According to the invention, the bracket provided with the circuit board is obliquely arranged on the fixed plate, and the circuit board mounting structure is simple in structure and convenient to operate, so that the assembly convenience of the circuit board is improved, the number of parts is reduced, and the production cost is reduced.

According to the invention, the circuit board mounting structure can be mounted on the box bodies of different clothes treatment equipment, so that the circuit board mounting structure is detachably connected with the box bodies, and the suitability of the circuit board mounting structure is improved.

Example 1
As shown in fig. 1 to 10, there is provided a circuit board 200 mounting structure of a laundry treating apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention, including a circuit board 200, a bracket 300 for mounting the circuit board 200, a fixing plate 400 fixedly connected to a cabinet 100 of the laundry treating apparatus, the fixing plate 400 having a mounting hole 401 formed therein, and a front side of the bracket 300 being mounted on the fixing plate 400 by being inclined upward through the mounting hole 401.
In this embodiment, the bracket 300 with the circuit board 200 is obliquely mounted on the fixing plate 400, and the structure of the circuit board 200 is simple, and the operation is convenient, so that the assembly convenience of the circuit board 200 is improved, the number of components is reduced, and the production cost is reduced.
As shown in fig. 4 to 8, in the present embodiment, the edge profile of the mounting opening 401 is matched with the edge profile of the bracket 300, so as to achieve rapid mounting of the bracket 300 on the fixing plate 400 through the mounting opening 401, and to facilitate disassembly of the bracket 300 for overhauling and maintaining the circuit board 200.
In this embodiment, the fixing plate 400 is a metal member, which has the advantages of high strength and convenient processing, and preferably, the fixing plate 400 is a sheet metal member, which has the advantages of light weight, high strength, low cost and good mass productivity.
As shown in fig. 4 to 8, in this embodiment, a connecting wall 402 extending horizontally from the upper edge of the mounting opening 401 toward the rear side of the case 100 is provided on the fixing plate 400, the extending end of the connecting wall 402 is bent downward to form a first folded edge 403, the upper end of the bracket 300 is bent upward to form a second folded edge 301, and a fastener passes through positioning holes formed in the first folded edge 403 and the second folded edge 301 to lock the bracket 300 with the fixing plate 400.
As shown in fig. 4 to 8, in this embodiment, the second flange 301 extends vertically upwards, the first flange 403 extends vertically upwards, the rear side of the second flange 301 is attached to the front side of the first flange 403, and the fastener sequentially passes through positioning holes formed in the second flange 301 and the first flange 403, so as to realize fastening connection between the bracket 300 and the fixing plate 400.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, in this embodiment, a positioning groove 404 protruding toward the front side of the box 100 and opening toward the rear side of the box 100 is provided on a fixing plate 400 on the outer peripheral side of the mounting opening 401, and a mounting leg extending downward is provided at the lower end of the bracket 300, and is inserted into the positioning groove 404, so as to achieve the limiting and fixing of the bracket 300, and improve the connection stability of the bracket 300 and the fixing plate 400.
As shown in fig. 7 and 8, in this embodiment, the positioning groove 404 is communicated with the mounting opening 401, so as to facilitate the rapid insertion and mounting of the bracket 300 into the positioning groove 404, to achieve the preliminary fixing of the bracket 300 and the fixing plate 400, the left and right ends of the outer periphery side of the mounting opening 401 are respectively provided with a positioning groove 404, and the positioning grooves 404 on the left and right sides of the mounting opening 401 are symmetrically arranged, so as to achieve the stable mounting of the bracket 300 on the fixing plate 400, and the left and right sides of the bottom of the bracket 300 are balanced by the supporting force from the fixing plate 400, so that the bracket 300 is prevented from shaking due to uneven stress.
