Background
With the rapid development of technology, the laying technology of pipeline cables has been increasingly popularized, underground cable pipes are generally made of various plastics, iron (steel), concrete and the like, are arranged in underground trenches dug in advance, and are provided with hand holes at certain distances to serve as working points for wiring, checking, maintaining or managing lines. Cement is generally used for pouring and coating the whole cable pipeline after the pipeline is constructed, but because the hand hole of a person is communicated with the pipeline, if the cable pipeline is not sealed or is poor in sealing, rainwater, sewage and silt often can be flushed into the pipeline or mice and insects can be led into the pipeline after a long time, and the mice gnaw the cable, propagate, die and rot, so that the pipeline is blocked; meanwhile, rainwater and sewage can permeate through the pipeline, if the rainwater and the sewage cannot be discharged rapidly, cables in the pipeline can be damaged, and line inspection and maintenance can be influenced.
For this reason, improvements are needed.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems in the prior art, the invention provides a waterproof plugging device for a power cable pipeline, which comprises a pipeline, two conical pipes and an extension pipe, wherein the two conical pipes and the extension pipe are arranged in the pipeline, the two conical pipes are symmetrically arranged at two ends of the pipeline, the smaller opening ends of the two conical pipes are oppositely arranged, the outer walls of the two conical pipes are fixedly connected with the inner wall of the pipeline through first annular fixing plates respectively, the extension pipe is arranged between the two conical pipes, the two ends of the extension pipe are respectively inserted into the smaller opening ends of the two conical pipes, an elastic rubber ring is arranged in the extension pipe, and the extension pipe and the two conical pipes are coaxial with the central axis of the pipeline.
Preferably, a connecting pipe is connected between two adjacent pipelines through a flange, a water outlet pipe is arranged at the bottom of the connecting pipe, the position of the water outlet pipe is lower than the bottom wall of the pipeline, a detachable end cover is arranged at the bottom end of the water outlet pipe, an inner sleeve pipe is arranged in the connecting pipe, the larger opening end of the conical pipe is inserted in the inner sleeve pipe, the outer wall of the inner sleeve pipe is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the connecting pipe through a second annular fixing plate, a water outlet is formed in the bottom wall of the inner sleeve pipe, arc-shaped plugboards are respectively arranged in the bottom walls at two sides of the water outlet in a penetrating mode, and a transmission mechanism for driving the plugboards to act is arranged below the plugboards.
Preferably, the transmission mechanism comprises a vertical bevel gear, a horizontal bevel gear, a telescopic rod, two sliding blocks and a bidirectional screw rod, the positions of the vertical bevel gear and the horizontal bevel gear correspond to the water outlet pipe, the vertical bevel gear is connected with the horizontal bevel gear in a meshed manner, a gear sleeve is arranged outside the vertical bevel gear and the horizontal bevel gear, the gear sleeve is fixed at the bottom of the inner sleeve, the telescopic rod is arranged below the gear sleeve and penetrates through the water outlet pipe, the top end of the telescopic rod penetrates through the gear sleeve and is fixedly connected with the horizontal bevel gear, the telescopic rod is rotationally connected with the gear sleeve, the two sliding blocks are respectively arranged below the two insertion plates, the two sliding blocks are respectively fixedly connected with the insertion plates on the corresponding sides through connecting rods, one end of the bidirectional screw rod is rotationally connected on the second annular fixed plate, the other end of the bidirectional screw rod penetrates through the gear sleeve and is fixedly connected with the vertical bevel gear, the two ends of the bidirectional screw rod respectively penetrate through the two sliding blocks on the bidirectional screw rod through nut pairs on the corresponding sides of the bidirectional screw rod.
Preferably, the first annular fixing plate and the second annular fixing plate are provided with a plurality of through holes for water leakage.
The invention also comprises other components which can ensure that the waterproof plugging device for the power cable pipeline is normally used, and the waterproof plugging device is a conventional technical means in the field. In addition, the devices or components not defined in the present invention are all conventional in the art.
The invention has the working principle that the cable is penetrated into the elastic rubber rings of the two conical pipes and the extension pipe in the pipeline and the inner sleeve of the connecting pipe, when sewage seeps into the pipeline, the conical pipes and the extension pipe can stop the sewage, and the sewage drops along the slope of the outer wall of the conical pipes and flows into the water outlet pipe of the connecting pipe; when sewage seeps into the conical tube, the elastic rubber ring can block sewage to a certain extent, so that sewage is prevented from flowing in the whole pipeline, the whole cable is soaked by water, meanwhile, sewage can flow into the inner sleeve of the connecting tube along the slope of the inner wall of the conical tube, when a worker overhauls and maintains, the end cover at the water outlet tube can be detached firstly, accumulated water is discharged, then the telescopic rod is stretched, the telescopic rod is rotated clockwise, the telescopic rod drives the horizontal bevel gear to rotate, then drives the vertical bevel gear connected in a meshed manner to rotate, the vertical bevel gear drives the bidirectional screw rod to rotate, two sliding blocks move back along the bidirectional screw rod, then the two plugboards at the water outlet at the bottom of the inner sleeve are opened for water discharge, after water discharge is finished, the telescopic rod is rotated anticlockwise, the two plugboards at the water outlet are closed, the tightness of the inner sleeve is guaranteed, then the end cover at the water outlet tube is installed, and small animals are prevented from entering while the tightness of the connecting tube is guaranteed.
