The invention provides a door lock device for a sliding door, the sliding door and an operation machine, which are used for solving the defect that the unlocking direction of a door handle is inconsistent with the moving direction of the door in the prior art, so that the door handle is easy to damage, realizing that the unlocking direction is consistent with the opening sliding direction of the sliding door, saving labor and prolonging the service life.
The present invention provides a door lock device for sliding door, comprising:
a door handle configured to be fixedly installed on a door body of the sliding door;
the unlocking trigger piece is in sliding connection with the door handle, and the sliding direction of the unlocking trigger piece is the same as the opening direction of the sliding door;
and the door switch is arranged on the door handle and is positioned on the sliding path of the unlocking trigger piece.
According to the door lock device for the sliding door, the door switch comprises the torsion spring, the return plate and the pin shaft, the torsion spring and the return plate are rotatably sleeved on the pin shaft, the pin shaft is installed in the cavity of the door handle, the first end of the torsion spring is arranged on the sliding path of the unlocking trigger piece, and the second end of the torsion spring is connected with the return plate.
According to the door lock device for the sliding door, the door handle is provided with the sliding hole, the sliding hole is positioned on the sliding path of the unlocking trigger piece, and the first end of the torsion spring is arranged in the sliding hole in a penetrating mode.
According to the door lock device for the sliding door, the door switch further comprises a lock tongue, the middle part of the return plate is sleeved on the pin shaft, the first end of the return plate is arranged in the sliding hole in a penetrating mode, and the second end of the return plate is connected with the lock tongue through a stay wire.

All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
A door lock device for a sliding door of the present invention is described below with reference to fig. 1 to 3, including:
a door handle 100, the door handle 100 being configured to be fixedly mounted on a door body 400 of the sliding door;
the unlocking trigger is in sliding connection with the door handle 100, and the sliding direction of the unlocking trigger is the same as the opening direction of the sliding door;
A door switch mounted on the door handle 100, and the door switch is located on a sliding path of the unlocking trigger. It will be appreciated that the door handle 100 is intended to be fixedly mounted to the door body 400 of a sliding door as a mounting carrier for an unlocking trigger and door switch. Specifically, the left and right ends of the door handle 100 are fixedly mounted on the door body 400 through the fixing bolts 110, so that the fixing strength is ensured, and the unlocking trigger and the door switch are conveniently assembled.
The unlocking trigger is slidably connected with the door handle 100, and the sliding direction of the unlocking trigger is the same as the opening direction of the sliding door, that is, the door handle 100 is horizontally and transversely arranged, the opening direction of the sliding door is the direction from front to back, that is, the direction along the left end to right end of the door handle 100, and the unlocking trigger can slide along the left end to right end of the door handle 100.

The arrow direction in fig. 1 is the sliding direction of the unlocking trigger.
According to the door lock device for the sliding door, the unlocking trigger piece is the unlocking sleeve 200, the unlocking sleeve 200 is slidably sleeved on the door handle 100, the unlocking sleeve 200 is provided with anti-slip lines, or the unlocking sleeve 200 is provided with a rubber sleeve. It can be understood that the unlocking trigger is set as an unlocking sleeve 200, the unlocking sleeve 200 is sleeved on the door handle 100 and can slide along the direction from the left end to the right end of the door handle 100, so that the door switch is triggered in the sliding process, and the unlocking operation of the sliding door is realized.