As shown in fig. 4 to 8, in the present embodiment, a support wall 405 extending upward from the lower edge of the mounting opening 401 is provided on the fixing plate 400, a curled edge 407 curved toward the rear side of the case 100 is provided at an end of the support wall 405, and the rear side of the bracket 300 is overlapped on the upper end of the curled edge 407.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, in this embodiment, the bracket 300 is provided with a receiving groove 303 protruding toward the rear side of the case 100 and opening toward the front side of the case 100, the front side of the bottom of the receiving groove 303 is inclined upward, and the front side of the circuit board 200 is inclined upward and disposed in the receiving groove 303, so that the circuit board 200 is inclined and embedded in the receiving groove 303, and the operation is simpler and more convenient, preferably, the inclination angle of the front side of the bottom of the receiving groove 303 is the same as the inclination angle of the front side of the circuit board 200, so that the inclination angles of the bottoms of the circuit board 200 and the receiving groove 303 are the same, and the circuit board 200 is prevented from sliding out along the edge of the receiving groove 303.
As shown in fig. 9 and 10, in this embodiment, a positioning protrusion 304 extending obliquely upward is disposed on a lower sidewall surrounding the accommodating groove 303, a notch is disposed at a lower end of the circuit board 200, and the circuit board 200 is inserted into the positioning protrusion 304 through the notch to connect the circuit board 200 with the bracket 300.
As shown in fig. 9 and 10, in this embodiment, a step for supporting the circuit board 200 is disposed in the accommodating groove 303, the step is formed on the lower side wall surrounding the accommodating groove 303, the circuit board 200 abuts against the step after being placed in the accommodating groove 303, the depth of the circuit board 200 in the accommodating groove 303 is limited, the positioning protrusion 304 extends obliquely upward from the bottom end of the step, the end of the positioning protrusion 304 is in plug-in fit with the opening of the circuit board 200, and the edge of the circuit board 200 abuts against the bottom end of the step.
As shown in fig. 9 and 10, in the present embodiment, the lower end of the bracket 300 protrudes downward from the lower sidewall of the accommodating groove 303, and the lower sidewall is provided with a plurality of vertical reinforcing ribs extending downward, and the plurality of reinforcing ribs are arranged in a grid shape, so as to improve the supporting strength of the lower sidewall of the accommodating groove 303.
Through the above-mentioned circuit board 200 mounting structure, install the support 300 slope of circuit board 200 and install on fixed plate 400, this circuit board 200 mounting structure's simple structure, convenient operation has not only promoted the assembly convenience of circuit board 200, has still reduced part quantity, has reduced manufacturing cost.
Example two
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, there is also provided a laundry treating apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention, which includes a cabinet 100 having a notch formed at a front side of the cabinet 100, and a circuit board 200 mounting structure according to the above embodiment, wherein the fixing plate 400 is provided in the notch and connected to the cabinet 100.
In this embodiment, the circuit board 200 mounting structure can be mounted on the case 100 of different laundry treatment apparatuses, so that the circuit board 200 mounting structure is detachably connected with the case 100, the suitability of the circuit board 200 mounting structure is improved, and the assembly efficiency of the laundry treatment apparatuses is further improved.
In this embodiment, the laundry treatment apparatus having the installation structure of the circuit board 200 may be either the washing machine 1 or the dryer 2, or the washing and drying integrated machine in which the dryer 2 and the washing machine 1 are stacked one above the other, the installation structure of the circuit board 200 may be installed on the cabinet 100 of the washing machine 1 or the cabinet 100 of the dryer 2, and the control panel 500 may be simultaneously provided on the cabinet 100 of the washing machine 1 or the cabinet 100 of the dryer 2 with the installation structure of the circuit board 200, or may be separately provided on different laundry treatment apparatuses.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, in this embodiment, the box 100 includes a front plate 101 forming a front side of the box 100, a side plate 102 forming a side of the box 100, and a top plate 103 forming a top surface of the box 100, where the front plate 101, the top plate 103, the left and right side plates 102 enclose the notch, the left and right ends of the fixing plate 400 are respectively connected with the corresponding side plates 102 via fasteners, preferably, a part of the top end area of the front plate 101 is bent upwards to form a flange, and the fasteners sequentially pass through the flange, the fixing plate 400, and positioning holes formed in the corresponding side plates 102 to fasten and connect the front plate 101, the fixing plate 400, and the side plates 102.
