Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a clothes airing machine main machine which can prevent a main machine shell from blocking the ascending of an airing rod and prolong the service life.
The invention also aims to provide an electric clothes drying machine adopting the clothes drying machine main machine.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides the following technical solutions:
the main machine of the clothes airing machine comprises a shell, wherein the bottom of the shell is provided with accommodating grooves which extend to two ends of the shell along the length direction of the shell and can be used for accommodating a drying rod assembly, two ends of the shell are provided with blocking covers used for blocking two ends of the accommodating grooves, and the blocking covers are movably connected to the shell and enable the end parts of the accommodating grooves to be in an open state.
Further setting: the blocking cover can be connected to the shell in a lifting or rotating mode.
Further setting: the blocking cover is arranged on the outer wall of the end part of the shell and can be attached to the surface of the outer wall of the end part of the shell to move up and down.
Further setting: the bottom of the shell is provided with a lamp trough used for installing a luminous piece, a light-transmitting panel is installed at the notch of the lamp trough, and the light-transmitting panel is flush with the bottom surface of the shell.
The invention also provides an electric clothes airing machine which comprises the clothes airing machine main machine and a telescopic airing rod assembly, wherein the clothes airing machine main machine comprises a driving device, and the driving device is connected with the airing rod assembly through a pull rope and is used for driving the airing rod assembly to move up and down.
Further setting: the drying rod assembly comprises a first drying rod and a second drying rod which are distributed along the vertical direction, and the second drying rod is located above the first drying rod and connected with the pull rope.
Further setting: the first airing rod comprises a first casing and a first inner rod, the first inner rod is slidably mounted in the first casing, two ends of the first casing are respectively provided with one first inner rod, the second airing rod comprises a second casing and a second inner rod, the second inner rod is slidably mounted in the second casing, and two ends of the second casing are respectively provided with one second inner rod.

Compared with the prior art, the scheme of the invention has the following advantages:
1. in the main machine of the clothes airing machine, the movable blocking covers are arranged at two ends of the shell of the main machine and used for blocking and shielding two ends of the accommodating groove, when the airing rod assemblies are in a folded state, the airing rod assemblies can be completely accommodated in the accommodating groove after being lifted, when the airing rod assemblies are in an extended state, the blocking covers can move relative to the shell and enable two ends of the accommodating groove to be in an opened state after being lifted, an avoiding space is provided for the airing rod assemblies, the airing rod assemblies can be lifted to the maximum height and embedded into the accommodating groove, the lifting of the airing rod assemblies cannot be blocked by the shell, the shell of the main machine and the airing rod assemblies are prevented from being damaged, the motor is prevented from being burnt, and the service life of the clothes airing machine is prolonged.
2. According to the clothes airing machine host, the lamp groove is formed in the shell and used for installing the light-emitting pieces such as the light bar, so that the clothes airing machine integrates the lighting function, the product functionality is improved, and the user experience is improved.
3. In the electric clothes airing machine, the first airing rod and the second airing rod are connected through the connecting rope, the connecting rope can adjust the distance between the first airing rod and the second airing rod under the elastic force of the return spring, and the first airing rod and the second airing rod can be folded and stored in the storage groove of the main machine of the clothes airing machine together when the electric clothes airing machine is in an idle state, so that the occupied space is saved.
4. In the electric clothes drying machine, the positioning protrusions are arranged on the first casing of the first drying rod, so that a certain interval is formed between adjacent clothes when the user hangs the clothes, and the clothes can be dried better.

Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like reference numerals refer to the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar functions throughout. The embodiments described below with reference to the accompanying drawings are illustrative only for the purpose of explaining the present invention and are not to be construed as limiting the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the invention provides a main body 1 of a clothes drying machine, wherein the main body 1 of the clothes drying machine comprises a housing 11, the bottom of the housing 11 is provided with accommodating grooves 111 which extend to two ends of the housing along the length direction of the housing and can accommodate an airing rod assembly 2, two ends of the housing 11 are provided with blocking covers 12 for blocking two ends of the accommodating grooves 111, and the blocking covers 12 are movably connected to the housing 11 and enable the ends of the accommodating grooves 111 to be in an open state.
