The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the cable core cutting device comprises a cutting knife, a cutting groove is formed in a cable through the cutting knife transversely arranged on the peeling device, the cable core is conveniently peeled from the cutting groove, the position of the cutting knife can be adjusted according to the diameter of the cable, and the cable core is prevented from being cut by the cutting knife.
And secondly, a separating device is arranged, after the cable core is cut into the cutting groove, the cable core continues to advance to the separating device, and the cable sheath and the cable core are automatically stripped through the separating device.
Thirdly, the cable stripping machine is provided with the centering device, the centering device can guide the cable, the cable is always aligned to the cutting knife, the cable is prevented from being cheap, and meanwhile, when the centering device is used for position adjustment, the centering device can drive the separating device to adjust the position together, so that the automatic positioning of the separating device is realized, and the stripping of the cable sheath and the cable core is facilitated.

The machine frame 1 is also provided with a centering device 4, a peeling device 5 and a separating device 6, the cable 3 sequentially passes through a conveying roller 2, the centering device 4, the peeling device 5 and the separating device 6, the cable 3 can accurately enter the peeling device 5 through the centering device 4, the cable 3 is prevented from sliding in the conveying process, so that the conveying stability of the cable 3 is ensured, the centering device 4 comprises two clamping rollers 7 for guiding the cable 3, the clamping rollers 7 are vertically arranged, the cable 3 passes through the two clamping rollers 7, the centering device 4 further comprises a base 15, a sliding table 16, a guide rod 17 and a first spring 18, the clamping rollers 7 are correspondingly arranged on the sliding table 16 one by one, the sliding table 16 is slidably arranged on the base 15, two ends of the base 15 extend upwards to form a rod seat 19, the guide rod 17 is slidably arranged on the rod seat 19, one end of the guide rod 17 is fixedly connected with the sliding table 16, the other end of the guide rod 17 is connected with the rod seat 19 through the first spring 18, when the cable 3 passes through from the centering device 4, two clamping rollers 7 are far away from each other, the clamping rollers 7 move to drive the sliding table 16 and the guide rod 17 to move along the base 15, the first spring 18 is compressed, the elastic force provided by the first spring 18 is utilized to enable the two clamping rollers 7 to be always tightly attached to the cable 3 to guide the cable 3, the centering device 4 can adapt to the cables 3 with different diameters, the locking block 20 is arranged below the base 15, the locking block 20 is connected with the sliding table 16 through a bolt, the locking block 20 can be abutted to the base 15 through rotation of the locking block 20, after position adjustment of the two clamping rollers 7 is completed, the positions of the clamping rollers 7 are fixed through the locking block 20, the cable 3 can be stably conveyed, on the other hand, the friction force between the clamping rollers 7 and the cable 3 can further loosen the cable sheath and the cable core, and subsequent cutting of the cable sheath is facilitated.
The peeling device 5 comprises a horizontally arranged cutting knife 8, the width of a contact surface between the cutting knife 8 and the cable 3 is improved, after the cutting knife 8 is cut, a cutting groove can be reserved on the upper half surface of the cable 3, a cable core is conveniently peeled from the cutting groove, the peeling device 5 further comprises a knife rest 11, a sliding seat 12, a screw 13 and an adjusting knob 14, the cutting knife 8 is horizontally arranged on the sliding seat 12, the upper surface of the cutting knife 8 is provided with a slope surface, the sliding seat 11 is provided with a sliding groove, the sliding seat 12 is slidably arranged in the sliding groove, the screw 13 vertically penetrates through the sliding seat 12 and is in threaded connection with the sliding seat 12, the adjusting knob 14 is arranged at the top end of the screw 13, when the cables 3 with different diameters are peeled, the screw 13 is firstly rotated through the rotating knob, the screw 13 drives the sliding seat 12 to move, the height of the cutting knife 8 is adjusted, and the cutting knife 8 can cut the upper part of the cable 3 with the diameter, avoiding the cutting knife 8 damaging the cable core when cutting.
The separating device 6 comprises a separating support 9 and two separating cone cylinders 10, the separating cone cylinders 10 are installed on the separating support 9, the separating support 9 is connected with a clamping rod 7, the two separating support 9 and the two separating cone cylinders 10 are arranged on two sides of the advancing direction of the cable 3, when the clamping rod 7 is attached to the cables 3 with different diameters, the separating support 9 is driven to move, the positions of the separating support 9 and the separating cone cylinders 10 are adjusted along with the clamping rod 7, so that the separating cone cylinders 10 can be always abutted to cable sheaths on two sides of a cutting groove, after the cable 3 is cut to form the cutting groove, the cable sheath continuously conveyed forwards can be abutted to the conical surface of the separating cone cylinder 10, at the moment, because the cable sheath is soft, the cable sheath is stressed and bent under the action of friction force, the cable core continuously moves forwards, the cutting groove on the cable 3 is further enlarged, the cable sheath moves downwards under the guidance of the conical surface of the separating cone cylinder 10, make the cable core from cutting cut groove roll-off, finally realize thoroughly peeling off of cable sheath and cable core, the fixed surface of separation awl section of thick bamboo 10 has the rubber sand grip, has further promoted the frictional force between separation awl section of thick bamboo 10 and the cable sheath, conveniently peels off the cable sheath.
