Claims (8)

1. A short circuit detection device for a new energy circuit board comprises a support frame (1), a placing plate (2), a guide block (3), a bidirectional screw (4), a sliding frame (5), a first limiting frame (6), a connecting ring (7), a detection pen (8), a display screen (9), a protection box (10), a pulling plate (101) and a reset spring (102), wherein the placing plate (2) is arranged at the top of the support frame (1), the guide blocks (3) are arranged on the left side and the right side of the top of the placing plate (2), the bidirectional screw (4) is arranged in the guide blocks (3) in a uniform rotating mode, the sliding frame (5) is arranged on the front side and the rear side of the outer side of each guide block (3) in a sliding mode, the lower portions of the sliding frames (5) on the left side and the right side are respectively in threaded connection with the bidirectional screw (4) on the left side and the right side, the first limiting frame (6) is arranged between the upper sides of the sliding frame (5) on the front side, the sliding frame (5) on the rear side is also arranged in a sliding mode, the right part of the first limit frame (6) is provided with a connecting ring (7) in a sliding way, the middle part of the lower side of the connecting ring (7) is provided with a detection pen (8) for detecting a circuit board, the outer side of the placing plate (2) is provided with a protection box (10), the middle part of the front side of the protection box (10) is provided with a display screen (9) for displaying a detection result, the detection pen (8) is electrically connected with the display screen (9), the left side and the right side of the upper part of the protection box (10) are provided with pull plates (101) in a sliding way, a reset spring (102) is arranged between the sliding frame (5) at the front side and the bottom of the first limit frame (6) at the front side, a reset spring (102) is also arranged between the sliding frame (5) at the rear side and the bottom of the first limit frame (6) at the rear side, the circuit board detection device is characterized by further comprising a rotating mechanism (11), a sliding mechanism (12), a pushing mechanism (13) and a clamping mechanism (14), place board (2) top rear side and be equipped with slewing mechanism (11) that are used for adjusting detection pen (8) longitudinal position, go-between (7) upper portion is equipped with slide mechanism (12) that are used for adjusting detection pen (8) horizontal position, and protection box (10) front side middle part is equipped with pushing mechanism (13) that are used for making detection pen (8) downstream, and first spacing (6) bottom is equipped with clamping mechanism (14) that are used for the tight circuit board of clamp.

The short circuit detection device for the new energy circuit board according to claim 1, wherein the rotating mechanism (11) comprises a servo motor (110) and bevel gears (111), the servo motor (110) is arranged on the left side and the right side of the rear side of the top of the placing plate (2), the bevel gears (111) are arranged on the output shaft of the servo motor (110) and the rear side of the bidirectional screw (4), and the two corresponding bevel gears (111) are meshed with each other.

The short circuit detection device for the new energy circuit board according to claim 2, wherein the sliding mechanism (12) comprises a first connecting block (120) and an electric slide rail (121), the first connecting block (120) is arranged on the upper portion of the connecting ring (7), the electric slide rail (121) is arranged on the top of the first limiting frame (6), and sliding blocks of the electric slide rail (121) on the front side and the rear side are respectively connected with the first connecting block (120) on the front side and the rear side.

The short circuit detection device for the new energy circuit board as claimed in claim 3, wherein the pushing mechanism (13) comprises a first connecting frame (130), an air cylinder (131), a fixing block (132) and a pressing plate (133), the first connecting frame (130) is arranged in the middle of the front side of the protection box (10), the first connecting frame (130) is located on the upper side of the display screen (9), the air cylinder (131) is arranged at the rear portion of the upper side of the first connecting frame (130), the fixing blocks (132) are arranged in the middle of the inner side of the top of the electric slide rail (121), the pressing plate (133) is arranged on an expansion link of the air cylinder (131), and the fixing blocks (132) are all slidably connected with the pressing plate (133).
