Description

Coupled compression and absorption type high-temperature heat pump system and method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of waste heat recovery and circulation systems, and particularly relates to a coupling compression and absorption type high-temperature heat pump system and a method thereof.
Background
The single-stage compression heat pump system cannot generate hot water with higher temperature due to the limitation of the compression ratio of the compressor, and when the ambient temperature is lower than zero, the temperature of the hot water is more limited and the energy consumption is larger. The two-stage cascade heat pump system can better produce hot water in a low-temperature environment, but the system still needs to consume great energy consumption to prepare hot water at 75-100 ℃, and the compression ratio of the compressor is large, so that the exhaust temperature of the compressor is easy to exceed the temperature, and the compressor is easy to fail. The second type of absorption heat pump can be a temperature-rising heat pump, which can utilize a lower temperature heat source to generate a higher temperature heat source for users to use, but the absorption heat pump needs a cold source to condense water vapor at the outlet of the generator because of system requirements in the operation process.
The compression absorption type waste heat recovery heat pump circulation system which is thermally coupled in Chinese patent publication (application number: 201710662315.6, application publication number: CN 107490210A) comprises a compression type heat pump sub-circulation system and an absorption type heat pump sub-circulation system; the compression heat pump sub-cycle system comprises a compressor, a first compression cycle condenser, a second compression cycle condenser and a compression cycle evaporator; the absorption heat pump sub-circulation system comprises an absorber, a generator, a solution pump, a refrigerant pump, an absorption circulation condenser, an absorption circulation evaporator and a solution heat recoverer; the thermally coupled compression absorption type waste heat recovery heat pump circulation system further comprises a first throttle valve and a second throttle valve; the absorption circulation evaporator, the first throttle valve, the compressor, the second throttle valve absorber, the generator, the solution pump, the refrigerant pump and the solution heat recoverer are all connected with each other through connecting pipelines.
With reference to the above-disclosed chinese patent thermally coupled compression absorption type heat pump cycle system, the following disadvantages are still provided: the compression type absorption and absorption type system cannot be fused efficiently, the energy loss is reduced, and the outlet water temperature can be regulated and controlled.