According to the door lock device for the sliding door, provided by the invention, the door switch comprises the torsion spring 310, the return plate 320 and the pin shaft 330, wherein the torsion spring 310 and the return plate 320 are rotatably sleeved on the pin shaft 330, the pin shaft 330 is arranged in the cavity of the door handle 100, the first end of the torsion spring 310 is arranged on the sliding path of the unlocking trigger piece, and the second end of the torsion spring 310 is connected with the return plate 320. It will be appreciated that the door handle 100 is provided with a cavity that accommodates a door switch, that is, the door switch is mounted within the cavity of the door handle 100. Specifically, the door switch includes a torsion spring 310, a return plate 320 and a pin 330, the pin 330 is horizontally installed, the axial direction of the pin 330 is perpendicular to the length direction of the door handle 100, and two ends of the pin 330 are fixedly connected with inner side walls corresponding to the door handle 100 respectively. The return plate 320 and the torsion spring 310 are sequentially sleeved on the pin shaft 330, and the return plate 320 and the torsion spring 310 can rotate freely around the pin shaft 330 respectively. The first end of the torsion spring 310 is disposed on the sliding path of the unlocking trigger, the second end of the torsion spring 310 is connected with the return plate 320, that is, in the sliding process of the unlocking sleeve 200, the right end of the torsion spring 310 contacts with the first end of the torsion spring 310 and pushes the first end of the torsion spring 310 to move, the torsion spring 310 generates torque, and the second end of the torsion spring 310 drives the return plate 320 to rotate, so that unlocking is completed. When the sliding door is opened, the unlocking sleeve 200 is released, and the first end of the torsion spring 310 pushes the unlocking sleeve 200 to reset for the next unlocking.
According to the door lock device for sliding door provided by the present invention, the door handle 100 is provided with a sliding hole, the sliding hole is positioned on the sliding path of the unlocking trigger, and the first end of the torsion spring 310 is inserted into the sliding hole. It will be appreciated that the upper side of the door handle 100 is provided with a sliding hole, the sliding hole is disposed along the length direction of the door handle 100, and the sliding hole is disposed on the sliding path of the unlocking trigger, the first end of the torsion spring 310 is disposed in the sliding hole and exposed at the upper side of the door handle 100, that is, during the sliding process of the unlocking sleeve 200 along the length direction of the door handle 100, the right end of the unlocking sleeve 200 contacts with the first end of the torsion spring 310 exposed at the upper side of the door handle 100, and the first end of the torsion spring 310 moves along the length direction of the door handle 100 in the sliding hole to trigger the unlocking of the door switch.
According to the door lock device for the sliding door, the door switch further comprises a lock tongue, the middle part of the return plate 320 is sleeved on the pin shaft 330, the first end of the return plate 320 is arranged in the sliding hole in a penetrating mode, and the second end of the return plate 320 is connected with the lock tongue through a stay wire. It can be understood that the return plate 320 is L-shaped, a through hole is formed in the middle of the return plate 320, and the pin shaft 330 is inserted into the through hole, so that the return plate 320 can freely rotate around the pin shaft 330. The first end, i.e., the upper end of the return plate 320 is inserted into the through hole and exposed to the upper side of the door handle 100 as a trigger point of the door switch. The second end, namely the lower end of the return plate 320 is connected with the lock tongue through a pull wire, so that the second end of the return plate 320 rotates, and the lock tongue is driven to move through the pull wire, so that unlocking is completed.
It should be noted that, the first end of the return plate 320 and the first end of the torsion spring 310 are used together as an unlocking trigger position, so as to improve unlocking efficiency and sensitivity, and save labor.
In one embodiment, the second end of the return plate 320 is provided with a connecting hole, one end of the pull rope is fixedly connected with the connecting hole, and the other end of the pull rope is fixedly connected with the lock tongue.
According to the door lock device for the sliding door, the return plate 320 is provided with the shaft hole, the axis of the shaft hole is parallel to the axis of the pin shaft 330, the limiting pin 340 is penetrated in the shaft hole, and the second end of the torsion spring 310 is connected with the limiting pin 340. It can be understood that a shaft hole is arranged between the middle part of the return plate 320 and the second end of the return plate, the axis of the shaft hole is parallel to the axis of the pin shaft 330, a limiting pin 340 is penetrated in the shaft hole, and the limiting pin 340 is parallel to the pin shaft 330. The second end of the torsion spring 310 is connected with the limiting pin 340, so that the connection and fixation of the second end of the torsion spring 310 and the second end of the return plate 320 are realized.
According to the door lock device for sliding door provided by the invention, one side of the limiting pin 340 is provided with the clamping groove which is fixedly matched with the second end of the torsion spring 310, the other side of the limiting pin 340 is provided with the clamping table which is arranged opposite to the clamping groove, and the clamping table is in limiting fit with the return plate 320. It will be appreciated that the first end of the stop pin 340 is in stop fit with the inner sidewall of the door handle 100, and the second end of the stop pin 340 extends out of the shaft hole and is located beside the return plate 320. One side of the second end of the limiting pin 340 is provided with a clamping groove, and the second end of the torsion spring 310 is arranged in the clamping groove and is fixed through the clamping effect of the clamping groove and the return plate 320. The opposite side of torsional spring 310's second end is equipped with the block, and block and draw-in groove set up in opposite directions, and simultaneously, block and return board 320 spacing adaptation prevent that spacer pin 340 from breaking away from the shaft hole, guarantee the second end of torsional spring 310 and return board 320's stable connection.