In this embodiment, the main body 1 of the clothes drying machine is a single-rod main body 1 of the clothes drying machine, and is suitable for being installed in a small balcony, the housing 11 is in a long strip shape, the blocking covers 12 are installed at two ends of the housing 11, and the width of the blocking covers 12 is substantially consistent with the width of the housing 11. In other embodiments, the main machine 1 may also be a dual-rod type main machine 1, and similarly, the two ends of the casing 11 are provided with the movable blocking covers 12, so that when the two sets of airing rods are lifted, a clearance is provided for the airing rods, and the main machine casing 11 is prevented from blocking the lifting of the airing rods.

In this embodiment, a limit switch 14 is further disposed in the housing 11, and the limit switch 14 is installed at a bottom wall of the receiving groove 111. After the airing rod assembly 2 rises and is stored in the storage groove, the airing rod assembly 2 triggers the limit switch 14, the motor of the clothes airing machine main machine 1 stops working, and the airing rod assembly 2 stops rising, so that the rising stroke of the airing rod assembly 2 is controlled.
Further, the blocking cover 12 is connected to the housing 11 in a lifting or rotating manner. In this embodiment, the blocking cover 12 is connected to the housing 11 in a liftable manner. In this embodiment, the blocking cover 12 is perpendicular to the top surface of the housing 11, that is, after the clothes drying machine is installed, the blocking cover 12 vertically falls, and the lifting direction of the blocking cover 12 is consistent with the length direction of the blocking cover 12, so that the blocking cover 12 has less resistance when lifted and slides more smoothly.
In other embodiments, the shield cover 12 is also rotatably connected to the housing 11. Specifically, the shield cover 12 is rotatably attached to the housing 11 in the width direction of the housing 11, that is, the lower end of the shield cover 12 can swing away from the housing to place the housing groove in an open state. Preferably, the blocking cover 12 forms an inclined included angle with the top surface of the housing 11, that is, the blocking cover 12 is not perpendicular to the top surface of the housing, and two ends of the housing 11 are correspondingly arranged in a wedge shape. In a conventional case, the blocking cover 12 is attached to the end surface of the housing and kept inclined, and when the airing rod assembly 2 in the extended state is lifted, the blocking cover 12 can be pushed by the airing rod assembly 2 to turn upwards, so as to provide an escape space for the airing rod assembly 2 to be inserted into the accommodating groove 111. When the airing rod assembly 2 descends, the blocking cover 12 can automatically reset under the action of gravity.
In this embodiment, the blocking cover 12 is pushed to open by the airing rod 2 and automatically reset under the action of gravity, and in other embodiments, the blocking cover 12 can be driven to open or close by electricity. Specifically, when the blocking cover 12 is in a lifting opening structure, a cylinder is installed in the housing 11 to provide a lifting driving force for the blocking cover 12, so as to control the blocking cover 12 to lift and prevent the airing rod assembly 2 from being blocked when the blocking cover 12 is lifted. In addition, a motor can be matched with a gear and rack structure to drive the blocking cover 12 to lift, optionally, a rack is connected with the blocking cover 12, a gear is arranged on the shell and is meshed with the rack, and the motor is used for driving the gear to rotate, so that the rack drives the blocking cover 12 to lift.
When the structure is opened to fender lid 12 for the rotary type, usable motor provides rotary drive for fender lid 12, makes fender lid 12 rotate relatively casing 11 and makes and accomodate the groove both ends and be in the open mode, fender lid 12 can be vertical setting, the top surface of perpendicular to casing promptly, also can be the slope setting, is the slope contained angle promptly with the casing top surface. The rotational connection between the cover 12 and the housing 11 may be a rotational connection around the longitudinal direction of the housing 11, or a rotational connection around the width direction of the housing 11.
