As shown in fig. 1, a first fixing block 71 is arranged at the top of the base station body 10, a first fixing seat 81 is arranged on the first fixing block 71, a second fixing seat 82 is arranged at the first end of the solar photovoltaic power generation part 51, the first fixing seat 81 is hinged to the second fixing seat 82, a third fixing seat 83 is arranged at the second end of the solar photovoltaic power generation part 51, the third fixing seat 83 is hinged to the first end of the connecting rod 52, a fourth fixing seat 84 is arranged at the top of the moving block 53, and the second end of the connecting rod 52 is hinged to the fourth fixing seat 84.
Specifically, the solar photovoltaic power generation part 51 includes a solar cell module, a solar controller, a storage battery and an inverter, the solar cell module is sequentially connected to the solar controller, the storage battery and the inverter, and the solar controller is electrically connected to the heat dissipation module 30 and the temperature control module 40 to provide electric power for the heat dissipation module 30 and the temperature control module 40.
As shown in fig. 1, the solar module 50 further includes a motor 54 and a screw 55 transversely disposed, the motor 54 is electrically connected to the control member, a motor shaft of the motor 54 is drivingly connected to the screw 55, and the moving block 53 is sleeved on the screw 55 and is in threaded engagement with the screw 55. When the temperature measuring part 41 detects that the temperature in the accommodating cavity 11 is too high, the motor 54 is controlled to work through the control part, the motor 54 drives the screw 55 to rotate, and the moving block 53 is driven to move on the upper surface of the base station body 10 when the screw 55 rotates relative to the moving block 53 due to the threaded fit between the moving block 53 and the screw 55.
As shown in fig. 2, two second fixing blocks 72 are disposed on the top of the base station body 10, the two ends of the screw 55 are rotatably connected to the two second fixing blocks 72, and the motor 54 is rotatably disposed on one of the second fixing blocks 72.
As shown in fig. 1, the solar module 50 includes two solar photovoltaic power generation components 51, two connecting rods 52 and two moving blocks 53, which are correspondingly disposed, the screw 55 has a first threaded section 551 and a second threaded section 552, the thread direction of the first threaded section 551 is opposite to the thread direction of the second threaded section 552, and the two moving blocks 53 are respectively matched with the first threaded section 551 and the second threaded section 552. When the motor 54 is operated, the motor 54 drives the screw 55 to rotate, and since the thread direction of the first threaded section 551 is opposite to that of the second threaded section 552, the two moving blocks 53 respectively cooperate with the first threaded section 551 and the second threaded section 552, so that the two moving blocks 53 move in opposite directions to each other, thereby driving the two solar photovoltaic power generation parts 51 to rotate in opposite directions.
As shown in fig. 2, two first fixing blocks 71 are provided on the top of the base station body 10 in bilateral symmetry.
As shown in fig. 2 and fig. 3, the heat dissipating assembly 30 further includes a filter box 38, the filter box 38 includes a box body 381, and a metal rubber filter screen 382 and an active carbon filter screen 383 which are disposed in the box body 381, the blower 31 is communicated with one side of the box body 381, the other side of the box body 381 is communicated with the air intake 12, and the metal rubber filter screen 382 is located on one side of the active carbon filter screen 383 facing the blower 31. When the air blower 31 gives vent to air to the air inlet 12, the air is filtered through the filter box 38, and the air enters the box 381, and then goes through the metal rubber filter screen 382 and the activated carbon filter screen 383 to remove impurities and adsorb peculiar smell, so that the impurities such as dust are prevented from entering the accommodating cavity 11 and adhering to the communication equipment 20, and the heat dissipation of the communication equipment 20 is prevented from being influenced.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, one side of the case 381 communicates with the blower 31 through the first air inlet duct 61, and the other side of the case 381 communicates with the air inlet 12 through the second air inlet duct 62.
As shown in fig. 2, funnel-shaped wind-expanding cylinders 18 are arranged on the inner sides of the wind inlet 12 and the wind outlet 13. Adopt the wind cone 18 that expands of above-mentioned structure for the air inlet speed of air intake 12 and the air outlet speed of air outlet 13 improve, and the reinforcing holds the gas circulation speed in the chamber 11, improves the radiating efficiency of automatic control by temperature change communication base station.
As shown in fig. 1, the front surface of the base station body 10 is provided with a security door 191 and an observation window 192, the security door 191 is provided with a handle 1911, and the observation window 192 is made of double glass. Play the guard action to basic station body 10 through burglary-resisting door 191, prevent that irrelevant personnel from getting into at will, avoid influencing the normal work that holds the equipment in the chamber 11, can carry out direct observation to holding chamber 11 through observation window 192 to, because observation window 192 adopts double glazing to make, make observation window 192 play the heat preservation effect to holding chamber 11.
In this embodiment, the grip 1911 is provided with anti-slip threads to prevent the hand from slipping.
In this embodiment, the double-layer glass of the observation window 192 is made of high-pressure-resistant observation window glass, and has the advantages of high mechanical strength, high transparency, high light transmittance, good thermal shock resistance, and high bending strength.
In this embodiment, the automatic temperature control communication base station includes a plurality of communication devices 20, the plurality of communication devices 20 are disposed in the accommodating cavity 11 at equal intervals, a first air guide 33 is disposed at an interval between two adjacent communication devices 20, and a second air guide 34 is disposed above each first air guide 33. Through setting up a plurality of communication equipment 20 equidistant, guarantee that the clearance is even, it is even to hold temperature distribution in the chamber 11, is favorable to automatic control by temperature change communication base station's radiating effect.
As shown in fig. 4, the through holes 14 are disposed in the middle of the interval between two adjacent communication devices 20, and the air inlets 12 and the air outlets 13 are disposed in the plurality corresponding to the through holes 14, so that the communication devices 20 and the accommodating cavities 11 are cooled uniformly and effectively.
The technical scheme of the invention has the following beneficial effects:
(1) because the first air guide piece 33 and the second air guide piece 34 are respectively arranged at the bottom and the top of the accommodating cavity 11, and the first air guide piece 33 and the second air guide piece 34 are respectively arranged corresponding to the air inlet 12 and the air outlet 13, the first air guide piece 33 and the second air guide piece 34 guide the air entering the accommodating cavity 11, the gas circulation speed in the accommodating cavity 11 is accelerated, the air cooling efficiency is improved, the quick heat dissipation is facilitated, and the heat dissipation effect of the automatic temperature control communication base station is enhanced;
(2) when the air blower 31 gives air to the air inlet 12, the air is filtered through the filter box 38, enters the box body 381, and is sequentially subjected to impurity removal and peculiar smell adsorption through the metal rubber filter screen 382 and the activated carbon filter screen 383, so that impurities such as dust are prevented from entering the accommodating cavity 11 and being adhered to the communication equipment 20, and the heat dissipation of the communication equipment 20 is prevented from being influenced;
(3) through setting up solar energy component 50 to for radiator unit 30 and temperature control component 40 provide independent power supply unit, avoid using same power with communication equipment 20, avoid the power burden overweight, make communication equipment 20's power supply not fragile, and adopt the solar energy source to make automatic temperature control communication basic station greener and energy-conserving more.

