Disclosure of Invention
The main object of the present invention is to provide a dual-chamber integrated stove, which solves the above problems.
In order to achieve the above object, the present application provides a dual-chamber integrated cooker, comprising:
the cabinet body, the stove and the smoke machine head are arranged on the cabinet body;
the cabinet body comprises a front installation area and a rear installation area;
a fan communicated with the smoke machine head is arranged in the rear mounting area, and a flue communicated with the fan is arranged in the rear mounting area;
A first middle layer plate is arranged in the front mounting area and divides the front mounting area into an upper mounting area and a lower mounting area;
the lower mounting area is accommodated with a cavity assembly, and the cavity assembly comprises a left cavity and a right cavity which are arranged left and right;
the upper installation area is provided with a water tank, a steam generation module and a hot air generation module.
According to the double-cavity cooking cabinet, the front installation area of the cabinet body is divided into the upper installation area and the lower installation area through the first middle layer plate, and the left cavity and the right cavity are arranged in the lower installation area, so that the double-cavity cooking function is realized.
Furthermore, the water tank, the steam generation module and the hot air generation module are arranged in the upper installation area to make room for the left side and the right side of the front installation area, so that the width (left and right directions) of the left cavity and the right cavity can be increased as much as possible, the capacity of the cavity is increased, and food materials in the cavity are heated uniformly.
As a specific embodiment, the upper mounting area includes a first upper mounting area and a second upper mounting area disposed one above the other, and the water tank is located at the first upper mounting area.
Preferably, the integrated kitchen further comprises a cabinet door, wherein the cabinet door comprises a left cabinet door and a right cabinet door which respectively correspond to the left cavity and the right cavity;
The cabinet door is arranged at the front ends of the lower installation area and the second upper installation area, and can block the lower installation area and the second upper installation area when the cabinet door is closed.
As a specific embodiment, a control panel is disposed at the front end of the first upper mounting area, and a water tank mounting opening is formed in the control panel.
Preferably, the water tank mounting port is located in the middle of the control panel.
As a specific embodiment, in the front mounting area, a second middle layer plate is further provided, which divides the upper mounting area into a first upper mounting area and a second upper mounting area.
As a specific embodiment, the steam generating module and the hot air generating module are located in the second upper installation area.
As a specific embodiment, the steam outlet of the steam generating module is communicated with at least one of the left cavity and the right cavity.
Preferably, the steam generation module is located directly below the water tank.
As a specific embodiment, the hot air generating module comprises an air frying module connected with the left cavity and an air frying module connected with the right cavity.

The existing integrated kitchen is generally provided with only one cavity, and steaming, baking or steaming and baking functions and the like are realized through the cavity, but inconvenience exists in certain use occasions, for example, when the integrated kitchen is steaming and baking, a user needs to cook other food materials in the same time period, and only after the integrated kitchen is finished, or other cooking appliances are purchased. Therefore, the integration level of the existing integrated kitchen range still has an improved space so as to meet increasingly abundant living demands.
In order to solve the technical problem, the present application provides a dual-cavity integrated cooker 1, as shown in fig. 1-4, the dual-cavity integrated cooker 1 comprises a cabinet 100, a stove 200 arranged on the cabinet and a cooker head 300;
the cabinet body 100 comprises a front mounting area 110 and a rear mounting area 120, wherein a fan 500 communicated with the head of the smoke machine is arranged in the rear mounting area, a flue 400 communicated with the fan is arranged in the front mounting area 110, and a first middle layer plate 600 is arranged in the front mounting area and divides the front mounting area into an upper mounting area 111 and a lower mounting area 112;
In the lower installation area, a cavity assembly 700 is accommodated, which includes left and right cavities 710 and 720 disposed left and right, and in the upper installation area, a water tank 800, a steam generation module 900, and a hot air generation module 10 are disposed.