Further, the shell is provided with an induction element, the induction element is used for inducting and identifying the telescopic state of the airing rod assembly, when the airing rod assembly is in the extending state, the induction element sends an appointed identification signal to the control center, the control center sends a control signal to the power device, the blocking cover 12 is driven to be opened through the power state, the power device can be a motor or an air cylinder, and the induction element can be an infrared induction element. Specifically, the infrared sensor may be installed outside the housing 11, and when the drying rod assembly 2 is in an extended state, the infrared sensor may identify the extension of the drying rod assembly and control the cover 12 to be lifted or rotated to be opened, and the cover 12 may be opened before the drying rod assembly 2 is inserted into the receiving groove 111, and the drying rod assembly 2 and the cover 12 are not in contact with each other.
The blocking cover 12 is installed on the outer wall of the end portion of the housing 11 and can be engaged with the outer wall surface of the end portion of the housing 11 to perform a lifting motion. In this embodiment, the blocking cover 12 is covered on the outer wall surface of the end portion of the housing 11, in other embodiments, the blocking cover 12 may also be arranged inside the end portion of the housing 11, and the blocking cover 12 may be hidden inside the housing 11 after rising.
In this embodiment, the housing 11 includes a U-shaped outer cover 112 and cover caps 113 installed at two ends of the outer cover 112, the cover caps 113 are fixed to the outer cover 112 by screws, a guide groove 1131 extending in a vertical direction is formed in the cover caps 113, two sides of the blocking cover 12 are bent to form clamping portions 121 respectively, and the clamping portions 121 are clamped into the guide groove 1131. In this embodiment, one end of the top of the guide groove 1131 is an open end, and one end of the bottom of the guide groove 1131 is a closed end. In the process of installing the blocking cover 12, the blocking cover 12 slides in from the top of the guide groove 1131 downwards, automatically falls to the bottom of the guide groove 1131 under the action of gravity, and provides a limit for the blocking cover 12 through the bottom of the guide groove 1131, so as to prevent the blocking cover 12 from falling. In this embodiment, by providing the guide groove 1131 on the cover 113, the lifting process of the blocking cover 12 is more stable, the blocking cover 12 is not easily separated from the housing 11, and in addition, the blocking cover 12 is more smoothly slid in the sliding process, so that noise is not easily generated, and the blocking cover 12 is also conveniently installed, thereby saving time and labor.
Further, a light trough 114 for mounting a light emitting element is formed at the bottom of the housing 11, a light transmitting panel 115 is mounted at a notch of the light trough 114, and the light transmitting panel 115 is flush with the bottom surface of the housing 11. Preferably, the light groove 114 is provided with one on each side of the receiving groove 111. In this embodiment, a light bar is preferably mounted in the light trough 114.
Through set up light trough 114 in casing 11 for the installation lamp strip, for airing machine has newly-increased the function of illumination, has increased the functional of product, promotes user experience. In addition, the lamp grooves 114 are correspondingly arranged on the two sides of the accommodating groove 111, so that the space of the clothes drying machine main body 1 is fully utilized, the illumination area is increased, the illumination effect is more uniform, and the overall aesthetic effect of the clothes drying machine is improved.
The invention also provides an electric clothes airing machine which comprises the clothes airing machine main machine 1 and a telescopic airing rod assembly 2, wherein the clothes airing machine main machine 1 comprises a driving device 13, the driving device 13 is connected with the airing rod assembly 2 through a pull rope 3 and used for driving the airing rod assembly 2 to move up and down, the driving device 13 is arranged in the shell 11, and the driving device 13 preferably adopts a motor.
In this embodiment, stay cord 3 is provided with two altogether, and drive arrangement 13 is used for carrying out synchronous rolling up to stay cord 3, utilizes stay cord 3 to realize the promotion or transfer of pole subassembly 2 that dries in the air, adopts power control to realize the lift of pole subassembly 2 that dries in the air, need not manpower hand control, has saved the manpower greatly, improves the convenience of product.
