Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of railway track engineering, in particular to portable steel rail damage welding repair equipment.
Background
Seamless lines have become a necessary trend in railway development. Compared with the common line, the seamless line can save at least 15% of conventional maintenance cost and prolong the service life of the steel rail by 25%. In addition, the seamless line has the advantages of reducing driving resistance, driving vibration, noise and the like. Through phase analysis of damaged parts of the online seamless steel rail in China, the damage cause of the steel rail is damage caused by the quality of the steel rail, and the damage not only seriously endangers driving safety, but also can not be repaired, and only can be replaced by a new rail. The other damage is generated by the rail in normal operation, and the huge impact load when the train passes through causes the crack at the damaged part to continuously develop to form a transverse fatigue crack of the rail head, which is mainly represented by rail face flaking off blocks, wavy abrasion, rail head crushing, crack, rail face fracture and the like.
For small and medium-sized damage repair of the steel rail of a common line, manual arc welding with flexible, convenient and low cost welding rods is mostly adopted for repairing the damage, and the repair method needs to confirm the position of the damage to be repaired and then repair the welding head manually. However, the existing repair welding equipment is often directly carried by maintenance personnel, time and labor are wasted when the repair welding equipment is moved, the maintenance personnel is required to hold a welding head to repeatedly and transversely repair the damaged part of the steel rail during working, the manual influence is large during repair welding, the repair welding quality is easy to be limited, and a series of unsafe factors can be caused by the fact that the maintenance personnel holds the welding head.
