterilized, disinfected and purified in use.