In this embodiment, the front plate 101, the fixing plate 400 and the side plate 102 are fastened and connected by the fastening members, so that the installation structure of the circuit board 200 is rapidly installed on the cabinet 100 of the laundry treatment apparatus, thereby realizing the detachable connection of the installation structure of the circuit board 200 and the cabinet 100, and facilitating the installation and maintenance of the circuit board 200.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, in this embodiment, the box 100 further includes a back plate 104 forming a back side of the box 100, the upper end of the fixing plate 400 is provided with a lapping wall 406 extending horizontally towards the back plate 104, two ends of the lapping wall 406 are lapped on the upper ends of the left and right side plates 102 respectively, the top plate 103 is arranged above the lapping wall 406 to enhance the connection firmness of the circuit board 200 mounting structure and the box 100, preferably, a stiffening beam 105 is arranged below the lapping wall 406, two ends of the stiffening beam 105 are lapped on the upper ends of the left and right side plates 102 respectively, the top plate 103 is connected with the lapping wall 406, the stiffening beam 105 and the left and right side plates 102 through fasteners, so as to support the circuit board 200 mounting structure and the top plate 103 through the stiffening beam 105, especially, the clothes treating device is a washing and drying machine 2 and the top plate 103 of the washing machine 1, the top plate 105 can further enhance the support the drying machine 2, preferably, the stiffening beam 105 is matched with the contour of the lapping wall 406 and the contour of the lapping plate 103 to further support the circuit board 200, the top plate 103 is prevented from being shared and the stress-bearing structure, and the top plate 400 is prevented from being deformed, and the stress-bearing structure is further shared and fixed.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, in this embodiment, a part of the area of the overlapping wall 406 is recessed toward the direction where the reinforcing beam 105 is located to form a recess, another part of the area is formed with a protrusion, the recess and the protrusion are respectively formed as reinforcing ribs, the recess is in contact with the reinforcing beam 105, the protrusion is in contact with the top plate 103, and the connection structure, the reinforcing beam 105 and the top plate are respectively in point area contact through the recess and the protrusion, so that the supporting force of the reinforcing beam 105 to the fixing plate 400 and the top plate 103 is greater, the connection is firmer, and the connection structure is prevented from loosening or deforming.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, in the present embodiment, mounting holes are correspondingly formed in the top plate 103, the overlapping wall 406 and the reinforcing beam 105, and fasteners sequentially pass through the mounting holes in the top plate 103, the overlapping wall 406 and the reinforcing beam 105 to fasten the top plate 103, the fixing plate 400 and the reinforcing beam 105, thereby realizing simple and rapid mounting of the circuit board 200.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the embodiment further includes a drying fan, the fixing plate 400 is provided with a mounting groove 408 protruding toward the rear side of the box 100 and opening toward the front side of the box 100, and the drying fan is disposed in the mounting groove 408.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, in the present embodiment, a through hole is formed at the bottom of the mounting groove 408, an air inlet end of a hot air pipe disposed in the box 100 passes through the through hole and is disposed in the mounting groove 408, an inlet of the hot air pipe is connected with a drying fan, and hot air in the hot air pipe flows into the laundry treating drum from an outlet of the hot air pipe through a heating air duct.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, in the present embodiment, a front decorative board 106 is mounted on the top end of a front board 101, a side decorative board 107 is mounted on the top end of a side board 102, the side decorative board 107 is detachably and fixedly connected to the front decorative board 106 through a plugging structure, and the front decorative board 106 corresponds to a mounting structure of a shielding circuit board 200.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, in the present embodiment, the front end of the top plate 103 is detachably connected to the top end of the front decorative plate 106, and the left and right ends of the top plate 103 are detachably connected to the corresponding side decorative plates 107, respectively.
In this embodiment, the laundry treatment apparatus is a washing and drying integrated machine, the dryer 2 is disposed above the washing machine 1, the bottom of the dryer 2 is mounted on the top plate 103 of the washing machine 1, the mounting structure of the circuit board 200 is mounted on the box 100 of the washing machine 1, the washing and drying integrated machine shares the control panel 500, the control panel 500 is mounted on the box 100 of the dryer 2, so that the mounting of the circuit board 200 is facilitated, and the mounting efficiency is improved.
Through above-mentioned clothing treatment facility, circuit board 200 mounting structure can install on the box 100 of different clothing treatment facilities, realizes that circuit board 200 mounting structure can dismantle with box 100 and be connected, has strengthened the suitability of circuit board 200 mounting structure, has improved clothing treatment facility's packaging efficiency, is fit for industrialization application.