As shown in fig. 1, in the cabinet body, since the rear mounting area 120 is provided with the blower 500 which is communicated with the smoke machine head 300, under the condition that the overall size of the cabinet body is unchanged, the accommodating space of the front mounting area is limited, and in the limited space, how to ensure the normal implementation of the cooking function, and the cavity has the capacity as large as possible, and further, the cooking function is required to be convenient to operate. Therefore, it is important how to reasonably arrange the cavity, the water tank, the steam generation module, the hot air generation module, etc. of the cooking part of the integrated range.
In the embodiment of the application, the front mounting area of the cabinet body is divided into the upper mounting area 111 and the lower mounting area 112 by the first middle layer plate 600, and the left cavity 710 and the right cavity 720 are arranged in the lower mounting area, so that the double-cavity cooking function is realized.
Meanwhile, the water tank, the steam generation module and the hot air generation module are arranged in the upper installation area to make room for the left side and the right side of the front installation area, so that the width (left and right directions) of the left cavity and the right cavity can be increased as much as possible, and the capacity of the cavity is increased.
Further, because the hot air generating module is arranged in the upper installation area, the height (up-down direction) of the cavity can be reduced to a certain extent, and the width (left-right direction) of the cavity is increased, so that the difference between the height and the width of the cavity is not too large, namely the overall shape of the cavity is relatively square, hot air blown by the hot air generating module easily reaches all parts of the cavity, and the food in the cavity is uniformly heated. The following problems in the prior art are effectively overcome, and as the hot air generating module is arranged at the left side, the right side or the left side and the right side of the cavity, the whole shape of a single cavity of the double-cavity integrated stove is in a long strip shape (high and narrow), hot air is blown out from the side surface during operation, the food materials at the upper part or the lower part in the cavity are heated less, the middle part is heated more, and the food materials are heated unevenly easily.
Wherein the upper mounting area 111 includes a first upper mounting area 1111 and a second upper mounting area 1112 arranged one above the other, and the water tank 800 is located at the first upper mounting area 1111.
The integrated kitchen further comprises a cabinet door 50, which comprises a left cabinet door and a right cabinet door (only one cabinet door is shown in the figure) corresponding to the left cavity and the right cavity respectively;
The cabinet door is disposed at the front ends of the lower mounting area 112 and the second upper mounting area 1112, and can block the lower mounting area and the second upper mounting area when the cabinet door is closed.
So set up for the cabinet door can not take place to interfere with the first installation district that goes up in opening and shutting the in-process, realized under the condition that does not open the door, can take out the water tank and trade water, realized that does not open the door and trade water.
In some specific embodiments, a control panel 30 is disposed at the front end of the first upper mounting area 1111, and a water tank mounting opening is formed on the control panel. When the water tank is used, the water tank can be in or out only by operating on the control panel.
Preferably, the water tank mounting port is located in the middle of the control panel. The control panel is divided into a left control area and a right control area, preferably, the left control area is in linkage control with the cooking function of the left cavity, and the right control area is in linkage control with the cooking function of the right cavity. The cooking functions include, but are not limited to, steam generators, hot air generation modules, smoke machines, cooling fans, electrical heating modules, and the like.
In the embodiment of the application, the water tank is positioned in the first upper installation area, the steam generating module and the hot air generating module are positioned in the second upper installation area, the left cavity and the right cavity are arranged in the lower installation area below the first middle layer plate, and the temperatures of the three areas are sequentially reduced from top to bottom.
Preferably, in the front mounting area, a second intermediate deck 20 is also provided, dividing the upper mounting area into the first upper mounting area and a second upper mounting area.
On one hand, the heat generated by the steam generation module and the hot air generation module is gathered in the second upper installation area to a certain extent, so that the upper strings with the least heat are arranged, the water tank is effectively protected, and on the other hand, the heat insulation cotton is arranged between the first middle layer plate and the left and right cavities, so that the temperature of the cavities in the lower installation area is effectively ensured, and meanwhile, the upper strings of the heat of the cavities to the second upper installation area are avoided, and the steam generation module and the hot air generation module are protected.