Claims (10)
1. An automatic temperature control communication base station, comprising:
the base station comprises a base station body (10) and a base station body, wherein the base station body (10) is provided with an accommodating cavity (11), the side wall of the lower end of the base station body (10) is provided with an air inlet (12) communicated with the accommodating cavity (11), and the side wall of the upper end of the base station body (10) is provided with an air outlet (13) communicated with the accommodating cavity (11);
a communication device (20) disposed within the housing chamber (11);
the heat dissipation assembly (30) comprises a blower (31), an exhaust fan (32), a first air guide (33) and a second air guide (34), the blower (31) is communicated with the air inlet (12), the exhaust fan (32) is communicated with the air outlet (13), the first air guide (33) is positioned at the bottom of the accommodating cavity (11) and is arranged opposite to the air inlet (12), and the second air guide (34) is positioned at the top of the accommodating cavity (11) and is arranged opposite to the air outlet (13);
temperature control assembly (40), including temperature measurement spare (41) and control piece, temperature measurement spare (41) set up hold in the chamber (11), the control piece according to the temperature that temperature measurement spare (41) detected can control air-blower (31) with air exhauster (32) work.
2. The automatic temperature-controlled communication base station according to claim 1, wherein the heat dissipation assembly (30) further includes a mounting bracket (35), the bottom wall of the base station body (10) has a through hole (14) disposed therethrough, an upper end of the mounting bracket (35) is disposed around the through hole (14), the first air guide (33) is disposed in the mounting bracket (35) in a liftable manner, the first air guide (33) has a rising position passing through the through hole (14) and extending into the accommodating cavity (11) and a falling position retracting into the mounting bracket (35), and a cover plate (15) for covering the through hole (14) is openably disposed at the through hole (14).

