In view of the above disadvantages of the existing packaging system, the invention provides a packaging system which can package a barrel or a block, integrates wrapping and ironing, and has the advantages of simple and compact structure, high efficiency, low cost, convenient installation or disassembly and convenient use.

According to one aspect of the invention, the packaging paper supply system comprises a paper barrel frame, wherein a paper feeding and withdrawing prevention device is arranged on one side of the paper barrel frame, a belt drawing device is arranged on one side of the paper feeding and withdrawing prevention device, and a cutting device is arranged on one side of the belt drawing device.

The device can pack barrel or cubic, collects the parcel and irones in an organic whole, and simple structure is compact, and is efficient, with low costs, and it is convenient, convenient to use to install or dismantle.

In practical application, a bottom pushing mechanism 9 is arranged on one side of the side pressing paper board 431 and comprises a front pushing portion 91 and a rear pushing portion 92, the whole structures of the front pushing portion 91 and the rear pushing portion 92 are the same, the bottom is connected with a sliding group 93, the sliding group 93 is connected with a driving motor 94, the driving motor 94 can drive the sliding group 93 to drive the front pushing portion 91 to horizontally slide relative to the host 2, the driving motor 94 can drive the sliding group 93 to drive the rear pushing portion 92 to horizontally slide relative to the host 2, the front pushing portion 91 is arranged between the side pressing paper board 431 and the second conveying wheel 7, and the rear pushing portion 92 is arranged between the second conveying wheel 7 and the mounting frame 521. The forward pushing portion 91 cooperates with the secondary pushing plate 416 to press the bottom surface of the strip or block passing through the inlet 424 of the strip magazine and feed it into the notch 61 of the second transfer wheel 7, and the backward pushing portion 92 is adapted to push the strip magazine or block out of the notch 61 of the second transfer wheel 7 and feed it to the side ironing device 52.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: the strip box or the block is conveyed into the whole device through the box feeding system 1, at the moment, the box body wrapping system 4 works, namely the push plate 413 of the strip box pushing device 41 pushes the strip box or the block to enter the left notch 61 of the first conveying wheel 6, the first conveying wheel 6 drives the strip box or the block to rotate anticlockwise and intermittently, namely the strip box or the block rotates 90 degrees and then rotates 90 degrees, at the moment, the secondary push plate 416 pushes the strip box or the block out of the notch 61 and passes through the transition device 42, at the same time, the wrapping paper supply system 3 works, namely the cutting device 34 cuts the wrapping paper conveyed from the paper barrel frame 31 through the paper feeding and spreading roller 35 and conveys the wrapping paper to one side of the paper suction plate 421 of the transition device 42, at the moment, the strip box or the block which passes through the transition device 42 at the moment, under the pushing of the secondary push plate 416 at the left side and the pushing of the front pushing part 91 at the right side, the bottom surface and the two side surfaces of the wrapping paper are wrapped in the left notch 61 of the second conveying wheel 7, at the moment, the side paper pressing plate 431 of the side paper pressing device 43 rotates to fold and wrap the top surface packaging paper of the strip box or the block, then the second conveying wheel 7 drives the strip box or the block to rotate clockwise and intermittently, namely the strip box or the block is conveyed to the position right below the top surface ironing device 51 after rotating for 90 degrees, then the edge sealing device 44 folds and wraps the two sides of the strip box or the block, at the moment, the ironing and consolidating system 5 works, namely the top surface ironing device 51 irones the top surface packaging paper of the strip box or the block, then the second conveying wheel 7 rotates for 90 degrees, at the moment, the back pushing part 92 of the bottom pushing mechanism 9 pushes the strip box or the block to enter the side surface ironing device 52 for ironing the two side packaging paper, and the strip box or the block is conveyed out of the whole device through the box discharging system 8 after ironing is finished.
The implementation of the invention has the advantages that: through foretell scheme, the device can packing barrel or cubic, collects the parcel and irones in an organic whole, and simple structure is compact, and is efficient, and is with low costs, and it is convenient, convenient to use to install or dismantle.
