Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of proportioning equipment, in particular to a proportioning device for pesticide synthesis.
Background
The compound pesticide is an indispensable auxiliary articles for use in agricultural production, it can help the user to disinfect to the agro-farming crop, before compound pesticide uses, it is blended to add multiple liquid medicine according to the proportion usually, in order to guarantee that compound pesticide can play the purpose of deinsectization, however, to the synthetic proportioning device of present traditional pesticide, it lacks the inside structure of clearance ratio container, after using up, need spend a large amount of time to wash whole ratio container, thereby it is inconvenient to lead to the clearance in proportioning device later stage, and lack the structure of quick adjustment liquid medicine input volume in the synthetic proportioning device of current pesticide, when carrying out the ratio, need the user frequently to observe the volume of pouring of liquid medicine, it is troublesome still time to operate like this.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of this, the invention provides a proportioning device for pesticide synthesis, which has an external component, and cleans the interior of a container after pesticide is proportioned once, so as to reduce parts needing to be cleaned later, and make cleaning of the proportioning container more convenient later.
The invention provides a proportioning device for pesticide synthesis, which specifically comprises:
an installation mechanism; the external component is arranged on the mounting mechanism, the top cover of the external component is arranged at the top of the main body in the mounting mechanism, the rectangular annular structure at the bottom of the top cover is clamped in the butt joint groove of the main body, the external component comprises a scraper and a limiting groove, the scraper is arranged in the rectangular annular structure at the bottom of the top cover, the scraper is in threaded connection with the bottom of the mounting rod in the external component, the limiting groove is arranged on the left side of the scraper, and the limiting groove is of a wedge-shaped structure; the external component is provided with a connecting part, a connecting piece of the connecting part is clamped at the left side of the upper end of the top cover, and a circular through hole in the connecting piece is communicated with a water inlet on the top cover; the connecting portion are provided with containing assemblies, containing containers for containing the assemblies are arranged at the upper ends of the connecting pieces, the bottoms of the containing containers are slidably mounted in the slots, the upper ends of the moving members in the connecting portions are inserted into the bottoms of the containing containers, and the tops of the moving members are in contact with the bottoms of the moving members in the containing assemblies.
Optionally, the mounting mechanism comprises: a body and a docking bay; a rectangular groove is formed in the main body; the butt joint groove is formed in the inner side of the top of the main body.
Optionally, the mounting mechanism further comprises: the mounting groove and the limiting piece; the mounting groove is arranged at the left end of the bottom of the inner side of the main body; the locating part passes through elastic component slidable mounting in the mounting groove, and the round bar of locating part outer end runs through the main part.
Optionally, the external component further comprises: a top cover and a mounting rod; the left end of the top cover is provided with a water inlet, and the bottom of the top cover is provided with a rectangular annular structure; the installation rod is inserted at the right end of the top cover, an elastic piece is arranged between the installation rod and the top cover, the installation rod penetrates through the top cover, and a screw rod is arranged at the bottom of the installation rod.
Optionally, the connecting portion includes: a connecting piece and a slot; a circular through hole is formed in the connecting piece; the slot is arranged at the upper end of the connecting piece and penetrates through the two sides of the connecting piece, and the slot is communicated with the circular through hole in the connecting piece.
Optionally, the connecting portion further comprises: an inner groove and a moving member; the inner groove is formed in the middle of the inside of the connecting piece and penetrates through two sides of the connecting piece; the moving piece is slidably mounted in the inner groove through the elastic piece, a cylindrical structure is arranged in the middle of the moving piece, and the cylindrical structure penetrates through the upper end of the connecting piece.
Optionally, the containing assembly comprises: a holding container and a positioning groove; water inlets are formed in two sides of the containing container, and a circular through hole is formed in the bottom of the containing container; the locating grooves are symmetrically formed in the two ends of the inner portion of the containing container.
Optionally, the containing assembly further comprises: a moving plate and a slider; the movable plate is slidably arranged inside the containing container, and circular liquid leakage holes are symmetrically formed in two sides of the movable plate; the slider is equipped with two sets ofly altogether, and the slider passes through elastic component slidable mounting in the inside both sides that hold the container to set up two sets of weeping holes in the slider, the weeping hole in the movable plate is stopped up to the slider.
Optionally, the containing assembly further comprises: a rotating rod and a moving part; the rotary rod is arranged in the containing container, a round rod at the upper end of the rotary rod penetrates through the upper end in the containing container, an elliptical structure at the bottom of the rotary rod is rotatably arranged at the inner end of the movable plate, two ends of the elliptical structure are contacted with the sliding block, two sides of the elliptical structure are inserted into the positioning grooves, and the rotary rod is provided with a scale groove corresponding to the positioning grooves; the moving part is installed in the circular through hole at the bottom of the container through the elastic part, and circular leak holes are formed in the inner side of the moving part in equal rows.
Advantageous effects
According to the synthetic proportioning device of pesticide of each embodiment of the invention, compared with the traditional proportioning device, the proportioning device is provided with the external assembly, the interior of the container can be cleaned after the pesticide is arranged every time, the problem that a plurality of groups of appliances need to be cleaned after the proportioning device is used up is solved, the capacity in the containing container can be quickly adjusted by arranging the movable plate in the containing assembly, and the problem that the adding amount needs to be frequently checked when liquid medicine is added is solved.
In the invention, an installation mechanism and an external component are arranged, a rectangular installation groove is arranged at the left end of the bottom of the inner side of a main body, a wedge-shaped limiting piece is installed in the installation groove in a sliding mode through an elastic piece, a round rod at the outer end of the limiting piece penetrates through the main body, a scraper plate with a limiting groove is installed at the bottom of a top cover, the installation rod penetrates through the top cover and is in threaded connection with the scraper plate, the elastic piece is arranged between the installation rod and the top cover, the lower end of the scraper plate is buckled on a butt joint groove of the main body, when the device is used, the scraper plate is pressed downwards through the installation rod, so that the scraper plate is moved to the lowest end of the main body, the limiting piece is inserted into the limiting groove of the scraper plate, at the moment, liquid medicine can be added into the main body through a water inlet of the top cover for configuration, after the configuration is completed, the round rod on the limiting piece is pulled outwards, so that the limiting piece is moved out of the limiting groove, at the moment, the installation rod is pushed by the elastic piece to drive the scraper plate to reset, the scraper blade rebound's in-process carries out the knife coating clearance to the main part is inside, through setting up like this, can be after using proportioning device at every turn, clears up the container automatically.