Referring to fig. 5 to 7, in the present embodiment, the drying rod assembly 2 includes a first drying rod 21 and a second drying rod 22 distributed in a vertical direction, preferably, the first drying rod 21 is a clothes drying rod, the second drying rod 22 is a quilt drying rod, the second drying rod 22 is located above the first drying rod 21 and connected to the pull rope 3, preferably, the first drying rod 21 and the second drying rod 22 are respectively provided one by one, and the lengths of the first drying rod 21 and the second drying rod 22 are the same.
Through setting up second sunning pole 22 and first sunning pole 21, wherein second sunning pole 22 is applicable to the sunning thing of sunning large tracts of land such as bedspread, and first sunning pole 21 is applicable to the sunning clothing, satisfies different sunning demands, improves airing machine's suitability.
In this embodiment, the first airing bar 21 includes a first sleeve 211 and a first inner bar 212, the first inner bar 212 is slidably installed in the first sleeve 211, and the first inner bar 212 is respectively provided at two ends of the first sleeve 211, the second airing bar 22 includes a second sleeve 221 and a second inner bar 222, the second inner bar 222 is slidably installed in the second sleeve 221, and the second inner bar 222 is respectively provided at two ends of the second sleeve 221.
Through the arrangement, the first airing rod 21 and the second airing rod 22 can be stretched to change the length, the number of clothes or beddings can be increased in the stretching state, and when the clothes are not needed to be aired, the first airing rod 21 and the second airing rod 22 can be folded, so that the airing rod assembly 2 is shortened to the minimum size, can be completely stored and hidden in the storage groove 111 of the clothes airing machine main body 1, the occupied space is saved, and the attractiveness of the clothes airing machine is also improved.
Further, a connection rope 23 is correspondingly connected between two ends of the first drying rod 21 and the second drying rod 22, and two ends of the connection rope 23 are correspondingly connected with the first inner rod 212 and the second inner rod 222. When the first airing rod 21 or the second airing rod 22 is stretched, the first airing rod 21 and the second airing rod 22 are stretched in a same step under the traction of the connecting rope 23, so that the first airing rod 21 and the second airing rod 22 are in the same length state. Preferably, the connecting rope 23 is a steel wire rope.
In this embodiment, one end of the connecting rope 23 close to the second airing bar 22 is connected with a slider 24, the slider 24 is slidably installed in the second inner bar 222, a return spring 25 connected with the slider 24 is arranged in the second inner bar 222, and the return spring 25 is used for driving the slider 24 and pulling the first airing bar 21 close to the second airing bar 22.
Preferably, the end portions of the second inner rod 222 and the first inner rod 212 are both provided with a telescopic rod plug 26, and the telescopic rod plug 26 is used for plugging the end portions of the second inner rod 222 and the first inner rod 212 to improve the aesthetic property. A limiting pipe 27 is installed in the second inner rod 222, and the length extending direction of the limiting pipe 27 is consistent with that of the second inner rod 222. The limiting pipe 27 is formed by splicing an upper arc-shaped plate and a lower arc-shaped plate, the middle of the limiting pipe is of a hollow structure, the sliding block 24 is connected in the limiting pipe 27 in a sliding mode, the reset spring 25 is installed in the limiting pipe 27, and one end of the limiting pipe 27 is connected with the telescopic rod plug 26. The slide block 24 and the inner wall of the limit pipe 27 adopt a tightly-abutting fit structure. Preferably, a roller 28 is rotatably connected in the telescopic rod plug 26 in each of the second inner rod 222 and the first inner rod 212, and the connecting rope 23 is wound around the roller 28.