Further, two air draft devices 40 are arranged in the second upper mounting area, a heat dissipation channel is arranged on a cabinet door of the integrated kitchen range, the heat dissipation channel penetrates through the cabinet door from top to bottom, the cavity assembly comprises a front plate, a U-shaped frame and an inner rear plate, two heat dissipation openings 60 are formed in the front plate and are opposite to the second upper mounting area, one air draft device corresponds to one heat dissipation opening, and under the action of the air draft device, air below the cabinet door takes heat on the cabinet door from bottom to top through the heat dissipation channel and is sucked in from the heat dissipation openings to form heat dissipation air flow. Further, under the effect of updraft ventilator, the air gets into the second from the thermovent and goes up the installation district, and the heat of further installing the district on the second is also taken away, realizes the heat dissipation to the installation district on the second. Further, the embodiment of the application is provided with the left and right exhaust devices, so that heat dissipation can be carried out on the left and right cabinet doors, the steam generation module and the hot air generation module in the second installation area. Further, preferably, the second middle plate 20 is provided with a through hole, which is communicated with the first and second upper mounting areas, and the air outlet of the air extracting device 40 is communicated with the first upper mounting area, so that heat can be dissipated to the first upper mounting area at the same time when the air extracting device works.
Further, in the integrated kitchen range of the embodiment of the present application, the steam outlet of the steam generating module 900 is communicated with at least one of the left cavity and the right cavity, so as to implement a steaming and baking function in at least one cavity.
Preferably, the steam generating module is located directly below the water tank. The waterway between the steam generating module and the water tank is effectively shortened. Further, as the water tank is positioned at the middle position of the operation panel, the steam generation module is positioned under the water tank, and when the steam generation module is communicated with the left cavity and the right cavity, the steam path between the steam generation module and the left cavity or the right cavity can be effectively shortened, and space is further provided for the increase of the capacity of the cavities.
Further, the cavity assembly of the embodiment of the application further comprises a front plate, wherein a left cavity opening and a right cavity opening are formed in the front plate, and a vertical spoke is arranged between two adjacent cavity openings.
The left cabinet door and the right cabinet door of the embodiment of the application are connected with the front plate in an opening and closing way. The front plate is connected with the left cavity and the right cavity, and a space is reserved between the left cavity and the right cavity. The width of the vertical spoke is equal to the sum of the projection widths of the two adjacent cabinet doors on the vertical spoke, so that the spoke width is as small as possible under the condition that the cabinet doors are connected with the front plate normally, the distance between the two adjacent cavities is as small as possible, and the capacity of a single cavity and the overall capacities of the left cavity and the right cavity are improved.
Further, the steam path between the steam generating module and the left cavity or the right cavity is arranged in the space between the left cavity and the right cavity, and the water tank and the steam generating module are positioned in the middle position, so that the steam path between the steam generating module and the left cavity or the right cavity is further shortened, and space is further provided for the increase of the capacity of the cavity.
Further, the left cavity and the right cavity of the embodiment of the application are provided with the steam exhaust ports which are directly connected with the scroll casing of the ventilator, so that space is further provided for the increase of the capacity of the cavities. Preferably, a connecting pipe is arranged between the steam exhaust port and the volute of the fan, and the connecting pipe is a straight pipe and horizontally stretches into the volute. Further providing space for the increase in cavity volume.
The hot air generating module 10 comprises an air frying module connected with the left cavity and an air frying module connected with the right cavity. So as to realize the steaming and baking function in the left cavity and the right cavity.
Preferably, the mounting bracket of the stove is fixed on the second middle layer plate, and the containing mechanism of the water tank is fixed on the second middle layer plate.
The steam generation module, the hot air generation module and the exhaust fan are all fixed on the first middle layer plate.
The left cavity and the left cabinet plate are provided with a left gap, the left cavity and the right cavity are provided with a middle gap, the right cavity and the right cabinet plate are provided with a right gap, the left cavity and the right cavity are provided with an upper gap with the first middle layer plate, and the left gap, the middle gap, the right gap and the upper gap are used for accommodating cavity heat insulation cotton.
Variations and modifications to the above would be obvious to persons skilled in the art to which the invention pertains from the foregoing description and teachings. Therefore, the invention is not limited to the specific embodiments disclosed and described above, but some modifications and changes of the invention should be also included in the scope of the claims of the invention.
