2. then, starting the lifting mechanism 4, moving the steel pipe 4.1 upwards, driving the pipe rod 8 to be cleaned to move upwards and forwards, and matching with the fixed saw teeth 3.1.3 of the fixed supporting track 3; the method comprises the following steps: the pipe rod 8 on the movable steel pipe 4.1 is sequentially conveyed to the fixed sawteeth 3.1.3 on the fixed supporting track 3 along the movable sawteeth 4.3, then is conveyed to the fixed sawteeth 3.1.3 on the middle rod 3.1.4 through the movable sawteeth 4.3 of the second middle rod 4.3.3, then is conveyed to the fixed sawteeth 3.1.3 of the convex rod 3.1.2 through the movable sawteeth 4.3 of the second convex rod 4.4, and finally is conveyed to the outlet transmission roller 9 through the second long sawteeth 4.3.2, so that the pipe rod 8 to be cleaned is finally moved from the inlet end 1.1 side to the outlet end 1.2 side; before the pipe rod 8 moves to the convex rod 3.1.2, the moving pipe rod 8 is always positioned in the cleaning water, so that the pipe rod 8 is continuously heated until the pipe rod 8 is lifted to the convex rod 3.1.2 of the fixed support track 3;
3. then, the pipe rod 8 positioned at the raised rod 3.1.2 of the fixed supporting track 3 is sprayed and washed on the inner wall by the high-pressure spray heads 7 arranged at the two ends of the box body 1, meanwhile, under the action of the obliquely arranged outlet transmission roller 9, the pipe rod 8 rotates and moves towards the outlet end 1.2, and when the pipe rod rotates and moves, the pipe rod is continuously sprayed and washed on the outer wall by the high-pressure spray heads 10 at the side of the inner cavity of the box body 1;