Because the inner walls of the sliding blocks 24 and the limiting pipes 27 are in a tightly-abutting fit structure, when the first airing rods 21 and the second airing rods 22 are in a mutual close state, the gravity of the first airing rods 21 is smaller than the sum of the elastic force of the reset springs 25 and the resistance borne by the sliding blocks 24, and therefore the first airing rods 21 cannot be driven to fall down only by the gravity of the first airing rods 21, and the first airing rods 21 and the second airing rods 22 can be guaranteed to be in a close state and cannot fall down. When the first airing rod 21 is pulled down manually, the gravity of the first airing rod 21 is equal to the sum of the elastic force of the return spring 25 and the resistance of the slider 24, so that the first airing rod 21 cannot rise automatically after being pulled down, and the first airing rod 21 can be kept in a stable state.
Furthermore, a plurality of positioning protrusions 2111 are arranged on the top surface of the first casing 211 at intervals, the positioning protrusions 2111 are distributed at equal intervals, and a positioning portion for hanging and positioning the clothes is formed between every two adjacent positioning protrusions 2111. Preferably, an avoidance opening into which the positioning protrusion 2111 is inserted is formed in a bottom surface of the second casing 221.
By arranging the positioning protrusions 2111 on the first set of shell 211, the adjacent positioning protrusions 2111 can be used for hanging the clothes hangers, the clothes hangers are limited to move along the length direction of the first airing rod 21, the distance between the adjacent clothes is kept, and the airing effect is improved. In addition, through opening the avoiding opening on the bottom surface of the second sleeve 221, when the first airing rod 21 and the second airing rod 22 are close to each other, the positioning protrusion 2111 on the first sleeve 211 can be embedded into the second sleeve 221, so that the effect of hiding the positioning protrusion 2111 is achieved, and the whole clothes drying machine is more attractive.
Further, a hanging ring 29 is mounted on the second airing rod 22, the hanging ring 29 is fixedly sleeved on the end portion of the second sleeve 221, and the pull rope 3 passes through the hanging ring 29 and is fixed with the hanging ring 29. The assembly of the pull rope 3 and the second airing rod 22 can be realized by the hanging ring 29, no additional hole needs to be formed in the second airing rod 22, and the hanging ring 29 is small in size and easy to fix with the pull rope 3, so that the assembly difficulty is reduced.
In summary, the scheme of the invention has the following advantages:
1. in the airing machine main machine 1, the movable blocking covers 12 are arranged at the two ends of the shell 11 of the main machine, the blocking covers 12 block and shield the two ends of the accommodating groove 111, when the airing rod assembly 2 is in a folding state, the airing rod assembly 2 can be completely accommodated in the accommodating groove 111 after being lifted, when the airing rod assembly 2 is in an extending state, the blocking covers 12 can move relative to the shell 11 and enable the two ends of the accommodating groove 111 to be in an opening state after the airing rod assembly 2 is lifted, an avoiding space is provided for the airing rod assembly 2, the airing rod assembly 2 can be lifted to the maximum height and embedded into the accommodating groove 111, the lifting of the airing rod assembly 2 cannot be blocked by the shell 11, the shell 11 and the airing rod assembly 2 of the main machine are prevented from being damaged, the motor is prevented from being burnt, and the service life of the airing machine is prolonged.
2. In the clothes airing machine main machine 1, the lamp groove 114 is arranged in the shell 11 and used for installing light-emitting pieces such as the lamp strip, so that the clothes airing machine is integrated with a lighting function, the product functionality is improved, and the user experience is improved.
3. In the electric clothes drying machine, the first drying rod 21 and the second drying rod 22 are connected through the connecting rope 23, the connecting rope 23 can adjust the distance between the first drying rod 21 and the second drying rod 22 under the elastic force of the return spring 25, the first drying rod 21 and the second drying rod 22 can be folded when the electric clothes drying machine is in an idle state, and the first drying rod 21 and the second drying rod 22 can be stored in the storage groove 111 of the clothes drying machine main body 1 together, so that the occupied space is saved.
4. In the electric clothes drying machine according to the present invention, the positioning protrusions 2111 are provided on the first sleeves 211 of the first drying bars 21, so that a certain interval is formed between adjacent clothes when the user hangs the clothes, thereby providing a better drying effect for the clothes.
