the first mounting groove 22 and the third mounting groove 212 are formed in the surface of the insulating upright post 21, so that the lightning arrester leakage current meter 26 and the insulating box 213 are mounted in the corresponding mounting grooves, the lightning arrester body 1 and the insulating box 213 are electrically connected through the lightning arrester leakage current meter 26, and the lightning arrester leakage current meter 26 constantly monitors the current taken from the connection between the lightning arrester body 1 and the leakage current and is used for carrying out live test in the use process of the lightning arrester body 1;
through the current taking terminal 215 and the grounding terminal 216 in the insulation box 213, a better grounding point is provided for the grounding network conduction test of the arrester leakage ammeter 26, when the arrester leakage ammeter 26 is replaced, bypass grounding is not required to be established independently, and the grounding can be directly completed in the insulation box 213, so that the wiring functions of a discharge counter test, leakage ammeter verification and an arrester base insulation resistance test are realized;
after the arrester leakage ammeter 26 has a fault, the arrester leakage ammeter 26 transmits a signal to the controller, and the LED indicator lamp embedded and mounted on the surface of the outer protective sleeve 311 is lightened after the signal is analyzed by the controller, so that a maintainer can conveniently arrive at a scene to perform identification and maintenance;
the screw rod 33 is driven by the rotation of the motor 34, so that the outer protective sleeve 311 and the inner protective sleeve 321 which are screwed on the screw rod 33 move in opposite directions, and the outer protective sleeve 311 and the inner protective sleeve 321 are used for sequentially opening the third installation groove 212 of the first installation groove 22 through movement;
after the two groups of linkage blocks 481 are separated, the two groups of linkage blocks 481 are pushed to be away from each other, so that the two groups of arc-shaped locking plates 483 are away from the sixth mounting groove 42, and the top of the insulating upright post 21 is conveniently detached from the sixth mounting groove 42.