The invention has the beneficial effects that through the design of the conical pipe, the extension pipe and the inner sleeve, water in the pipeline and the connecting pipe can be effectively isolated, meanwhile, the elastic rubber ring in the extension pipe can block sewage, prevent the sewage from flowing in the whole pipeline and prevent the whole cable from being soaked by water.

As shown in fig. 1-2, the invention provides a waterproof plugging device for a power cable pipeline, which comprises a pipeline 1, two conical pipes 2 and an extension pipe 3, wherein the two conical pipes 2 and the extension pipe 3 are arranged in the pipeline 1, the two conical pipes 2 are symmetrically arranged at two ends of the pipeline 1, smaller opening ends of the two conical pipes 2 are oppositely arranged, outer walls of the two conical pipes 2 are respectively fixedly connected with the inner wall of the pipeline 1 through a first annular fixing plate 4, the extension pipe 3 is arranged between the two conical pipes 2, two ends of the extension pipe 3 are respectively inserted into the smaller opening ends of the two conical pipes 2, an elastic rubber ring 17 is arranged in the extension pipe 3, the elastic rubber ring 17 can well fix a cable and can prevent accumulated water from flowing in the whole pipeline 1, the whole cable is soaked by water, and the extension pipe 3 and the two conical pipes 2 are coaxial with the central axis of the pipeline 1.
There is connecting pipe 5 through flange joint between two adjacent pipelines 1, the bottom of connecting pipe 5 is equipped with outlet pipe 6, and the position of outlet pipe 6 is less than the diapire of pipeline 1, detachable end cover 7 is installed to the bottom of outlet pipe 6, when there is ponding in pipeline 1, can flow into outlet pipe 6, open end cover 7, alright discharge ponding, be equipped with interior sleeve pipe 8 in the connecting pipe 5, and the great open end of conical tube 2 inserts in interior sleeve pipe 8, the outer wall of interior sleeve pipe 8 passes through second annular fixed plate 9 and the inner wall fixed connection of connecting pipe 5, the outlet has been seted up to the diapire of interior sleeve pipe 8, and wear to be equipped with curved picture peg 10 in the diapire of outlet both sides respectively, the below of picture peg 10 is provided with the drive mechanism that is used for driving picture peg 10 action.
The transmission mechanism comprises a vertical bevel gear 11, a horizontal bevel gear 12, a telescopic rod 13, two sliding blocks 14 and a bidirectional screw rod 15, wherein the positions of the vertical bevel gear 11 and the horizontal bevel gear 12 correspond to the water outlet pipe 6, the vertical bevel gear 11 is connected with the horizontal bevel gear 12 in a meshed mode, a gear sleeve is arranged outside the vertical bevel gear 11 and the horizontal bevel gear 12 and fixed at the bottom of the inner sleeve 8, the telescopic rod 13 is arranged below the gear sleeve and penetrates through the water outlet pipe 6, the top end of the telescopic rod 13 penetrates through the gear sleeve and is fixedly connected with the horizontal bevel gear 12, the telescopic rod 13 is rotationally connected with the gear sleeve, the two sliding blocks 14 are respectively arranged below the two insertion plates 10, the two sliding blocks 14 are respectively fixedly connected with the insertion plates 10 on the corresponding sides through connecting rods 16, one end of the bidirectional screw rod 15 is rotationally connected to the second annular fixed plate 9, the other end of the bidirectional screw rod 15 penetrates through the gear sleeve and is fixedly connected with the vertical bevel gear 11, the two ends of the bidirectional screw rod 15 respectively penetrate through the two sliding blocks 14, and the two sliding blocks 14 are respectively connected with the bidirectional screw rod 15 through nut pairs on the corresponding sides of the bidirectional screw rod 15.
The first annular fixing plate 4 and the second annular fixing plate 9 are provided with a plurality of through holes for water leakage.
The invention has the working principle that the cable is penetrated into the elastic rubber rings 17 of the two conical pipes 2 and the extension pipe 3 in the pipeline 1 and the inner sleeve 8 of the connecting pipe 5, and when sewage seeps into the pipeline 1, the conical pipes 2 and the extension pipe 3 can stop sewage, and the sewage drops along the slope of the outer wall of the conical pipes 2 and flows into the water outlet pipe 6 of the connecting pipe 5; when sewage seeps into the conical tube 2, the elastic rubber ring 17 can block sewage to a certain extent, so that the sewage is prevented from flowing in the whole pipeline 1, the whole cable is soaked by water, meanwhile, the sewage flows into the inner sleeve 8 of the connecting tube 5 along the slope of the inner wall of the conical tube 2, when a worker overhauls and maintains, the end cover 7 at the water outlet 6 can be detached firstly, accumulated water is discharged, the telescopic rod 13 is stretched, the telescopic rod 13 is rotated clockwise, the telescopic rod 13 drives the horizontal bevel gear 12 to rotate, the vertical bevel gear 11 connected with the meshing is driven to rotate, the vertical bevel gear 11 drives the bidirectional screw 15 to rotate, the two sliding blocks 14 move back along the bidirectional screw 15, the two plugboards 10 at the water outlet at the bottom of the inner sleeve 8 are opened, water is discharged, after the water is discharged, the telescopic rod 13 is rotated anticlockwise, the two plugboards 10 at the water outlet are closed, the tightness of the inner sleeve 8 is ensured, the end cover 7 at the water outlet 6 is installed afterwards, and small animals are prevented from entering while the tightness of the connecting tube 5 is ensured.