The automatic temperature-controlled communication base station according to claim 2, wherein the heat dissipating assembly (30) further includes a hydraulic cylinder (36) and a support plate (37) disposed in the mounting frame (35), the hydraulic cylinder (36) is electrically connected to the control member, the hydraulic cylinder (36) includes a cylinder body (361) and a hydraulic rod (362), a lower end of the cylinder body (361) is connected to a bottom wall of the mounting frame (35), an upper end of the hydraulic rod (362) is connected to a lower surface of the support plate (37), and the first air guide (33) is disposed on an upper surface of the support plate (37).

The automatic temperature control communication base station according to claim 1, wherein the base station body (10) is provided with two air inlets (12) and two air outlets (13), the base station body (10) has a first side wall (16) and a second side wall (17) which are oppositely arranged, the two air inlets (12) are symmetrically arranged on the first side wall (16) and the second side wall (17), the two air outlets (13) are symmetrically arranged on the first side wall (16) and the second side wall (17), the first air guide (33) is located on a bottom center line of the accommodating cavity (11), and the second air guide (34) is located on a top center line of the accommodating cavity (11).
5. The automatic temperature controlled communication base station of claim 4,
two side walls of the first air guide (33) facing the two air inlets (12) are both first arc-shaped surfaces (331), and the middle part of each first arc-shaped surface (331) is bent towards the direction close to the center of the first air guide (33);
two side walls of the second air guide (34) facing the two air outlets (13) are both second arc-shaped surfaces (341), and the middle part of each second arc-shaped surface (341) is bent towards the direction close to the center of the second air guide (34).

The automatic temperature-controlled communication base station according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein a solar module (50) is provided on an upper surface of the base station body (10), and the solar module (50) is electrically connected to the heat dissipation module (30) and the temperature control module (40), respectively.

The automatic temperature control communication base station according to claim 6, wherein the solar module (50) comprises a solar photovoltaic power generation component (51), a connecting rod (52) and a moving block (53), the solar photovoltaic power generation component (51) is electrically connected with the heat dissipation component (30) and the temperature control component (40) respectively, a first end of the solar photovoltaic power generation component (51) is hinged to the base station body (10), a second end of the solar photovoltaic power generation component (51) is hinged to the first end of the connecting rod (52), a second end of the connecting rod (52) is hinged to the moving block (53), and the moving block (53) is movably disposed on the upper surface of the base station body (10).
8. The automatic temperature controlled communication base station of claim 7,
the solar component (50) further comprises a motor (54) and a screw rod (55) which is transversely arranged, the motor (54) is electrically connected with the control piece, a motor shaft of the motor (54) is in driving connection with the screw rod (55), and the moving block (53) is sleeved on the screw rod (55) and is in threaded fit with the screw rod (55);
the solar module (50) comprises two solar photovoltaic power generation parts (51), two connecting rods (52) and two moving blocks (53) which are correspondingly arranged, the screw rod (55) is provided with a first thread section (551) and a second thread section (552), the thread turning direction of the first thread section (551) is opposite to that of the second thread section (552), and the two moving blocks (53) are respectively matched with the first thread section (551) and the second thread section (552).
9. The automatic temperature-controlled communication base station according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the heat dissipation assembly (30) further comprises a filter box (38), the filter box (38) comprises a box body (381), and a metal rubber filter screen (382) and an activated carbon filter screen (383) which are arranged in the box body (381), the blower (31) is communicated with one side of the box body (381), the other side of the box body (381) is communicated with the air inlet (12), and the metal rubber filter screen (382) is positioned on one side of the activated carbon filter screen (383) facing the blower (31).
10. The automatic temperature-controlled communication base station according to any one of claims 1 to 5,
