The method comprises the specific process of step (1) that the front end of a packaging bag is blocked by a front baffle plate of a bag warehouse, the packaging bag is centered by a middle baffle plate of the bag warehouse at two sides, the packaging bag is orderly stacked by the middle baffle plate of the bag warehouse and the front baffle plate of the bag warehouse, when the stacking height of the large-size packaging bag is higher, the middle concave is obvious in the condition that the two sides of the middle concave arch, at the moment, the top plate of the bag warehouse can jack up, the packaging bag is flatly jacked, and the bag taking success rate is improved.
The specific process of the step (2) is that a lifting air cylinder obtains a signal, the lifting air cylinder descends to a proper position, after the detection signal detects that the bag is taken successfully, the packaging bag is lifted to a proper position, the packaging bag is placed in a bag conveying centering mechanism for next step judgment through the forward movement of a moving air cylinder, after the detection signal detects that the bag is put, the bag taking action is repeated after the detection signal detects that the bag is put, if the detection signal detects that the bag is taken successfully, the bag taking action is repeated until the bag taking is successful.
The packaging bag is conveyed to the front end position of the conveying belt forwards by the forward rotation of the conveying belt, when the packaging bag reaches the middle of the brush mounting plates at the two sides, the brush mounting plates at the two sides move towards the middle, and the brush at the lower side of the brush mounting plates is used for centering and rectifying the packaging bag;
The concrete process of the step (4) comprises the steps that a bag blocking air cylinder stretches out, a bag blocking plate is utilized to stop a packaging bag at a proper position for bag opening action, an upper bag opening air cylinder and a lower bag opening air cylinder stretch out, a sucker on the upper bag opening air cylinder sucks the upper side of the packaging bag, a sucker on the lower bag opening air cylinder sucks the lower side of the packaging bag, then the upper bag opening air cylinder and the lower bag opening air cylinder shrink to finish the bag opening action, then the bag blocking air cylinder shrinks, and the bag blocking plate descends;
and (5) the concrete process is that when the packaging bag is in a bag opening state, the swing arms of the swing arm mechanisms are swung down along with the upper bag rotating shaft to be in place, then the two swing arm mounting plates are moved away from each other to finish bag opening operation, then the suckers on the upper bag opening cylinder and the lower bag opening cylinder are loosened, the swing arms are swung down along with the upper bag rotating shaft to be in place, the packaging bag is sleeved on the shaping machine, and subsequent shaping actions are performed.
The automatic bag feeding machine can automatically feed four six-sided vacuum bags at the same time, the bag taking mode is more stable by carrying out targeted vacuum suction according to the sizes of the bags, and can be compatible with bags of various specifications, the bag feeding centering mechanism is used for correcting the placing position of the bags, the success rate of bag feeding is improved, the bag opening mechanism can carry out opening size adjustment according to the packaging specifications of the bags, the swing arm mechanism adopts a rotary plunger for positioning, the width of the swing arm bag can be quickly and accurately adjusted in place, the bag feeding machine can move forwards and backwards, and the automatic bag feeding machine is convenient for staff to operate and debug and also convenient for later maintenance and overhaul.

The automatic bag feeding machine according to claim 1, wherein the bag taking moving mechanism comprises a bag taking frame driven by a moving cylinder to move forwards and backwards, lifting plates driven by lifting cylinders to lift are connected to the bag taking frame, transverse mounting plates are respectively connected to the front ends and the rear ends of the lifting plates along the left-right direction, sucking disc adjusting plates capable of sliding left and right relative to the transverse mounting plates are connected to the transverse mounting plates, and vacuum sucking discs are mounted on the sucking disc adjusting plates.
