In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the second lip 304 is inclined toward the bearing housing 200, and the oil seal 300, the bearing housing 200 and the journal 100 enclose a fifth chamber 900. The fifth chamber 900 increases the storage space of the grease, and ensures the lubricating effect of the grease.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, a first groove portion 202 is disposed inside the bearing housing 200, the skeleton 301 is provided with a bent portion 302 bent in a direction away from the journal 100, and the bent portion 302 is fitted in the first groove portion 202. The bent portion 302 is fitted in the first groove portion 202 to first improve the sealing performance between the oil seal 300 and the bearing housing 200. Meanwhile, the position of the oil seal 300 can be well restrained, and the oil seal 300 is prevented from moving in a string manner.
In the disclosed embodiment, the first groove portion 202 is adjacent to the rolled portion 201 for easy installation and manufacturing. Specifically, during manufacturing, a step surface can be formed at the opening end of the bearing sleeve 200 on the inner wall of the straight cylinder, and after the oil seal 300 is embedded into the bearing sleeve 200 on the inner wall of the straight cylinder, the side of the bending part 302 away from the dust cover 400 abuts against the step of the step surface. The first benefit is that there is no concern about the fit of the oil seal 300 with respect to the bearing housing 200. Then, the opening of the bearing housing 200 is bent inward by pressing or edge-bending to form the rolled portion 201, and the inner side wall of the rolled portion 201 is just in tight contact with the side of the bent portion 302 close to the dust cover 400.
In the above scheme, the first chamber 500, the second chamber 600, the third chamber 700 and the fourth chamber 800 do not function alone to unidirectionally receive and prevent impurities such as silt, muddy water and dust in the external environment from invading the bearing. And simultaneously, the grease in the bearing can be prevented from leaking to the external environment. The lubricating grease also plays a role in preventing abnormal wear of the bearing caused by large leakage of the lubricating grease. The dust cover 400 and the lip 307 are elastic, but the material includes but is not limited to rubber, nylon, copper, etc.
In addition, the extending direction of the inclined arrangement of the special part in each proposal is opposite to the passing direction of the invasion of impurities such as silt, muddy water and dust in the external environment, thereby playing a role of better preventing the impurities from passing through.
The above description is only for the preferred embodiment of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any person skilled in the art should be considered to be within the technical scope of the present invention, and the technical solutions and the inventive concepts thereof according to the present invention should be equivalent or changed within the scope of the present invention.
